Improvement and change are not the same thing. A great read for anyone who leads adults in the education sector.

A practical and sound resource for guiding leaders to lead professional learning in their schools. The scripts and visuals support the description of engaging in our theories of practice instead of bypassing them. If educators could become less attached to their practices and resources, with the help from the ideas presented here, true change would occur more readily and rapidly.

Absolutely exceptional. Best edu leadership book I’ve read to date. A must read that includes critical concepts and thinking tools for school leaders to use as they plan and engage staff teams in improvement drives and strategies.
