This was too short a read for my liking, i prefer the longer stories however important things still took place in this chapter which i am sure will lead to bigger things in the next and i believe final chapter in the shadow stalker novel! Auren and jade are returning to Appolia and Auren might be a threat to the people of the serpent isle!! Kado tries to keep her with him but he cannot force her any more and she leaves with Makari and Jade to fight the Gelvadi who are trying to take back the palace and to overthrow Makari!! Dying to read the final chapter now.

This is an interesting world with likable characters. I kept reading to see what happened next. I started reading this serialization when it only had 6 episodes. Each episode adds to the world and characters. The episodes are easy to read and end in a satisfying manner. Even though you are ready for the next one you are not disappointed in the story you just read. There are now 21 episodes so you don't have to wait for the next one to get your fix.
