I grew up working in my father's restaurant from the age of 12 thru college. i worked many jobs from cashier to busgirl, waitress and eventually management!

Katelyn's book clearly points out the traits of an effective manager/leader. I couldn't agree more! This book is well written and the concepts are clear. If you want to succeed as a restaurant manager - or any other manager - then this book will guide you!

Well done Katelyn!!

Simple But Effective

Great book for personal growth as a manager. I thoroughly enjoyed her examples and advice.

If I had to say a setback it's that it didn't really go into the business side of things, but I don't think it meant to.
