Loved loved LOVED Fighting chance everything about it was really likable amazing story line , characters you will adore and some you will really hate , funny, steamy,and sad moments . The blurb aroused my curiosity along with the cover total cover lover . I love how Chance and Mia meet he becomes her protector in the time she needs rescuing , they both yearned for the other but didn't know what to do with the attraction until it reached the braking point and there was no turning back and what a steamy scene that was . Mia was such a strong ,funny ,confident and selfless heroine not everyone would do what she does for the ones she love especially when that person really doesn't deserve it . Sexy Chance is just sex on a stick a really big stick I didn't know what to think of him at first but as the book progressed and he shown his true self I fell absolutely in lurv with this hero . I liked how Lynn Rider makes you fell for these characters some you really love and others you will hate hope we get to see more from them cough yummy bodyguard cough , this would be my first read by this author and there will be more I'll be reading in the future and some of her first stories .

I gave this book 4.5 stars!
From the first word I was Hooked all the way to end I was Hanging to see what would happen. This my first book from this author and I will not be the last. I love me a good MMA book and this books gives you the MMA stuff but a wonderful storyline with wonderful characters.
Mia and Chance both have to climb uphill. They both have circumstances that puts them into each other lives. Chance hasn't never wanted to settled down, but after his mothers death, he knows he wants custody of his brothers. In order to do that he comes up with a plan to marry Mia and after he gets the boys, to divorce her. Mia sister has gotten herself into a lot of trouble. Mia is forced to send her sister into hiding and take on the trouble herself. When fate intervenes and Mia and Chance has to fight their real feelings and because both of them are using each other. When everything comes to light, will these two be able to hold onto what they have or will it be the end?
This story will have you fighting for Chance and Mia as well as wanting to kill other characters. The storyline will have you wanting more, and more. Can't to see what she writes next.

Chance officially has my heart. Boy does he love hard! He gives it everything he has even if he doesn't know what he's doing. He has horrible selfish parents, who continued to have babies, giving him to younger brothers, much younger. He is worried about them. He is working all his angels to try to make them a family again.
Mia is doing everything she can to make sure her younger sister doesn't get killed. Not only is willing to sell her body but she has sold everything to make it all better. No guidance. She has no guidance. She just wants to dance.
I loved the relationship that they have. I love that Chance doesn't give her a chance to say no but just makes her feel loved from the very beginning. I love that she accepts him for who he is and doesn't question his motivates.
These two had me turning the page quickly to make sure that they got their heads out of their butts and made it work. I was rooting for them but Lynn keeps us waiting. This is my first read from Lynn Rider. It will not be the last. I enjoyed the writing style, the story line and the plot. I enjoyed the flow, it kept me interested, it made me wanting more.

Just wow!! Loved, loved LOVED this story!! So much emotion, drama, angst, and heartwarming moments.
This is the first I've read from this author and definitely not the last. I'm just in awe and didn't expect all these feelings from reading this book. It's been a minute since I've read a book where I've liked both the hero and the heroine equally. Both Chance and Mia had their own issues and were both equally strong. They both made sacrifices for loved ones and had huge hearts.
They met in the most unconventional way and Chance just knew she was different. This wasn't insta love but a slow build even though they were attracted to each other. You get to see the reasoning behind both their lifestyles and why they are doing what they are doing. They were both raised differently but their current problems are somewhat similar. It's such a beautiful read and throwing Chance little brothers into the mix, priceless.
They both had very few people in their corner but their loyalty to each other and family will have you smiling. I hope there's a continuation on these two because I think there is more to their HEA.
I voluntarily read an advanced reader copy of this book.

I really liked the first 1/3 of this book. I loved Chance's storyline with his adorable brothers, even if it was so frustrating and maddening that no social worker ever got involved. I also liked Mia and how brave and selfless she was to help her sister. Then it kind of went downhill the minute Chance and Mia got together. I felt like I missed about 5 chapters, you know the important chapters where the protagonists connect. It had this insta-love thing and they were living together from almost day one. I need a better reason for them getting so close so soon than "they just knew". I thought the thing with Paul would lead to a more thrilling climax but I guess the author is saving that for a book about Smith. Anyway, this was a good book that I enjoyed, but was just let down by the romance aspect.

This is the first time I have read this authors work, and my word, it will definitely not be the last. This is the story of Chance and Mia, who both have issues to overcome, and have both sacrificed themselves for others. These two are attracted to each other, and are great together. No spoilers from me though, give this novel a chance for yourself!!
This author has done a wonderful job in writing this storyline, and I was hooked and intrigued throughout. This story is action packed with emotion, loyalty, angst, drama, heart-warming and love. I cannot wait to read more of this authors work, and I recommend for all readers.

Good read! This is my fist book by this author, but not my last. I enjoyed this story, but felt it was missing something. Mia is a kind hearted woman who has been dealt a bad hand recently. She is trying to save her sister from herself, but puts herself in danger instead. She meets a sweet sexy guy who she. Any seem to stay away from. Chance is a guy who fought his way to where he is now & understands that life is always perfect. Mia is stubborn & won't explain things to Chance. The not exactly lies but the omission of certain things causes problems within their new relationship.
Good read, just wish it was more.

5 stars for Chance and Mia found this book by accident. I think it was on Facebook. But I love MMA and when it talked about fighting I automatically bought it. And what a gem it turned out to be.I read it in one day couldn't put it down. Now I want Smith's book next please.

Love this book
I loved this book, I found myself smiling while reading it a whole lot :) I've never read this author before but I certainly will check out her other books. Mia and Chance are very relatable characters with a HEA.

So much emotion that I honestly wasn't expecting. I was enthralled from the very beginning and fell harder for these characters with each turn of the page. My first read by this author, but I'll be sure to keep an eye out for future reads.

Really good book. I loved watching these two fall in love and I absolutely adored Brandon and Matthew. Wished there was a bigger epilogue for them but that's only cause I wanted to know more! :)

Fighting Chance is the sweet, sexy and romantic tale of Chance and Mia. Mia has been on her own since her parents passed away. Although she has been fighting to protect her sister, her sister doesn't believe she needs any help. After raking up a huge debt to a drug dealer, Mia sends her sister away and is forced to work as a dancer. She’s a ballerina, but she isn’t cut out for pole dancing. Her awkward dance catches the attention of Chance. Chance is strong, protective and has a dark past. He helps Mia in any way possible. Their feelings for each other grow quickly and become overwhelming.
I really enjoyed Fighting Chance. There’s the part of the story that draws you into the romance side but there’s also suspense and having to know what happens next. There might not be a happily ever after for every person in the story but Chance and Mia find everything they are looking for in each other. This book contains characters that you’ll love and really hate. I thought it was very well written and it kept my attention throughout the novel. Due to its contents, I recommend this for mature readers.
