Fantastic story about a moon hunter and a captive lab experiment
Clancy was a lab experiment who escaped from the lab. Duke is a moon hunter who help rescue her.
As the characters, in the previous books, are determined fighters, intelligence, and unique. A fast paced drama of second kidnapping leads to a mystery of who and why they want they want the former slaves back.
I like the in depth of the characters and continuing plot of each book relates to each other yet different.
Highly recommended.

Duke is assigned to watch over the refugees. The labs want some of them back badly enough to abduct them. Duke is falling for Clancy and she for him. Will the mercenaries get her back or will Duke save her? Great characters and exciting story.
