This was the assigned textbook for my class Constitutional Law and Evidentiary Procedure that I taught through Sinclair Community College in the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections system.

As usually I tried to stay a few chapters ahead of the students. It was okay, obviously the sections on the Second Amendment, Police Brutality, and Impeachment needs updated and there were some chapters that I felt had entire sections that weren't relevant or needed.

Excellent book. Outlines the bill of rights in a very concise and understandable manner. Great book for undergrads, and those looking to go to law school. These laws are a must know for those who work in the criminal justice system.
