Whether it be honorable or less than, one indisputable fact of life is, everyone has a past. Lashay was a good girl gone bad; before reverting to her good girl origins. Living the life she’d always imagined for herself, she couldn’t be happier; until her past unexpectedly makes an appearance, threatening to destroy the dream that has become her life. With temptation staring her in the face and old emotions rearing their ugly head, will she succumb to the lies and drama that will come with giving in? Or will she continue to live out her dream with the love of her life and leave the past behind?
Shay and Keenan had one messed up marriage. I think Shay should have stayed with Rel. He was a good dude with genuine feelings for her. She got mad at him because he put her in the friend zone. She started back messing with Kane, whom she ended up pregnant for. If that's not bad enough, Kane is Keenan's daddy. Now Shay is pregnant for her father-in-law; and, Keenan has his mistress pregnant. A got ghetto mess!
Wow wow, How did I know? I knew it was something about Kane.. Lort this girl done got herself in some trouble now.. All Crystal wants to do is make trouble!! Lmbo, I can't wait to read the next one!!!
Random comments as I listen...Final review will change
*transparent 5 or 6 chapters in that Kane will be her husbands father *during confrontation between the married couple, the wife states "i'm an educated woman don't forget that" and then that was it....The thought or statement was not finished. "I'm an educated woman don't forget that I can support myself or I can take you to the cleaners" something that justifies pointing out her education. *Cee scott narration has improved tremendously from her earlier works. She's engaged.
Kane is keean father didn't see that coming at all. Crystal showing up at the door on Christmas that's messed up. This loved triangle keeps getting better and better.
