Very useful book on all the little things one usually learns the hard way, by screwing up. It also made me realize that to be a serious fly-fisherman, you have to live near enough to the streams to go there several times a year, not a reality in Southern California.

Absolutely brilliant collection of serious fly fishing tips and advice. If you only read 20 pages your fly fishing and the way you approach it would improve immeasurably. Has completely changed the way I fish!
