An Aftermath story to Superman Reborn , this book mainly featured a re-telling of the origin story of Superman for possibly the millionth time .
But there were certain loose end in Superman Reborn and it appears a mysterious Uber-powerful creature is messing with those loose ends to possibly create a noose to hang Superman with
The art continues to be dissapointing which is sad since the initial Action comics art was actually decent . The plot was definitely absent and it definitely felt that this was an unnecessary book if you are a long time reader , for New readers however this could be a fantastic issue to learn more about the man of steel
Basically if you can learn of the action of the aforementioned Uber-powerful entity , than this book is definitely not worth buying
I was afraid with the reemergence of 52 Superman last issue, this was going to go back to the lamer status quo. Maybe its just a very very origin filled slow start to a new chapter, Jurgens Ill give you a pass.
