I've read this book once and about to read it again, it has so many gold nuggets between the pages.
It has the action steps you can follow.
I would have liked if it had a strategy section at the start with an overview, so I had to learn each piece and it clicked together at the end.
I'd like to give it a 5 star but it has a few hyperlinks that don't work anymore so based on that I gave it a 4 star review.
This book is USA based, and I'm based in Australia. I've managed to create a hybrid of this book and 'The Loan Officer Revolution' to come up with something I can use locally.
The book provided a link for a discount to the authors Udemy course for US$30 which I'll be purchasing based on the quality of this book.
If you follow these recommendations you can't help but succeed. No fluff in this book, just good usable ideas. I recommend this to LO's and Real Estate Professionals.
