Moriarty had an advertising and marketing job at a legal publishing firm after leaving school. She started her own business after that and then became a freelance advertising copywriter. She then received a master’s degree at Macquarie University in Sydney and her first novel, Three Wishes, was published in 2004, which was written as a component of her degree. She resides in Sydney with her husband and two children.
It is Trivia night at Pirriwee Public School and when Mrs. Ponder says something about it to her cat, Marie Antoinette, she could not care less. Mrs. Ponders can hear angry voices at the school, whose sewing room has a direct look into the school yard. The theme of the costume party is ‘Audrey and Elvis.’ People start fighting sand it turns out to be a murder investigation.
