The Call continues the message introduced in The Final Quest which challenged Christians around the world to begin living the truth with which they have been entrusted. The Call is a call to life; a call to live in the unprecedented glory of the Son of God; a call to sacrifice to do all things for the sake of the gospel. The darkness will soon be over, and the day of our Lord will soon dawn. Now is the time for us to take a stand against the great darkness of our times for the sake of the Light Who is greater and is surely coming...

The "last days" are here. These are the days of dreams, visions and prophecy for the young and the old, the sons and the daughters--the days that the great saints of old longed to see and in which we are privileged to live. This book is a call to seize an unprecedented opportunity and to live in a manner worthy of... The Call.

Not among Joyner's best. When the reader is forced to choose between the Bible and Joyner's "vision," it's probably safer to stay with the Bible.

Another good one

I'm really enjoying this series and I can say as a believer if our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ I felt so called out 🤣. This one hit deep and I truly appreciate that this is being shared with me. This came at a perfect time in my life and I feel blessed and grateful.

This book had less of a shocking impact than the first one, but there were still such rich truths personified and illustrated in a manner that spoke straight to the heart. "The Call" urges us to live in a manner worthy of our calling. To love deeply, to remain in humility, to build up the house of God, to seek Him actively, to see Him and His working through His people, and to behold His beauty.

"You must learn to abide in My presence without becoming self-conscious and self-absorbed. This causes you to turn from the truth that is in Me and turn to the deception that is in your fallen nature."

"You will not measure true spiritual fruit rightly while you are on the earth. You can only measure your true success by how much more clearly you are able to behold the Lord, by how much better you know His voice, and by how much more you love the brethren."

"The humble cannot be embarrassed. When you start to feel embarrassed, ti is because you are beginning to move in pride. Let the embarrassment be a warning that you have departed from wisdom. Never let embarrassment control your actions. If it does, you will fall even further. Learn to embrace every opportunity to be humbled, knowing that I will then be able to trust you with more authority."

"You cannot see My house as it is until you see Me in My people. As you began to really hear Me through My people just before you took off your cloak (of humility), your eyes were opened to begin seeing My house as it is. There is much more glory to be seen in it than how you can now behold. This is the door, but there is much more. When you return to the realm of your own time, this is what you must seek. This is what you must lead my people to. This is what you must fight for, and this is what you must help to build - My House."

I found it hard to listen to most of what this book was saying because i couldnt trust it as truth. Its spoken as prophetic words about the future or how geaven works. I struggled in reading it but there were a few gems of wisdom i will hold on to. Maybe another day i would recieve more. I liked the first book much more because it flowed as a story and this one only did in a few chunks.

Originally I gave this title 3 stars. I am revising my stars to zero.

The reason I am doing so is that since reading this title, several things about my faith journey and expression have changed and I no longer subscribe to evangelical ideologies.

This is a continuation of the beautiful visions Wisdom gave to the author. Sometimes they are difficult to understand but they are all thought-provoking and compelling.

Audiobook Review

Wowowowowowow!

I believe that during this pandemic, worldwide, there is a grace and favor being poured over people who are seeking God and reading His Word. There is an outpouring of favor for revelation and as I am working through this trilogy, I am being impacted with revelation in such depth. In fact, there are chapters where HS is working so deeply in my life that I sometimes have to relisten to a chapter several times before I can move on. I believe God is using this book to open my spiritual eyes, to see those areas of my life that need healing and surrendering to Him!

This book has impacted me so much and I pray that the truths in this book will be written in my heart and that Father’s transformation that has begun will continue till completion.

Thank you to both the author and narrator for taking me into this journey of deeper intimacy with the Lord!

Riveting Read!!!!

I turned open the first page, and could not put it down. The flow is this book was nothing like I have ever experienced. If I could place 10 Stars on here I would! Amazing step of Courage to share this with the world. I asked God 1 question 2 months prior to reading this. In a specific chapter he answered my question and gave me full confirmation. This question I asked only God knew of this. This book has shifted my perception of myself on a deeper level. The greatest lesson of all is love!

It’s always a good thing for a Christian author writing down prophecies from God to indicate that prophecy is not doctrine. This is the exact point with which the author starts the prologue, and I like it very much. The second appealing point is alerting the reader that the written text can and needs to be questioned, checked and be approached critically. Joyner confesses that he might not remember the exact wording of a particular prophetic experience; however, as he tells us, the message is intact. All of this creates a neat and comfortable atmosphere for the reader to continue.

Rick reinforces his first vision

I have no doubt that Rick is one of the Lord’s anointed and this he has been allowed to share with the Church of Jesus Christ to prepare us for what is to come. I pray that His Church leaders will listen to what our Father is saying to the Church - the Bride for whom He gave everything to redeem and bring to Himself. May the Holy Spirit open our eyes and ears to see and hear.

Absolutely fantastic book. So much life and Gods Spirit on it. So much wisdom in it. For any believer in Jesus I say this is a must read. I pray an open mind and heart and ears to hear the Spirit, the Father and Jesus speaking to you. A life transforming book. It had me praying every step of the way as I read it!!

Until I read Rick Joyner’s ‘The Quest’ and ‘THE Final Quest’ & ‘The Call’ 20 years ago, my eyes had not been opened to the spiritual realm. It was through this series that I realised that we are all spiritual beings having an earthly experience. Highly recommend.

Revelation Galore

I'm humbled. What I've seen and learned can really not be summarized. I'm lighted. I'm cleared on who Jesus is. I note know the most important thing I need...humility. Every Christian needs this

The Call is book #2 in this series. It's difficult to follow the Final Quest (book #1) for starters, and even harder when you consider that Torch and the Sword (book #3) was also better than the Call in my view. That said, this was still a good book.

Follows after The Final Quest. Lots of insight into the importance of living for the Kingdom, as well as learning from others' past mistakes. I particularly enjoyed the tale of Stephen, and the myriad bits of wisdom contained therein.

Great book. It can't be described. You must read it to understand all the meanings inside. I love that kind of books. It opens your mind for large meanings that we may have taken them for granted for a long time.
