I would have given this another star but there were too many errors. Suttee only happened in India. There were no priests among the Celts, both men and women were druids. The Anglo-Saxons were not necessarily the English, witchcraft (has not been mentioned before with regards to the Celts), Guy Fawkes in my opinion has nothing to do with the Celts.

Great resource.
I'm prejudiced. I love maps. The more maps a book has the better rating it'll get from me. Get over it.

Gostei imenso!

The book is beautifully illustrated but some of the “facts” are just not real if I am to believe what I have previously been taught and read.

I loved this book. Maps are wonderful. They are essential to the understanding of the movement and geography associated with the history of Celtic expansion all over Europe. I couldn’t put it down!

Beautify art work! This book is very rare. I don't know the original price but I have found it listed on the internet from $35 plus shipping all the way to $150 plus shipping. If you find it at a reasonable price, grab it. Major booksellers are frequently sold out.
