About the author

I am an author for HCS Publishing, as well as the Director of their Children's Literature department. I have an MFA in Children's Literature from Hollins University. I love picture books, both reading and writing them. I dabble in a few other genres as well, because why stick to just one thing!
My hobbies include triathlons, Kung Fu, traveling, camping, and yoga. My husband and I have a daughter and three cats.
