The woman in this story was very alpha and not in a good way.
She tells the hero ...
“I am putting you on notice, Bradley Wellington. I am in full pursuit.”
She kept pursuing the H even though he told her that he wasn't interested (sex=yes ... relationship=no) -- time and time again. If this was a man pursuing a woman, guaranteed the woman would obtain a restraining order against him. This story wanted to be a romantic comedy (the writing was very stilted so I skimmed a lot) but it missed its mark. The h is way too aggressive, but she wears him down over time.
I think this quote sums up her personality -- perfectly ...
“Leesa, please allow me to be the man for once in this relationship,” he had said to her in exasperation.

Another great story
OK just finished Bradley and Lessa story and she was the kind of woman that didn't take no for an answer and was a take charge person. He really needed that too they made a great pair even when he tried to complain about it. Sometimes you just have to take the bull by the horn and not give up! I enjoyed the bonus story too it was a nice fast read.

Beautiful, Stunning, exquisite Leesa knew what she wanted and that was Bradley Wellington, the real estate billionaire, she waited for him for 8 years . He is 52 and she is 35, I would say she needs to act quickly!
Leesa was a vivacious, go getter woman, who believed in “ if you can dream it, you can achieve it “. She retired from modeling and went into pursuing her man … As for Brad, he wasn’t immune from Leesa beauty and charm, far from it, however, he could never imagine that an exquisite beauty like her, who can have anyone would want someone like him … The heart wants what the heart wants with zero apology!!

My goodness
I absolutely adore Bradley and Leesa. Wow! She is a model retiring and now she is out to get the man she has loved for eight years, the only problem he does not want to be caught based on his last marriage. Too bad Leesa is determined. This is fun to read as Bradley tries to avoid Leesa determination. Surprise the second book is also good with a suspenseful back ground. Nathan has been getting death threats which he has not taken seriously until the threat involves his three year old son Jack. He hires his high. School friend security firm where he encounters Chris computer expert and wants her to become his son's bodyguard and hi loved However Chris is not thrilled with him. As they work towards a relationship the threats now include Chris can Nathan keep the two people he love safe.

Leesa knew what she wanted and made no qualms about getting exactly what she wanted. She had loved Bradley for years. She was determined to show him that he was everything to her. She wanted to work pass his issues and get him to see what was before him.

Alpha/Beta
This story was really nice & enjoyable. However though the main/lead make is depicted as an Alpha, is he really! He seemed more like the product of a male that was bullied or had very low self esteem, self worth & doubted himself worthy.
I enjoyed this book now so because of that, not every man can be truly alpha w/o some inner turmoils.
Also, the fact that he is an older man that has attracted a highly sought after super model much his junior attention. She knows what she wants and is not to shy to go after it.
I found real humor and connections in this read. I'd like to see more.

About time I read this tale. I read most of the later MFM books before I even bought Bradley. And I havn't been paying attn to the order of these books. Also in reading the descriptor I became reluctant to even buy it because I'm not a fan of too large an age gap.
But Dowe makes it work and I finally got the origin story in full of Leesa & Bradley. It's fun watching him being dragged out of his determined bachelor-hood. Leesa is definitely what he needed. The cover model even lives up to the hype in the book and he is one of the few. 😉
It is surprisingly good and I'm going to re-group and read them in order, well the rest anyway. 👍

Bradley : BWWM Romance ( Members From Money Book 2)
I'm enjoying The Members From Money Series each billionaires story has been unique ,intriguing,and quite interesting. I really loved Bradley because he was so clueless when Leesa put her plan into motion. This was a great read very entertaining. I also enjoyed the bonus book Her Billionaire Client. I didn't figure out the blackmailer until I was almost finished with the book. It's a must read. Both books are for mature reader's very explicit but good.

I really fell for Bradley in this story. We find a man determined not to fall in love again. His wife had been cheating on him and after her death everyone just thought he was still in love with her, but he just didn't want to be hurt again. Leesa a very beautiful African-American model who has been in love with Bradley for years and she's here to get her man. I was glad that she was so confident, but she was somewhat too much for me. This is the second book I've read by this author and I'm enjoying that the books so far have had a great cast of characters and the side stories are really good. The bonus book Her Billionaire Client is very good.

Not sure how I feel about this one😮😮, Leesa a retired model several years younger than Bradley had decided eight years ago that he was to be her husband and the father of her children. She was bossy, and determined to get what she wanted. It was like she wore the pants in the relationship not letting him make any of the decisions. Wasn't bad but I would have liked for Bradley to have a backbone😊😊😊

Leesa is a STRONG INDEPENDENT WOMAN who gets what she wants!!! Bradley didn’t see the storm coming known as Leesa. For years she has loved him and was ready to get her man!!! Bradley tried but failed miserably trying to fight what was going on in his head!!! Once he had a taste of having her, there was no since of depriving himself. Their chemistry was undeniable... True love prevails

I listen to its audiobook. The only good thing was the narrators. Their voices were pleasant but the story was too boring. And though I truly like independent strong women, I found the main characters non persuasive. A strong independent woman who is in love with a guy for years. A 52 years old guy, not into commitment, not into relationships, with lots of money and status, who finally is wrapped around the woman's finger!! Absolutely boring and expected.

This author isn’t black but pretends to be. Her description of black female leads make it very clear that she is not a black woman. At least let people know you are a white author so we can be prepared for a white womans perspective on black women. It’s so sad because she takes so much away from the FMC. I couldn’t get past the first few chapters. Collaborate with black women and then give then credit for their work. This is highly misleading.

Loved Leesa and Bradley. Bradley didn't know what hit him because Leesa was a beautiful tornado who showed him how much she loved him. Leesa waited on him for 8 years and then she decided it was time...She is my absolute favorite lady amongst these books... You will enjoy this book for sure. Great book Katie Dowe!

Absolutely Entertaining
I really enjoyed reading this story it's fascinating with characters that have a sizzling hot passionate relationship. It's believable with lots of drama and a amazing heroine who is just what you would like to be. This is a delightful and fun story. The second story is also intriguing with lots of suspense and drama. What a wonderful book to read.

Nice Read!
I enjoyed reading this book! I truly loved how Leesa was so sure in knowing what she wanted in a man! Once she found him, she waited 8 years to devote her time into making him hers. Bradley tried to run from Love because he didn't want to be hurt anymore! I know everyone who reads this book will enjoy it! I definitely recommend this book to others!

Leesha and Brad
The strong woman concept is good, but Leesha bombarded Brad. She was so bossy, but Brad fell into line with whatever she said. The caveat I'd that for some reason (it wasn't explained) Leesha had started loving him years back and was determined that she was gonna marry him and have his babies.

Unexpectedly Good
This was an unexpectedly decent read. It was pretty fast paced and held my interest. Leesa was a bit bossy but knew exactly what she wanted. A quick and satisfying ending to this couple's HEA.

I loved Leesa’s alpha vibe. Her character was non-apologetic, fierce and yet compassionate. It was so refreshing to see a lead female character take charge of her destiny. Bradley’s character was a perfect blend of strength, vulnerability and power. Together they were indestructible.

I loved the forwardness of Leesa and her Paige mindset! She knew what she wanted and stopped at nothing to get it. It was her way of thinking that made Bradley a new man!! Awesome story!!

Brad and Leesa was a job to from start to finish. I wish it was longer. I have nothing negative to see about this story line. I was captivated from start to the end.

This was horrible. Couldn’t even finish. The writing felt elementary and there was no connection between the characters. She was basically stalking and manipulating him.
