PREGNANT BY MY DAUGHTER'S BOYFRIEND
Time does not heal all wounds…
After her senior year in high school, Patrice Cain had sworn off dating black men. After her boyfriend, Tremaine Davis, humiliated her by cheating on her with her best friend Desiree and getting her pregnant.
Fast forward 18 years later, Patrice Cain is now Patrice Mahoney. A proud mother of 2 beautiful daughters and house wife to successful Judge, Adam Mahoney. Living a prominent, yet stale and boring life.
That is until her daughter Melrose, calls and informs her that she and her boyfriend are considering getting married and wants to invite him and his family over to dinner. To Patrice’s surprise, her dinner guest are none other than the two people that made a fool out of her so many years ago.
All she can think of is revenge. When an idea pops into her head, involving her soon to be son in law, she tries hard to dismiss it. After living a boring life for so long, the thrill is too much to pass up. Will Patrice forget about the past, or will she commit the ultimate act of betrayal against her daughter, just to get her old friends back?

from the narration, too the actual story itself, it was just off
it did not really flow as well as it could have. this particular author , she does have another series that I actually enjoy so I know she is talented. I think this story is just a miss for me . but unfortunately, I like to see how stories end so I'll be listening to part 2 when it's released . but this story is not a really a good one it had spots that were interesting or that caught your attention but overall it was not a good one.
