Billionaire's Babysitter is LIVE!
Another favorite by Flora Ferrari! "Billionaire's Babysitter was Cole and Anna's quick and sexy story with a darling little boy by the name of Benjamin who stoled the story until he's invited to his friend's sleepover. C&A had sparks from the start to the end of this tale so when she babysits for Cole after a babysitter cancels out, she gets closer to Benjamin and even closer to Cole when he returns for his meeting. Cole knew that Anna was 'the one for him' so his appointment was shortens and he's quick to tell Anna how important she was to him. The only problem/conflict in the story was not even the age difference but that Cole is Anna's father best friend, Corey.
So if you're looking for a quick and sexy read with a cute child whose smart as a whip then read Cole and Anna memorable story, "Billionaire's Babysitter."

Another phenomenal read by Flora Ferrari!!!
This book is insta everything!! Scorching hot!! Cole and Anna have such intense chemistry!! And OMG Benjamin!! Can that little boy be any cuter? Cole knows Anna is the one!!! Knows that they would make such a perfect family. He just needs to convince his best friend and Anna's father that this indeed the real thing.

This is a fun, sweet and sexy insta-love story with an older man and a younger woman. It's a quick read and one of my favourites from this series so far.
Neither Cole or Anna expected to find love or expected to find themselves with a child to care for, but when Benjamin's parents are KIA, Cole is suddenly a daddy and in need of back up.
The chemistry between Cole and Anna is hot and little Benjamin will just steal your heart. He's so polite and adorable.
Quick, steamy romance read. Standalone novella. No cliffhanger. No cheating.

I absolutely love these books. They are perfect books for a quick escape from reality. Cole and Anna were both great characters and Benjamin was precious. Cole was yummy! He was an alpha male who knew he wanted Anna from the moment he saw her. Anna was a beautiful person inside and out. I loved her instant connection with Benjamin. I felt bad for them when their sexy time kept getting interrupted, but that is life isn't it, lol! Great quick, sexy, sweet and loving read!

Anna had just recently graduated from NYU’s Stern School of Business with a degree in Finance. With her good grades, she had expected to get a job right away. Apparently the real world was more complicated that she was led to believe. Student debt was enormous, so she moved back home with her dad. Feeling down, she drove home – only to find some jerk blocked her driveway! So she struggled into a tiny space down the street and stepped to the sidewalk. But something knocked into her and she face-planted in someone’s lawn! She grabbed the child who was about to escape. He jumped off the bike and took off running.
Cole looked up from his phone call to see a pretty female dive into his yard and tackle his son! As he approaches, he sees her handling the issue very well, not yelling but explaining to Benjamin that he needs a helmet and needs to be more careful of others. Cole was impressed. And he recognized her as his best friend’s daughter who had certainly grown up since she went off to college! She had really grown up since then!
Anna returned home and went upstairs. Her dad called her down for a visitor. Benjamin was there with flowers and an apology. She gave him a big hug. He was so polite! She could see the influence of his military parents who were recently killed in Afghanistan. Her heart melted at how wonderful and adorable he was! If only she could be part of his future and Cole’s as well. But what would her father say about her dating his best friend?!
This was a good story, showing what good families are made of. Benjamin is such a great child that he will draw you right in. Aside from the small amount of kink, which I am not comfortable with, the real focus is on relationships and not a need for earning money above all. It’s an easy read and I think the reader would enjoy it.

Billionaire's Babysitter is funny, sweet and steamy. Flora Ferrari paired a fun story with likeable characters for an entertaining read. I highly recommend this book.

I voluntarily ARC for honest review . This story take place in Los Angeles , 37 year old billionaire Cole Carter made billions in Foreign Trading Currencies Exchange, he is now guardian of his nephew Benjamin. His brother Kyle and his wife Brandi were KIA in Afghanistan. Benjamin accidentally crashed into the next door neighbor.
After 21 year-old Anna graduates from NYU/STERN SCHOOL OF BUSINESS with a degree in finance, she returned to her's parents house in L.A. She just applied for a job at PACIFIC INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY in Newport Beach , returned home when she was hit by Benjamin's bike.
Both Cole and Anna meet again after not seeing each other in couple of years , cause by the accident. They instantly connection at first touch besides instant attractions. All smooth sailing for Cole and Anna , until supercell Corey(Anna's father) hits. Cole fall in love with Anna and Anna fall in love with Cole and Benjamin.
Will Anna and Cole have HEA with each other and Benjamin? What is the project , that Cole is talking about ? Who are Sarah , Lucas and Rachel ,to Cole, Anna and Benjamin? Who wins US OPEN SURFING CHAMPIONSHIP in Huntington Beach?
I love and recommend this book to everyone 😆 😙. The strong structure storyline and well developed characters and supporting characters brilliant exquisitely well written , that Flora style. The story is drama rom-com adventure provocative hot streamy sex captivating sizzling chemistry strength of character and captivating from start to finish 💋 💖. Flora is favorite author of mine.

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Anna and Cole Carter. Anna has come back home to California from New York after finishing her degree and not being able to get a job. Though she is out with her resume daily she just can't seem to break through in her finance field yet in California either. So one day after coming home from another interview where she knows it is 3 spots and what looks like 912 showing up to try for it. She get blocked from her driveway and a little boy tries to run her over on his bike. It is the last straw for her. She chases him down and speaks to him with authority not yelling though. That is is proud of but one look at the boy and all she wants to do is huge him. Cole has been taking care of his nephew since his brother and his wife were KIA in Afghanistan. Cole has always been a loner and isn't sure at times what to do with Benjamin. Seeing Anna his best friends daughter discipline him though makes his heart want things it shouldn't. Can these two get all that they want or will her dad and her interviews make that impossible?
This is an amazing book. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will have you hooked from the first word to the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Lovely romance in a cute little package. This billionaire has all going for him. Huge and handsome, muscles to make you swoon, and a heart divided into his little kid and paying back to society with his knowledge of finance. Then a young neighbour robs him of his breath, and his mind goes into fire with desire.
This short romance is nicely paced as this relationship takes flight between Cole and Anna, newly graduated in Economics and looking for a job that resists her. I really enjoyed the lively way she meets this cutest boy, Benjamin, and the man who's welcomed him into his life and under his roof after his parents' demise. Not only that, but also the truly pretty scenes where this couple knows each other better and gets on so well. They connect and it's warming and puts a smile on your face and a little flutter in your belly. For a smut romance, they take their time to hit the bed which cements the flow of their relationship. And when it happens, it's tender and sexy, and surprisingly rougher than anticipated but in the hot way.
Of course, there is a little drama coming from the woman's father, but it all resolves into a couple of epilogues in double POV that highlights all the family glow and love that you may need to fuel your romantic fantasies.

Anna is surprised since Cade is her dad's best friend.

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I really enjoyed this story about Cole and Anna. Anna had just moved back home from New York after graduating college and but finding a job. Cole is trying to learn how to be a dad, to his nephew his parents were killed. He's staying in your home which is next door to Anna and his best friend Cory's house. When Anna comes home from an interview she goes to go in the house but is running over almost and by Benjamin, Kohl's new charge. when cold comes out to help Anna there's instant an spark between them. She is blown play that this older handsome man wants to have anything to do with her. The same day he asks her if she would like to go to the beach with him and Benjamin, and she agrees. After sneaking a kiss at the beach he's head over heels for her.father to as they learn how to be parents to Benjamin as well as break the news to her father. Great quick read with lots of heat.

Misleading title
I usually like this author's books, but this one was misleading and didn't contain her usual attraction tension, nor many sexytimes. This would have been more appropriately titled 'best friend's daughter'. Anna babysat once, and other than her mentioning Cole's possible 'billionaire' status, we don't know that he is a billionaire. I like "insta-love" stories because they are fast paced, but this story seemed really rushed. I didn't feel any real chemistry between the characters. For me, their storyline was bland, kind of like a boilerplate story. And, Anna 's reaction to seeing the a 'huge' ring should have been written a little differently. Regarding the epilogues; I actually started skimming the pages hoping to find new material or an interesting furthering of the storyline. 'There are a few minor editing issues such as 'here' instead of 'hear', and so on.

Falling For The Babysitter
Another good May/December romance from Flora Ferrari. 21 books so far published in this series yet no 2 are alike. What amazing talent and imagination to be able to do that and do it as well as Flora does. It's no wonder she is one of my favorites.
After Anna is unable to obtain a job following college graduation, she has to move back home with her dad. Unbeknownst to Anna, her girlhood crush (also her dad's best friend) Cole, now lives next door with his recently orphaned nephew, Benjamin. Turns out, now that Anna is all grown up, Cole is just as attracted to her as she is to him. Unable to control themselves, they almost get caught making out, multiple times by Anna's dad and Benjamin.
Right from the beginning, Anna can see both Cole and Benjamin taking up permanent residence in her heart but how does Cole feel about her?

This was a well written short story with a nice storyline and plot. I liked the characters. It is a mix of lust, love, instant everything, alpha males, friend issues, age gap, family, twists and emotions. I like the steam, attraction, chemistry there is between the main characters.
I like Cole is a problem solver. He is an adult that takes what he wants and he tries to solve the problems that are thrown at him.
A sweet but also sexy story that could have been the couple next door.
It is written in dual POV which gives the reader more of the feelings and thoughts of the main characters. Likeable main characters who develops nicely through the story. How to choose the right partner and fight for it despite all the issues that is thrown at you. How to catch the chance for your HEA.

Anna got a degree in finance but can't find a job. When she arrives home from interview to find the driveway blocked and then almost gets run down by a small boy on a bike. She follows him home and learns that he is Cole's nephew. Cole is stunned by the beautiful creature scolding his nephew. Cole sees how she handles his nephew and asks if she'd like to be his nanny. Its not long before Cole sees that she's good for them both and wants to claim her for his own. What will Anna's dad say about them being together?
This is a great story and will captivate you from beginning to end. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Excellent contemporary billionaire romance. This was an enjoyable romance where Cole has worked hard and has just become guardian of his 5-year old nephew. It is a big responsibility for a bachelor. Now he finds himself in need of a babysitter. After graduating from college Anna ends up back home with her dad due to a difficult job market. She hasn't seen Benjamin since he was a baby and it's been years since she and Cole have seen one another. Suddenly, they find themselves feeling differently. Cole is Anna's father's best friend. Talk about complications in a relationship. I received a complementary copy of this book and chose to write a review. I look forward to reading future books by Ms. Ferrari in the future.

A Quick Engaging Romance.
BILLIONAIRE’S BABYSITTER - An Older Man Younger Woman Romance, A Man Who Knows What He Wants Series, #20 by author Flora Ferrari. This story is a modern California love story where everything happens quickly and decisively for Anna and Cole. It takes a certain type of alpha to pull this off and the author has it down pat on how to manipulate her characters effectively and lovingly. Cole’s ward, five year old, Benjamin, is a scene stealer, so watch out for him. She even includes extended epilogues twenty years out which is a nice added touch.
Definitely recommending this book for your reading enjoyment and I am leaving this review for your consideration. Peace.

Our heroine literally gets knocked over by the boy next door. This turns out to be a good thing when she falls hard for his dad.
This is an instant love romance, something that our author writes very well. I enjoy these stories for the quick connection and the lack of angst that often emerge is so many other stories. While I like a good hard fought romance, sometimes it is nice to relax and take the easy approach.
The story is well written with fun and enjoyable characters and a good plot. Our couple does have a few hurdles to cross, but nothing is stopping them from their well deserved HEA.

Another fantastic older man younger woman romance by the incredible Flora Ferrari! Anna has just finished university and is looking for a job, she has moved back to her Dads while she looks.
She bumps into his friend Cole who she has not seen for years and sparks fly. Well written, romantic, sexy it has great characters and a great storyline and I fell in love with a Benjamin

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. Absolutely adorable and sweet read. I loved the story of Cole and Anna. They instantly clicked and had amazing chemistry. Cole's nephew is the reason this book was so adorable. He may have run into Anna and made her fall, but he didn't do it because he was a bratty little boy. The way he apologized was so cute. He was such a well mannered little boy. Cole may have been the best friend of Anna's father but he knew what he wanted and went for it. Anna didn't think the age difference mattered. This book was a great quick read for an afternoon. I loved the way Cole and Anna were able to get their HEA.

I really enjoyed this story! It's a quick, entertaining read. I really enjoyed the characters, Cole, Anna and Benjamin. Benjamin is such a cutie! He plays a great little part in Cole and Anna getting together. There is an age difference between Cole and Anna but it doesn't really play a major part. It is neither a major draw or negative for Anna and vice versa for Cole. They are drawn to each other because of personality and attraction. The story is quick and everything happens quickly. I enjoyed it! It was a quick read but perfect to pass time with. I liked how things developed and overall just really enjoyed the characters.

Benjamin, an adorable little boy who's a major character himself, crashes into her with his bike, causing her to be reintroduced to Cole. Things between them are fun and flirty, and their chemistry is amazing. Cole is smitten from the moment he sees her again, but being her dads best friend is a little hard. He refuses to give up, knowing she's it for him.

I enjoyed parts of this story but I found other parts long winded and dragged out. I liked Anna and Cole as a couple and wanted them to hurry up and get together! The chemistry was clear to see but I wanted more. I understood Anna was determined to get a job but I wanted the story to focus more on Anna and Cole’s relationship.
Benjamin is super sweet! He is so cute! The 3 weeks later part of this book was not only sweet but also heart warming.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and an ok read. If you’re looking for a fast paced romance that features a young heroine and an older hero this book is for you.

Hot read with a mix of sweet. Loved how Cole was with his nephew and how Anna took to the boy quickly. Cole was beyond determined to prove that he was with Anna for more than just a fling and it was adorable how he proposed. Good book and cannot wait for more from this series!

**I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book** Anna was forced to move back to California after she graduated from NYU because she couldn't find a job on Wall Street as she had wanted. Having no luck finding a job in LA either, Anna goes home one day to be knocked over by a small boy. Benjamin is the nephew of Cole who is Anna's father's best friend. When they see each other after a few years of not seeing each other, there is a very immediate and elextric connection that they share and both begin steps to pursue that connection without voicing it to the other. The love is instant and the sex scenes are hot and sexy. A great book by Flora!

What she finds is a supremely cute five year old who literally knocks her over. She re-discovers, in a very big way, her father's best friend, Cole, the guardian of said five year old. Cole discovers Anna. For the first time he sees her as a very beautiful and intelligent young woman and he wants her like he's never wanted any other. Maybe even enough to deal with Anna's father Corey. Loved the epilogues!
