Acho que minha parte favorita dessa HQ é realmente ver a evolução do personagem, na sua primeira aparição ele não parece ter o potencial pra se tornar o que ele vira, é incrível ver como a paixão pela sua criação fez os editores desenvolverem o Logan para a MÁQUINA que ele é hoje. E a história dele caçando a Mística é muito muito boa, com a dinâmica entre eles sendo muuuito bem explorada

Este es uno de los pocos comics que tengo pensado comprar de la colección de “Los héroes más poderosos de Marvel” y no me he equivocado, las historias estuvieron geniales.
Primero nos presentan la primera aparición de Wolverine. En este caso, Logan es enviado a detener un enfrentamiento entre el Wendigo y Hulk, quienes están haciendo destrozos en los bosques de Canadá. Como típica historia de la edad dorada, este segmento del cómic se caracteriza por sus clásicas ilustraciones.
Es, además, muy valioso que en la primera aparición de Wolverine conozcamos un poco de la mitología detrás del personaje del Wendigo en Marvel y tambien tengamos un vistazo a Hulk.
Sobre la segunda historia, he quedado fascinado. “La caza de Mistique” es un arco que ocurre luego de que este personaje azulado traiciona a los X-Men y Ciclope le pide a Logan que busque a Mistique y la detenga de una vez por todas.
Como toda historia de Wolverine, este cómic promete mucha acción, sangre y explosiones. Además, nos relatan cómo se conocieron Mistique y Logan. Yo personalmente desconocía que Mistique hizo parte de los X-Men, siempre la consideré como una villana. Quiero explorar un poco más la cronología de este equipo!
En fin, creo que este volúmen es imprescindible para quienes quiera conocer a Wolverine y leer un poco del personaje. Sin duda es una compra que no pueden dejar pasar de la colección de “Los héroes más poderosos de Marvel”.

Marvel's Mightiest Heroes Book 55.
Here we get the first ever story to feature the iconic clawed mutant as the Canadian government sends him to fight both the Hulk and the Wendigo. The second story has Wolverine setting out to hunt down and kill Mystique for her numerous betrayals.
I was genuinely surprised by how fully-formed Wolverine is in his first appearance, with the character being totally recognisable as the Logan we know despite the story coming out years before he was developed to any great depth (his original costume is a near-miss, however).
Wein does the all-too-common and often annoying Marvel trick of introducing a new hero by having them fight an existing one, but at least here it feels justified. If the raging Hulk started having a slug-fest in your country, you'd definitely send your own superhero to try and stop him.
Jason Aaron's 'Get Mystique' is a traditional revenge story like you see in classic Westerns, with Logan hunting his enemy from town to town until he finally catches up for a final showdown. It's well-written and beautifully illustrated.
What I liked most about it is the way it contrasts the two main characters, showing how despite his rough edges Wolverine has grown as a person through his association with the X-Men in a way that Mystique is incapable of.

Presentando a Wolverine está bien, es una de las primeras entregas dónde conocemos a Wolverine, vemos a Hulk y el Wendigo. Honestamente es interesante porque nos permite ver cómo comenzó Marvel con sus primeras ilustraciones, etc. Es un cómic que se siente un poco solitario y queda opacado al comenzar a la segunda historia que compiló este tomo de Salvat.
Con respecto a ¡La caza de Mystique! es LITERATURA 🍷 porque sin dudas se lleva todo y arrasa.
Me encanta Mystique, es de mis X men favoritas (¿se la puede considerar X men con todas las veces que los traicionó?, bueno. Coso) y en este tomo no se hace más que destacar sus habilidades y que es una rebelde que no confía en nadie, que solo busca su lugar y nunca supo cómo encajar en ningún sitio.
Además de verla enfrentada a su gran amigo (todos sabemos que en realidad son algo más) Logan.
Es una historia excelente porque por fin Logan y Mystique rompen por completo su relación, ya que a este le han ordenado ejecutarla por sus múltiples traiciones a los X Men, pero a la vez que vemos cómo le intentan cazar se ve la relación de ella y Logan a lo largo de los años.
Excelente servicio en esta entrega.

Siguiendo la premisa de la colección, una historia clásica y algo moderno (sí, la colección es algo viejita, así que es mejor moderno que contemporaneo)
la primera aparición full de Wolverine (en el número anterior solo salio en la última viñeta), en las paginas de Hulk 181. Como parte de una historia mayor, la inclusión solitaria del 181 parece un poco extraña, sino más bien antojadiza, considerando que, de momento, es el tomo con menos páginas
La cacería de Mystique parece una buena elección, ya nos muestra un elemento importante en la historia de Logan: las decepciones que se reiteran una y otra vez, maldición de los que les toca vivir mucho tiempo, mucho más de lo que debiera ser
le quito una estrella porque demás alcanzaban incorporan uno o dos números más

Nemůžu si pomoct, ale Hon na Mystique mě opravdu bavil. Raven je sama o sobě velmi zajímavá postava s úžasnou schopností a složitým charakterem, takže příběh o ní snad ani podprůměrný být nemůže. Děj má spád, překypuje akcí a čtenář se nemá čas nudit. Plus ta kresba! Nádhera. Mám chuť jen chválit, ale přesto nemůžu dát pět hvězdiček. Vidím ještě prostor ke zlepšení a chci být objektivní, proto dám jen čtyři hvězdy. Ale ty jsou plně zasloužené a jsem si jistá, že i takové hodnocení je velmi dobré. Nejmocnější hrdinové Marvelu 3 je rozhodně kniha, kterou musí mít doma každý milovník komiksů. Je skvěla a zaslouží si vaši pozornost.

Logan es mi personaje favorito del universo Marvel... Y aún así creo que con el tiempo simplemente me he cansado de los clichés de los cómics norteamericanos. Buena ilustración, y la actitud cínica de Mystique es siempre divertida, pero no hay mucho que sostenga la historia. Es una lectura entretenida de media hora, pero no trasciende.

El primer comic esta entretenido pero no es la gran cosa. Los otros volúmenes cuentan una historia que incluye a Mystique muy atrapante y bien llevada.

So... if I'm completely honest, my original interest in Marvel, or at least the X-Men, probably stems from Hugh Jackman's portrayal of Wolverine.
I liked the opportunity to see Logan's first appearance. I did, however, feel that he was unnecessarily cruel to the Hulk. While the first comic did a good job of showcasing Logan's abilities and how determined/stubborn he is, I also thought that the comic showed a slightly different aspect to the Hulk. In many ways, he does strike me as a child who has an innocent way of looking at the world.
I thought the second set of comics were particularly intriguing. While there wasn't much shown of the new world generally Wanda had created, I liked the fact that I could see the after-effects on Logan. Learning about his past with Mystique added an extra dimension to his character... though I was disappointed to see that he could technically be classed as a villain. While the crowd he ran with were criminals, my opinion of him went down several notches by the end of the flashback sequences.
I liked the different styles of artwork in the two different comics. It was good to see how the atmosphere changed from a more lighthearted feel to something a whole lot darker.
Even for a villain, I've felt that Mystique is a lot more than that. I felt the second set of comics showcased her grey nature especially well. I wouldn't root for her to win against the heroes, but I'm interested in learning more about her and perhaps seeing a redemption-style arc for her character, especially in light of her connection to Nightcrawler, one of my favourite X-Men.
It was really good to see Logan interacting with Scott and I would have liked to see him with more of the others, heroes and villains. Even though these two sets of comics didn't show much in the way of Logan struggling against his nature, I could see hints of that.
I liked being able to learn more about Logan's past and I did have a lot of sympathy for him the more I discovered. I'm sure I'd like to read more of his comics in the future.

Starting off Wolvie's first foray into the comic world within the pages of the Incredible Hulk, obviously they battle as Wolverine takes the fight to both Hulk and the mysterious Wendigo who Hulk is in the midst of battling.
The main story compiled here I have read before but I read again and still remembered a fair chunk of it is Get Mystique, once again Mystique/Raven has betrayed the X-Men after apparently being friendly for some time and Cyclops gives Logan permission to track her down and kill her (opens right there to the brutal no holds barred epic that ensues) but not only is this a story of Wolverine tracking down the villainess to exact revenge it also shows glimpses into a past where Logan and Raven first met, way before X-Men. Showing Logan and Raven as grifters with a gang of mutant crooks interwoven with Wolverine get very annoyed that Mystique uses every trick in the book to stay one step ahead of Wolverine until the final brutal showdown.
Will Wolverine kill Mystique or will the blue skinned shape shifter gain the upper hand?

Historický příběh nemůžu dnešní optikou úplně hodnotit, ten moderní bohužel za nic nestál. V honu na Mystique byla prostě strašně ubíjející ta opakující se schématická linka.
