Michael Johnson was born and raised in London, Ontario. He attended college and attained a diploma and from this he entered into work in sales and promotions. He still lives in London, with his pet snake

He has had a love of writing since ever he can remember and has written many short stories over the years. But he has recently started writing books which he publishes on the Kindle platform and his eclectic categories have so far included the seemingly diverse topics of Anxiety and Lemons. Both are in the style of self-help books which assist with healing the body and mind.

When he isn’t working or writing, Michael enjoys relaxing by going to the movies, reading and lifting weights. He is also working hard on a YouTube channel and devotes much of his spare time to that.

In the future Michael hopes to become one of the top self-help gurus and he lives by the saying, “A year from now you will wish you started today.”

This book was horrible. While I was reading it I was thinking that either this author's first language is not English or the editor did a horrible job. Sentences do not make sense at least 10-20x throughout book. This was non informative and a waste.
