A fantastic story and series
This was an intense and complex story with many intriguing, yet terrifying, twists. One of your favorite bad guys is back to cause all kinds of mayhem, while getting extremely frustrated with the lack of results. Lol! It's not a story or series that you'll want to miss.
The 3rd and 4th books in this series had some editing errors that I had mentioned, as well as saying that I thought it was uncommon for this author, especially since the first two books didn't have any issues. I was going to mention this in my review of the last book, but I forgot. Sorry! I'm happy to say that I haven't noticed any issues with books #5 & #6. I just wanted it known that the errors in those two books were not a normal thing for this author.
I would definitely recommend this book, series, and outstanding author.

Homegrown Terrorism on the West Coast
In this, the sixth installment of the Adam Drake Series, Adam has been tasked with assessing a newly developed chemical detection system to be used on Seattle's mass transit train system.
While in the midst of this task, he has multiple encounters with a local neo-nazi organization, who try repeatedly to kidnap or kill him, for reasons unknown to him.
The Alliance and yet another group of Jihadists are also entwined, once again in this novel. Puget Sound Security uses all it's personnel and assets, in some very creative ways, to fight this latest threat.
Once again, this plot could have come straight out of the headlines. The action is constant and believable. I'm getting ready to read #7!

Fantastic read!
I think I found the Adam Drake series on BookBub.com and got to read the first one for free. I loved it and since I have purchased and read all of the Adam Drake novels. Great action, characterization and story lines from Scott Mathews. Looking forward to many more installments of this series. Adam Drake is a terrific protagonist and the supporting cast is great. While a serious action novel, there is enough "humorous" byplay to provide lighter moments. Highly recommended

An attack on America
This is another novel involving in Adam Drake. Adam is being chased by men who won the murder him. I found a plot is good and very interesting. A Sarin attack has been planned for the transit in Seattle Washington. I found the characters very go ahead and the story believable. I would recommend this book Rahou like a thriller and adventure book.

I’m a big fan of Scott Matthews’s Adam Drake series. The stories are fact based with lots of action and likable characters with detailed discriptions of settings and events. Strong storylines and well crafted suspense make the books very enjoyable. Hope the series continues.

Good story but still no character development
Slightly more complicated plot than usual, although still just the 2 interlocking elements.
No development of the main characters.
And still far too many typos/editing errors. Plus loads of poor pagination/layout problems.

Another Excellent Story
Another excellent story by Scott Matthews in the Adam Drake series.All the usual characters and another great storyline that moved at a fast pace with plenty of action.Looking forward to reading more in the series.

Non stop excitement
I just finished the 6 book in the Adam Drake series. As in previous Drake stories, this book starts off fast paced from page one and never slows down. I find it hard to put these books down once I pick them up. Adam and the staff at PSS are just as entertaining as Mitch Rapp, Scot Horvath and the likes. If you are a fan of political espionage stories, and haven't read a Scott Natthews'Adam Drake novel, I recommend picking one up today and dive into a thrilling and exciting rude.
Thank you M. Matthews, I can't wait for the next story.
