TL;DR: A good resource but outdated.
This book is very good if used as intended as a 30 day refresher course on the main points of what you will be tested on on the CCNA exam. This is NOT intended as "everything you need to know in 30 chapters" and should not be used as such. But it is very good as a refresher.
This was replaced by 31 Days Before your CCNA Exam: A Day-By-Day Review Guide for the CCNA 200-301 Certification Exam and I would recommend all current students to use the modern version. The CCNA went through a large revision between the publishing of this book and the current version, and quite a bit of the material in the current version is not in this version.

Was a great resource on the go. I used it to cram more networking stuff into my noggin when I couldn't be near a P.C. (or just didnt wan to see a computer anymore)
