I have never heard of the abandoned Italian town of Craco before - this is an easy kids nonfiction book. I think it did a good job of introducing the town to those who have never heard of it and giving some background information. The pictures are incredible!

Read it when my son checked it out of the library. This isn't a town I'd heard of and while it has only basic facts, it's prompting me to look up more information about the town.
