I adored the story of Carina and Matteo. The writing was exceptional, and Ms. Wilder's style is so relatable and draws you in completely. Its a great read for people that enjoy a little action with their romance! Highly recommend.

I enjoyed the book. There is some violence as the characters in this book are Carina who is the daughter of a Mafia Boss and Matteo who works for her father. But even though there is violence there is also a good romance. Matteo has loved Carina from afar because he knew he would never be accepted by her father. Carina has been attracted to him but she really wants nothing to do with her fathers Mafia life. The author has well developed characters and plot. I will read other books by this author.

Matteo was a cleaner for the mob family and in love with Carina, daughter of mob boss. Carina wanted to be a normal woman and get away from her father's business.
A group came to kill carina and Matteo saved her and they disappeared. As they try to figure out who behind the hit the both confess their love. See their love grow and does get away to be themselves.
