It was discussed in March 30, in Rome during the training session "New LEA and the challenge of early treatment" organized by Bambino Gesù children's Hospital in collaboration with the Stella Maris, the National Institute of health, the Institute network and AIRA. The Conference (Auditorium San Paolo, viale f. Baldelli 38, 9.00 a.m.) is promoted at the world autism awareness day of April 2.
Autism spectrum disorders (DSA) are characterized by an atypical organization of certain areas of the brain that occurs at an early age, between 18 and 36 months. Have a prevalence, according to some studies, about 1 every 68 children.
