If you're in the mood for a quick, sexy, and deliciously naughty little read, boy oh boy do I have the book for you.
I was pleasantly surprised to find out I'd be receiving an ARC of Only Him in my inbox yesterday (I'd seen a few excerpts Jeanne St. James had posted on FB and was anxiously awaiting this to go live) so I immediately dove right in. I was NOT disappointed.
Sydney has had a crush on "Reid F*cking Turner" since she was in ninth grade. She went to all his sporting events and did her best to run into him a few times, but alas, he was with the blonde cheerleader type. *sigh*
But now they're grown up, she's developed into quite a woman, and she sees someone moving in next door. Who is it, you ask? Oh yes...it's RFT!

A quick and sexy read that will make you LOL, OMG and CYJ (cream your jeans). This book is hot, hot, hot! I love the way the characters speak and think, it's so realistic and relateable (we can all remember that high school crush who didn't even know you existed) and the sexual chemistry between these two is real, raw and so scorching hot you're going to need your own popsicle to cool off (not sure what I'm talking about, read the book and find out!) Loved it!

As alarming as the idea of a lifelong obsession can be, it worked out well for Sydney and Reid. From Reid’s groveling to the sexual experimentation, the dialogue between the two was super naughty and although the read was short, their dynamic turned out to be sweet.

If you are not into short, hot intense straight to the action with some light BDSM stories, then don’t read this. If you are ready to head straight to some steamy sex without dinner and dancing this is right up your alley.
What do you do when you high school crush moves next door fifteen years later? Well you can walk next door and ask him to fulfill your wildest fantasies or you do the next best thing and have a fantasy about him. Sydney is unaware that Reid is watching her through his bedroom window as she pleasures herself while imagining him doing to her what her toy is. As they both reach the ultimate conclusion they are both stunned to realize they had an audience.

So, who should be Reid in this narration? Teddy Hamilton is such a great cast choice. He has that familiarity in his voice, with an edge of sexiness. Add in the sultry voice of Ava Lucas as Sydney, with her feisty bossiness and adventurous tones, and this story is on fire. This is entertainment at it's best.

(audiobook) I had been disappointed by the previous book by Jeanne St James I had listened to, so I was anxious about this one. I didn’t have to: this time, it’s erotica with a non existing plot–the exact opposite of the other book–and it’s good. Damn was it hot!
A woman still obsessed with her high school crush discovers he has moved next door. The man catches her in the most intimate moment, and it gets him interested. He goes to confront her, and hotness ensues.
On top of a male submissive and the use of various toys during their hot night, what did it for me was the narrators. They’re so good! It made the whole thing even hotter. Like scorching hot.
There were some cringing things–like the internal use of popsicles…–but it didn’t keep me from enjoying this a lot.

Let me start by saying that this book is a little different from what I usually read. I personally don't really like the lead male character in the book to be the submissive in the bedroom. If you do that's great news cause in this book Reid is a hot cop, but loves to be submissive in the bedroom. Sydney his next door neighbor and also the girl whose had an obsessive crush on him since the 9th grade and is thrilled that Reid moved in next door. She catches him watching her while she pleasures herself and then Reid comes over banging on the door because he thinks it is some kind of setup by his ex-wife to make him look bad. Grab this book today to find out what happens when Sydney opens her door. Will she finally get the man who is the object of her obsessive crush? Will Reid let go and get his secret desires fulfilled by Sydney? Great book, just not particularly my cup of tea. Still well written and great story.

This was a great story that started out with Sydney's humorous inner dialogues. It turned super hot super fast though! Sydney and Reid are in their early 30s and she's had a crush on Reid since high school, almost to the point of obsession. He had been the star of every fantasy she ever had from the moment she met him. She described one particular solo session in high school as "...a good night and I might have sprained a finger."
As adults, Reid moves in next door. He doesn't remember her but that doesn't stop the sparks from flying! What will Sydney do with Reid when she finally gets her chance to have him in real life? Whew, boy! You'll want to read this to find out! Their chemistry is smokin' hot!! It is a standalone so you don't need to read book one. However, I suggest you do. It was a hot read also.

Sometimes you just need a fast listen and this is certainly it.
Sydney was the type of student no one remembers. Now older, she’s grown completely out of that, but not out of her long-standing crush/obsession. She notices someone moving in nearby and it’s Reid, the object of her fantasies since high school. Naturally she freaks out, but at the same time, he is right there! In the flesh.
Reid has come out of a long relationship. Now on his own, he’s trying to rebuild his life when he sees his hot neighbor please herself to his name. Wait, his name?
Yep, and so goes this story. It’s a lot hot. Reid confronts Sydney and their attraction is fire. And curious. I kind of couldn’t believe how submissive Reid was and I liked how Sydney took the reigns of unbelievable hookup and owned it. I loved Reid’s box of goodies. I also liked how open and honest they were about their play.
Now it might have been a little too fast and the story reflected that a little, but still it was pretty good.
The audio is excellent. Ava Lucas has a hot voice that really complimented Teddy Hamilton’s. I honestly haven’t heard much of her work, but I enjoyed her a lot in this.

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review. This is a very quick read centring around Sydney and Reid. She was so quiet and shy that he never noticed her throughout high school but Sydney definitely noticed him! Now 13 years later and Reid has moved in next door and when he see and hears her pleasuring herself and shouting out his name, he has to find out more. So the new next door neighbours get to discover each other since they missed out during their teenage years. This book basically takes place in later over a day so don't expect a full story. There is plenty of chemistry between the two protagonists but whether that "spark" is sustained is up to your imagination unless Jeanne St. James decides to write a part II. There is humour within the story and some BDSM scenes too so be warned. Recommended :)

Both the performance of Ava and Teddy was fantastic. Their voices were smooth , addictive and clear

Sydney definitely loved to take over some of the sexual parts... I mean don't get me wrong Reid definitely was a little bit more dominant to me in the bedroom... throughout the whole book I just thought it was really cool how they could reminisce about school things... But at the same time Sydney also was still pissed at him for not noticing her the whole time throughout School... But still that may for a lot of hot sex... But in the end there was still a lot of twists and turns that you have to go through to get to the end of this book to find out the conclusion... So you need to buy this book...

Just imagine the guy you were obsessed with and stalked through the halls of your high school moves in next door. That would be awesome. Anyhow, Only Him is splendidly written short romance and will snare your attention from the start to end. The characters, Sydney and Reid, are utterly charming and captivating. I absolutely love the dynamic between them, and their connection is definitely charged.
I love the fact that the book is a dual narration. Teddy Hamilton and Ava Lucas are brilliant. Their performances emulate the characters' personalities, mood, and emotions; bringing the story to life. I thoroughly enjoyed this audiobook and, highly recommend it.

Sydney and Reid went to high school together and 13 years later they are now neighbors. Sydney was watching as the new neighbor moved in next door only to realize it was her high school crush. Reid doesn't recognize her because back in high school they ran in different groups and he never knew about her crushing on him. But now they are all grown up and he's attracted to the woman she's become. Will Sydney and Reid become neighbors with benefits or something more? Only Him is a fun sexy quick novella full of fun hot kinky sex and a great story line too. I can not wait to see what Jeanne St. James comes up with next.

I've enjoyed every book I've read from Jeanne St James and this book was no exception. Only You is a short, naughty read that will steam up your kindle. The story is focused on one hott steamy night and the chemistry between these two characters was intense. If your looking for a quick read with a submissive male I would highly recommend Only You.
I listened to the audiobook version of this novel which was narrated by Teddy Hamilton, Ava Lucas. They did an excellent job portraying these characters and infusing the emotion and passion of the characters. With excellent pace and timing they brought the story to life. It was a pleasure listening to them narrate this novella.

The Obsessed Novella Series by is so freaking dirty you guys! I give this series (books 1-4) a total of ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars. Each book can be read as a standalone but they all have one thing in common and that is strong female characters who aren’t afraid of testing their limits. Each book surprised me in a great way and some left me needing more. I wish there was more romance and less erotica but I liked how each book took on a different insight into love, sex, chemistry, finding yourself and what it means to test your limits. I highly recommend this series if your into erotic romance🚨

*Audiobook Review*
Scorching and satisfying! I absolutely loved this audiobook! It was a lot of fun and super steamy, and although short, incredibly satisfying. Ava Lucas and Teddy Hamilton were great as Sydney and RFT a/k/a Reid F-ing Turner. (One of my favorite things in this novella was that Sydney always thought of Reid as Reid F-ing Turner.) Ava's voice, in particular, was sultry and perfect for this scorching listen. And Teddy was amazing as usual. Definitely worth a listen if you are looking for something shorter, but packed with heat and humor!

Sydney and Reid went to school together and she had a crush on him the entire time, but he had no clue who she was. They ran in different circles: he was a jock and she was a nerd. When they are both adults, he ends up moving in next door to her and let's j UST say a whole lot of fireworks works start going off in the neighborhood! This is an amazing book! I read this book as an ARC and this is my honest review.

A super sexy short read by Jeanne St. James! I love her work and this story is no exception. Her characters are always relatable and the story draws you in quick. I loved the pacing of this story. While it was a novella, I felt like I read a whole story without the time consumingness of reading a whole story! Another awesome read by this author. Definitely check out her other works as well :)

Great hot read! This was a short read but boy was it hot. Sydney had a crush on Reid back in high school , Reid doesn't remember her but he's very attracted to the woman she's grown into. When these two become neighbors Sydney can't help but explore the fantasies she's had for Reid all these years. Will this become more than just lust and sex ? You'll have to read to find out. I received an advance arc copy from Booksprout for an honest review.

This is a great story to heat up your afternoon or evening! I am loving this series, each book is a stand-alone with it’s own original story, the one thing they all share is that they are all smoking hot! I enjoy Jeanne St. James wonderful writing style, she grabs my attention right from the start and holds it captive to the very end. Sidney Ryan always crushed on Reid Turner, she was practically obsessed with him while in H.S but he had a girlfriend whom he married. So she was shocked to see who her neighbor was, none other than Reid F’ing Turner. She gets hot and bothered watching him and goes to take care of things for herself, little does she know she is putting on a show for him, he is taken by surprise when she cries out his name. Curiosity gets the best of him and he wants to know who she is how does she know him. I loved how this story plays out, it is sweet and super hot, there was great chemistry between them and great play too. Jeanne St. James, thank you for another fantastic story!

They do an amazing job bringing the characters to life, portraying them and projecting their passion and emotions into their performance. They are entertaining storytellers and pleasure to listen to. This is a quick read that is so very very hot. Jeanne is one of my favourite authors, I always know I am going to read an excellent book that has great characters, an awesome storyline and scenes that are damn well panty melting.

OnlyHim: it was well written. It was Hot Hot Hot and steamy! It was a fantastic story! I loved how she stalked him in high school and how she still had feelings for him even though he didn't know she excited. I loved the kinky scenes. I loved the whole story!
