Another great volume to read while you are snuggle in your favorite place with this to enjoy! I am always eager to read a R.E. Butler jewel. I just enjoyed reading about the sexy alpha, I łoved reading this series from the beginning so it's easy to read them again. Wilde Creek series is just one of the series that I enjoyed reading by R.E. Butler she is a awesome writer with amazing insite into her characthers personalities to make you fall in love with them. I read this series three years ago and I absolutely fell in love. So when these volumes were reissue I had to read them again. This is the type of series that is still my favorite and I enjoyed reading them all over again, it's like reading it for the first time. You can't help but love MS. Butler characters, they will capture your imagination and pull you right into the story. The two books in this volume has won R.E. Butler writing awards they are all winning novels.

Malachi and Nila's story..oh my OMG!! This will take you on a awesome ride, what a marvelous addition to the Wilde Creek series.
Because of Nila's fear of wolves due to ex husband who is a wolf that abuses her and Jack her son. Malachi tries hard not to scare Nila but he wants her to realize he wants nothing more than to love and protect her, but it takes time for her to accept him, but she starts to accept him and
Jack's nickname for Malachi is " Carrot" it's just so adorable. There is hot and steamy love scenes, action, drama, laughter, lots of love and romance. I always enjoy catching up with the old gang from the first two books in the series and reading about what's been going on in their lives. This such a heartwarming story you will want to purchase this book right a way.

I loved this story, I thought it's very seductive. I wanted to read more about Honey Williams and Jeremiah Kincaid they are such a alluring couple. This story is a Wonderful read, I couldn’t put it down until I finish reading it. Jeremiah is feeling lonely and unsatisfied with his life in the pack. He is a non because he can't shift but his wolf can sometime do a partial shift but he can't shift completely and No male wants him at his back in a fight, no female wants him in her bed. As his birthday approaches, he feels he has reached his limit of what he can tolerate, Jeremiah decides he will leave the pack. On the day before the hunt Jeremiah asks Acksel if he could just skip helping with the setup and as Kammie is willing to help out Acksel agrees. On hunt day, Jeremiah is bored but as he look at forest entrance out walks Honey a beautiful she wolf. They are instantly attracted to each other. But Honey has a secret. She has taken the opportunity of her college friend’s bachelorette party to leave town, so instead of heading to her friend’s house, she runs in the opposite direction. She turns him upside down in more ways than one, risking her heart and future at the same time. I loved this story!!! It's really well written with great characters. It pulled me in from the beginning and held me until the very end. There are a few twists in this story. But this is a fantastic Set of books.

Better than the first two books.
Had read the first two books years ago and disliked the what this author had written so stopped reading this series.
As I was able to get the whole series free through Smashwords, I decided to carry on and read the others.
This author has really not done herself any favours with these first two books in this series. Book one could do with a total change of plot rewrite.
Having read more books from this author, she does seem to have a varied opinion of her own sex. In Awaken A Wolf, the women were nothing more than sex objects and yet in others they have been strong, smart and capable.
3 - THE PROTECTOR’S HEART
Good story and way more enjoyable that the first two booms.
Nila is a human woman who married a wolf shifter. She had a right to be careful about getting involved with another male wolf after her ex-husband abused her.
She at least slowly opens up to Malachi without being silly about things.
Malachi was a sweetie with Nila and Jack. He is patient and protective.
But I can see his attitude to his sister Mia and his friend Lucian will be a problem.

The Protector’s Heart- 1.5 stars. Short, safe, and sweet, this was a perfectly fine way to pass time between books. The drama was a little OTT and there was too much sex, hence the less than stellar rating. Normally, a well developed short that’s just my speed rates 2.5 stars, so this one wasn’t bad.
The Omega’s Heart- 1.75 stars. Even though this one probably had the best character development of the four novellas of this series that I've read so far, it was still a little too smut filled to be a solid read. I prefer reading actual content, not smexy times, but that’s just me. However, the part of the story before the MCs got together was actually quite compelling. I like that it was safe and had no OP drama of any kind.

Malachi and Nila/ Honey and Jeremiah
Malachi is a protector for alpha Acksels pack. He goes to the Drs office with Brynn, Acksels mate . There he meets Nila, a nursing assistant who is his mate. But Nila has had a bad experience with wolves. Her ex was a wolf and abused her and ignored their son, Jack. Malachi protects her and her son and proves to her that his love for her and Jack is enough.
Honey feels that something bad is going to happen and leaves her pack. She travels and ends up in Wilde Creek, and meets her mate Jeremiah. But he doesn't feel worthy of her as he is unable to shift and protect her. When her alpha father kidnaps her and Jeremiah ,he shifts and saves her from the bad wolves. Acksel gives them new status in the pack as stewards.

Another two really great books with wonderful characters. I have had these two in my TBR file and will admit I should have read these two before now. I would encourage you to go get this one and enjoy. These two are worth your time. Go get this one and enjoy!

Malachi is a protector for the pack and right now his job is to guard the alpha's mate while she goes to work in a doctor's office. When he takes her to work he meets his mate but she wants nothing to do with wolves she has been burned before.
Nila had a abusive wolf husband. She and her son was running from she doesn't want to fall for another one even if he is hot!
Now all malachi has to do is convince her she is his fated mate, he is nothing like her husband she left, and he will always protect her and her son. That might be harder then you think.

Jeremiah has never been able to shift even if he is full blooded wolf. That makes him an omega and the low man in the pack. Just when he can't take it any more He see a new she wolf,
Honey is on the run from her father in another pack. She just knows he made plans for and they will be ones she is not going to like. As she runs she ends up in wilde creek.
Lots of danger and drama in both of these with the male trying to keep thier mates safe, I loved them so much action and mystery with Awsome characters.
