Okay I enjoyed this but it wasn't as good as the previous books.
It was lovely getting back to this werewolf world that I discovered earlier this year. This was definitely a little bit of a let-down. I love the characters but I feel like this just dragged on. There was a good plot but I didn't get that being on the edge of my seat feeling with this like I did in the previous ones.
If I didn't love the characters and wasn't obsessed with werewolves, this would probably be a two star read. I was disappointed but luckily the characters saved this book for me. I loved those little cute moments Victoria and Toby had and the friendships between the other characters. I loved how this had kind of high stakes and it kept me interested.
I'm still going to read the last book in the series because I really want to see how Victoria and Toby's story ends.
The wedding turns into a trap for the original werewolf after Victoria releases him from the wolf essence stone. Yeah that's right Victoria becomes obsessed with the stone. It's creepy when she pets it & starts at it on her in the mirror. It messes with her emotions and her behavior. Don't worry they do finally get married! And Toby comes up with a romantic way to get to the honeymoon. Plus the vampires throw them a two day party as well. I love that with magic they were able to fix her ruined wedding gown. And we get to meet Hale, a vampire I adore. She has a huge sense of adventure. She also likes to see things through till the end. I will admit I was upset reading this because I was mad at Victoria for even looking for the stone. Rest assured that things work out.
It was awesome getting to go to the vampire castle and even the dragon tunnels, though I wish a bit more time with them was added and as well about Fen too, even maybe some more dealing with Iceland. Though maybe they'll be more in the next book or maybe in the future. nd can't wait till I get to Carter's book. Also it be nice maybe having a book or two dealing with Tap and his past especially with his wife. Oh and more about Quinn unless it's explained in one of the other books I haven't read yet.
I was hoping that just like with the 1st vampires that the 1st ware wolf would b similar and not b a psycho killer of innocent people. They have been through enough crap 2 last beyond 4 a few centuries. It's good they finally got married. What's up with the vamp that did like a blessing or something on them at the party... and it's odd that she keeps on hearing voices from the stone necklace.
Love this series!!! Victoria is obsessed with finding the essence stone. The only thing she wants more is to marry Toby. Will these two finally have their happily ever after? Gotta read. Lots of action and of course romance. I received a copy and this is my honest review.
I like the idea of story but I've gotten really tired of the characters. Victoria and Toby could never lead a pack of werewolves. They can barely take care of themselves. From bully to wimp and back. Any way I'm taking a break from this story.. ✌🏽

I love this series, I'm in the process of reading book 5 . Definitely a series u don't want to put down. Sometimes it gets me mad, sad, and frustrated but I love when books can put u on that rollercoaster. Love this authors writing style
Tried to read but with the way they separated Victoria and Toby again and not letting them finally get married I could not read anymore. Didn't even make it to the 3rd chapter and will not finish the series.
Poor Victoria and Toby with a love as old and strong as there's that's a blessing if all the problems that keep happening but at least they finally got to say I do
I really don’t like the main character Victoria she annoys me too no end. But love all the other characters and can’t wait to read what’s happening next.
So many things that come between these two lovers. Finally, the moment is here. Clean, fresh, and oh, so good. I'm curious what adventures the other two books with be filled with.
I received Broken Wolf, book 4 of the Curse of the Moon series, as a free book from the author (via BookFunnel). The gifting did not determine the review/rating, which reflects my honest opinion. I strongly suggest readers start at the beginning of the series as each book is a continuation of the plot thread of the Moonhaven pack who are trying to break the curse that allows werewolves to only shift during a full moon. While I enjoyed the way Claflin wove the tale, there were so many coincidences (for example, characters having answers to obscure questions, or being in (or able to access) a weird location. Regardless of the conveniences, the story provided lots of twists and unveiled more werewolf roots, which made the book really interesting. Love this series!
Tony and Victoria are planning their wedding. Victoria is hunting for the stone but at what cost? The story is well written, interesting and has great characters. This series just keeps getting better! I voluntarily reviewed this ARC book.
Love, love, oh what happiness! Good reading. Bad werewolf and the fight trying to keep everyone safe. Friendly vampires and a necklace from hell. I received a complimentary copy of this book for voluntary review consideration.
I enjoyed reading this story, had issues putting it down to sleep, but I managed. :) Still a pretty quick read, like the rest of the series, but good.
This storyline was a nice change of pace from the other books in the series, having the enemy of the novel be in the present, something new (well...to them, anyway), rather than related to their past packs' everlasting hatred. I also enjoyed getting to know the vampires better and see a bit more of the supernatural world, in general. The narrative provokes images very well, making the story very immersive. I'm loving seeing the characters grow throughout the novels, seems like they just keep getting better. Definitely looking forward to future books.
I received an ARC from the author and have chosen to review it. Once again we are back with the fourth installation of the Curse of the Moon series and you would think that Victoria and Toby could just catch a break but it just seems that they are destined to have problems keep arising. I really enjoyed reading this installment of Curse of the Moon. It was extremely easy to read just like Stacy Claflins other books. They just draw you into their world and they don’t want to let you go until a conclusion is made. This book just had me falling even more in love with Victoria and Toby and I can’t wait to read the next installment.
Victoria has the fever after hearing about a special stone that could get rid of the curse plaguing the pack. As she becomes obsessed with the stone, she is also planning her wedding. Will her and Toby finally say their "I do's" or will something come between them? I love this series and cannot wait for the next book. The series is coming to a fast end, but it's something I would read over and over.
I enjoyed the book overall, it was great for Toby and Victoria to finally get their big day - eventually. Really thought that was well written, and worth the wait.
I was a little surprised at how quickly/easily Fen was defeated. There was quite a build up to him being the most feared werewolf - the very first - but I felt it was all over quite quickly once he'd gotten to America.
Overall I loved the story, can't wait for the next instalment!

Broken Wolf is the fourth book in the Curse of the Moon series. With this series the reader has to start at the beginning to truly enjoy and follow the storyline. The good news is that you can now read the first four books right away in order. I devoured them all.
In Broken Wolf Toby an d Victoria are finally due to get married. Of course, in true Stacy Claflin style it does not go quite as planned. Victoria is obsessed with the Wolf Essence Stone. The risks she takes, the schemes she follows, and the need to find the stone becomes her reason for living. Toby sees the danger Victoria keeps putting herself in and does everything in his power to protect her.
Stacy Claflin did an amazing job of telling the story. She wove in the love with the story of mystery surrounding the Wolf Essence Stone. Would the stone solve the shifting issues the wolves have been experiencing? The story had twists, turns, love, and romance. There were secrets revealed about the paranormals in the book that intrigue me. I can’t wait to read more about this amazing pack.
:-) was worried there for a minute but whew, scary stuff the ancient werewolf that he was doing to all the innocent! Bad ads Victoria show him lol. The stone is a really freaky object doing weird things and what it was doing during the ending of this book is beyond weird?! Ahhh now what?? On a good note Victoria and Toby were married!! The sexy is kept out tho? Dunno why lol but great writing my dear lady author!!
