Decent and fun in the first half, but then the writer really came together with a more solid and darker tone in the second half. It was written over three years, so you can actively see their improvement over that time.

It is also one of the better hp fanfics because there is actual adversity and conflict. Something many stories have trouble adding.

Over formal, oversexed, melodramatic, weak-willed protagonist personifying Inconsistency and Cringe. The writing is clunky and lacks a core plot let alone structured story. The only things that others might find interesting are the half-baked spell mechanics, lore, and other gibberish that would detract from the story if there was any story available.

DNF. The story was not a good read already and devolved from slightly… ehm romanticised, to slapstick travel comedy, and didn’t recover. The spelling was bad enough to be injury at times, and the author’s deliberate choice to use oversea barbarian dialect instead of proper English adds insult to it. It lacks a concept that ties all of it together… visiting here then there with no common theme.
