This was the first book I read on general leadership principles many years ago (more than 10 years). The book did leave a lasting impression. The true value of it lies in its inspirational and motivating quality. Fondly remember reading sections on the American Civil War. The book contains Rick Joyner's personal research on American Civil War General, Robert E Lee as well as the British General Wellington, who defeated Napoleon at Waterloo. The book's 5 star rating owes to its deft interweaving of its spiritual perspective, highly applicable and important basic life principles and study of a few great leaders from history. It provided pleasure and wisdom. Looking back, this was one of the books which shaped many of my own personal values, life perspectives on economy and work, as well as theology. Highly recommended.
