Cuốn sách đầu tiên mình đọc xong trong năm 2022 trong vòng 4 buổi sáng, mỗi buổi 30p. Hihi Sách thiên về self help, cũng khá khích lệ tinh thần tuy nhiên nó k phải là cuốn sách phù hợp với mình lắm, mình muốn đọc sách để tĂng hiểu biết nhưng sách k đáp ứng như cầu này của mình (self help mà). Đọc cũng tạm được nhưng mình sẽ k đọc lại lần 2
This is the best book so far I have read as a student ... it's really changing the way of my thinking... my self confidence and how to handle stress while working on the goals!! I really recommend to everyone especially if you are student and stuck in the middle & Want some motivation!!😃😃
As an upcoming college freshman, I found this book to be really helpful. It put me into the mindset of wanting to work hard and become the best version of myself to prepare for college. High school was a rough time for me; I had good times, but there were a lot of moments that I wish I could redo. I didn't want to feel that way for college as well, so I picked this book up at the library. The book offers a lot of practical advice that can be put into action, with the obvious one being waking up earlier in the morning and how to spend that time. It also provides data for many of its claims. The book doesn't feel like it's preaching to the reader, which I think is the best part. Often times, many self-help books feel like the author is just taking the time to brag about how put together their own life is and, well, if you don't have confidence or motivation... sucks for you! This book doesn't feel condescending in that way and levels with the reader pretty well. I would definitely recommend!
This is a book of many valuable principles, though I’m not convinced they’re entirely unique as the authors sometimes seem to believe. I appreciate their conviction and excitement though, and it’s motivated me to make some changes and try to develop some new habits.
Like many self-help books, I struggle to accept certain aspects of their perspective. I believe there is value in taking a breath and appreciating who you are and where you are at, instead of constantly telling yourself you need to improve. Learning and self-improvement should be your life’s goals, but it doesn’t mean you can’t read books for pleasure; the author seems completely unaware that those kinds of books even exist, advocating you only ever read self-help books.
There is a lot of intelligence and experience to draw from in this book, but just be prepared for what strikes me as a bit of fanaticism. Encouraging, empowering, albeit a little obsessive read.
While I found this book very inspiring and motivating as a mature student, I study for my degree at a distance learning university so much of the advice was not relevant for me. There are no classes or office hours. However, this book would be excellent for young people who are just starting out as students and need to build healthy habits so that’s why I give it five stars.
It’s a good book with some good points, but like most self-help books, it is EXTREMELY repetitive. There are some good tips in here about waking up early, being on your phone less, and how to not procrastinate.
Một cuốn sách rất hay và rất đáng để đọc. Chia sẻ về Bí quyết Life S.A.V.E.R.S giúp bạn xây dựng một buổi sáng hiệu quả. Thật ra trước khi đọc cuốn này, mình cũng đã tập thói quen dậy sớm được hơn 1 tháng. Có lẽ 4/6 Life S.A.V.E.R.S mình k còn xa lạ nhưng mình đã thực sự bật cười vì có khúc tác giả viết đúng như những gì đã xảy ra với mình ở morning rountine của bản thân 1 tháng trước( đoạn cuối trang 114). Ngoài các nguyên tắc, các hướng dẫn giúp bạn dậy sớm, “Buổi sáng diệu kì dành cho sinh viên” còn có các nguyên tắc và kỹ năng giúp bạn trở thành một sinh viên “ cấp độ 10”. Một cuốn sách khá hữu ích, nó còn làm mình tò mò hơn về cuốn buổi sáng diệu kì của Hal Elrod mà Natalie đã nhắc lại rất nhiều lần. Mong là một thời gian gần nhất mình có thể được đọc nó.
