Book review

Breathtaking. Full of twists and turns. The plot and scenes are incisively built. However, the real protagonist of this portion is truly Chanakya. His mind boggling strategies are unparalleled.

Some of it are hard to believe like the artificial lion. Common, even at this day and age buildig an artificial lion that looks, walks and roars like a real one is near impossible. But then hey, I didn't live in those times, maybe they were that advanced.

A story of strength and revenge. Interesting read indeed

Listened as an audiobook. Awesome storytelling, I felt like it was some thriller book due to its fast paced writing.

This story is basically adapted from the famous Kannada prose " Mudramanjusha" written by Kaimpu Narayan in 1823.
Chandragupta,the grandfather of Asoka the great , was in fact hero of many popular legends in India. Almost 2300 years ago he unified almost all north east India and defeated the famous Macedonian Selukas Nikator.
