Está muy bien para personas que ya controlan un poco el veganismo. Dan un enfoque dedicado como se debe comer vegano cuando queremos coger masa muscular o definir que no lo he visto en otros libros y me viene muy bien para aprender a comer de esta forma ya que voy al gimnasio. Es muy básico y práctico. Pero para personas principiantes, le recomiendo otros libros.
