I was worried about how the last book was going to go. The big bad was really powerful! I shouldn't have been worried at all. This book not only defeated the big bad but did it in style too.

Hannah is trying to save up enough credits to build a better life. Drakan is a Zuran General who has always put his people and his planet first. Both of them are guided by their moral code, and ethical principles, driven to do what is right, they want to be there for those who count on them... but this is the installment in this series where the puzzle pieces of the previous stories fall into place, and we discover just how serious the situation is.

Yet another DNF... I really thought I could skim-read this so that I could get to the next one with the knowledge of what happened... but I couldn't. I think my over-whelming take from this series as a whole is the way that the earth women ( that we met ) treat the 'Galatic' mates as pieces of meat... usually the side-kick is the guilty party... they all seem to be 'ooh yeah, I wouldn't say no to that big ol' alien dick...'... it's kind of feel like the women are trying to subjugate the males by doing this. And all of the women seem to wear black bra's and knickers... and their boobs spill out of said bra. It just feels a little too 1970's soft pornish to me... kind of 'Flesh Gordon'-ish. Doesn't make for a good read for me.
I stuck with this series because I was interested in the base story line - how that world got destroyed ( which has happened at the start of the next series many many many years ago ). Now though? Not so much.

A Great Endfing to One Series and a Terrific Way to Lead Into the Next! a
This was the series where once you started a book you either couldn't put it down till the end of had a very hard time staying away until you could get back to whichever one you were

It all comes down to this. The Tykix (sp?) are going to make their move & its up to the humans and the Zoran to come out on top. But how will they? Tens of thousands against thousands. I am aghast. I am scared for them. And in the midst of it all Hannah (shipping pilot) becomes privy to the plan and needs to share it with the Zoran King. Its so much on the line! I loved it. I just wonder what's in store for the Zoran after this.

Bittersweet ending!
This is the last book in This series, but not the end of the Zoran. Hannah and Drakan make a great team. Even though I liked them both, I didn't get a sense of who Drakan is. It's a bit muddled. The book was great...but rushed to the ending. I will read the next series with the Doran though!

Great finish to the series.
Drakan is a General you can get behind. He has dedicated his life to his craft. It is so funny how he meets Hannah. Her run in with the Tyk'ix gave her the link to the hive mind and even though they couldn't save the Zoran home world, at least they saved most of the Zorans. What a wild ride! (There are still edits needed to this series.)

Enjoyed to the max!
I can't put this author's books down. Life has ceased. I'm simply reading until there's no more books by Luna. Brilliant world-building. I love the strong female characters. They're hard to find lately. Luckily, I lucked up on Luna. Yay for me!!!

OMG!!! Am on a Roll😊
Like I've written starting with the Zoran Warriors all thru Galactic Mates and just read a preview to Barbarian Brides you would appreciate it more if you read in order so far I love it and the preview just read 2 chapters am hooked😊

I love how all the woman in your series are basically the heroines. It’s fun to see the alien males get stumped because they are unsure what too think of a head strong female

So good but so short!! I did have to stumble though grammatical errors but the whole heroic ensemble struggled through romance and really bad aliens (Putins) with Tentacles to suck out brains.

Wow
Loved it Drakan was a reel arrogant ass he was really horrible th Hannah in the beginning. I was really funny when he got covered in chocolate he really deserved it. Hannah w is a very strong character she stood up to him but she had a good heart even though she was worried about her little brother she still went back to tell them of the visions that she had . Over all it was very well written with strong characters and a brilliant story line can't wait for the next book great read x

What more can I say about these colorful – truly! – Zorans that I haven’t said for previous books? I love these aliens! They are funny, fun, stubborn, alpha, sexy, and sometimes just a hoot, and Drakan is no different. I loved him and Hannah together and their story is great. It is definitely sexy, and smexy, kept me on the edge of my seat, and made me laugh. Drakan is a clueless Zoran alpha general and Hannah is a smart, strong of character, talented pilot who matches the general at every turn. And there is a vat of liquid chocolate…what could go wrong?
Seriously, Hannah manages to break thru Drakan’s macho thinking to try to help the Zoran people. Of course Drakan gets slapped down by her! What Zoran doesn’t learn from his human mate? Lots of supporting characters that will make you smile. I don’t want to give any spoilers so I won’t say anything about the plot but I read this story straight thru because I wanted to know what happened. Loved it. Even if red isn’t my favorite color, Drakan is one of my favorite Zorans!

Hannah and her mechanic were almost at there destination to deliver when they were boarded by Zoran she couldn't explain how to see what in the air locked container. Mmmmmmmm Chocolate !!!!!!
Drakon is a Red Zoran General of the spaceship ZMC Dreadnaught. The King who is on Earth when he learned of the Tyk’ix betrayal. All the Zoran war ships were gathered and preparing for the Tyk’ix attack. All spaceships were inspected for the Tyk’ix. On one such inspection Drakon discovered a tank the captain of the ship wouldn't open. Ofcoarse Drakon had to have it opened, and discovered a human with the bluest eyes and a gweuy dark substance. Yummmmmmmy

Loved the story
The story was pretty good. I liked how this ended the series. Who knows in the next series. Maybe they could live with the Eeps or get star charts from Fenrir. I'm sure they have some in their library. I can't wait to find out.

Loved this amazing story. Who knew chocolate and aliens
went together so well! I couldn't stop smiling the whole time I was
reading it. I love this wonderful series and cannot recommend it

Loved it!
I'm bummed that it's over. For now. Loved the galactic mates series. I hope their search for a new world turns out to be a series just as entertaining as this one. Though I wouldn't mind a catch up book about all the galactic mates. Babies and families. What happened with each pair. Sad to see it end.

This book is just as great as the rest of the series? All of the books from Galactic Mates are so captivating, interesting, with lots of action, adventure, strong sexy alphas and strong minded mates. A truly awesome series and very highly recommend.

Book eight in the Galactic Mates series and it is just getting better I am sorry to see it end . I am going to go back now and read this whole series again . I was gifted a copy but because I liked it so much I also bought.

Can we talk EXCITING?! This story is full of excitement, and I literally could not put it down!
General Drakan is a huge red Zoran warrior, who has been in military training since his youth...to the exclusion of everything else.
Hannah is a trucker...in a space ship...trying to save enough money to buy a house for her and her little brother, Brock.
A trip to Zoran with a cargo of chocolate becomes her downfall.
I love and highly recommend this entire series full of alpha warriors and their strong human mates!

It was only one job, one that got thrown in a world wind when he came aboard. You'd think she was a criminal from the treatment he gave her. Then it happened, the worse thing possible... she saves a life. Only there was much more to it. Now the only thing left to do is back track. the last thing she wants to do. This is the final in the Galactic Mates Series and it is full of action and our two fated mates are going to have a hard time finding their happily ever after. Draken a Zoran General is head of the fleet of ships surrounding his home planet Exon Prime. It is his job to protect all his people and he will do it to the best of his ability even if that means he must let his mate go back to Earth. Hannah is a freighter Captain who is just doing her job of delivering a load chocolate to the Zoran home world and comes across the Armada guarding the planet. Her ship is boarded by General Draken and he ends up covered by chocolate because he is sure she and her crew member Evelyn is hiding something. Hannah and Draken are instantly attracted to each other but Hannah has to leave she must go home to rescue her younger brother who has run away from a friend who was minding him. On her way back Hannah retrieves a life pod with a rabid Tyk'ix aboard and imprisons him in the empty chocolate container but he has touched Hannah and now she has visions which she must impart to the Zorans as the Tyk'ix have plans to destroy the Zoran Empire. I loved the humor of the storyline that has a female pilot and her best friend bringing chocolates to alien worlds because it is so desired. I laughed a loud when Drakan demanded to search the ship hold and was covered in chocolate. I also cracked up when chocolate ward used as a sedative four a different attacking alien. Clever funny romantic fun.
