Ha this book was like a staroid to my brain. The entire theme is to just ride your bike and enjoy it but always be safe. It really testifiys that it is all a mind game. If your in charge mentaly your incharge no matter what.

The way this book was written you could tell it was from a motocross riders voice and not author. Their were no gripping similes of how to's or anything it was just a crazy easy book to read and understand. but if you didnt ride you wouldnt be able to apply any of these things to you or anythign else. period.

Their were many quotes in this book that related to just belive in yourself and make it happen. like "When your desires are strong enough, you will appear to posses superhuman powers and achive." Napolean Hill. and also "The mind is the limit, As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it, as long as you beileve 100 percent. really you were always encourage that if you watn it you will get it. Even if not the first time you can do it.

To people who want to read this book or I recomend to read this are you have to know a thing or two about riding and just simple parts of your bike. If you dont ride it's really pointless. you have to apply this stuff or you get nothing accoplished. It really is a step by step process. you realy get every step of how to do and what to do IF you dont lke that format you will hate this book. So depends on what you really want.

Really its all a mind game in this book and appplying what you learn. the reading is extremely easy but its not detailed like a powm o fflowers and love. no real eimiles. just simple i mean minus parts and terms a rider know a 1st grader could really understand this book.

This book is a really good book for people who ride motocross. It teaches how to remover your bike, racing, trail riding, and etc. Basically the whole point is to have fun and be careful. This books tells what gear you need to wear, what size to get, and how it should fit. It gives you tips on how to race and trail riding. This book also tells the difference on how to ride a two stroke and a four stroke. Four strokes are harder than two strokes. Overall this book is really good! I recommend this book to anybody who rides and people who wants to ride. For beginners, this book will help u a lot trust me. So if you want to learn how to ride correctly, I recommend this book.
