Alex Jennings is done with life. After losing her brother in Afghanistan, everything has collapsed around her. I normally don’t read contemporary Christian romance. It just isn’t my thing. But this author's fantasy stories under her other pen name are some of my favorite books, so I decided to take a chance on reading her books under her contemporary pen name.
I’m glad I did! I loved this book so much and couldn’t put it down. I loved all the details, from a main guy who drives an old truck to the main girl’s intense soul-searching.
This is not just a fluffy, feel-good romance. It deals with deep topics, from suicide to depression. Much of the book takes place in a bar. It may not be everyone’s cup of tea. But it is very real and raw and beautiful in its healing.
Still, there are plenty of swoony scenes and sigh-worthy romance, even if it stays on the clean end of things.
I can’t recommend this author enough, and I can’t wait to read the rest of this series!

Let me start off by saying that I've been wanting to read this book for ever so long. Given that, along with the fact the book deals with suicide and depression and there's numerous Marine references, I expected to love it. Buutttt I didn't. Now I'm trying to figure out why. :P
For the most part, it's a slower story. There's no massive happenings occurring throughout the story, other than an unexpected twist here and there (the one beyond the 85% mark, now that's something I didn't see coming). A tale of falling in love, achieving freedom from past fears and sins and tragedies, and holding to faith through all else.
Both of the main characters were sweet, likable, and realistic, with plenty of quirks and attributes to keep them original. I adored Riley. He's so adorable. Epic Marine guy, with a dream of a coffee shop. Add to that his long hair and the fact that—for once—the love interest actually isn't six feet four? I approve. 10/10.
Alex was a fun character, too. I love the name, her artsy side, and the fact that she's awkward, not crazy pretty, and wears glasses. I found myself struggling to connect with her and feel compassion toward her pain, but I loved seeing her and Riley's relationship and the way they complimented each other and encouraging each other to pursue their dreams.
One of my favorite things about the book was the frequent coffee references. These people chug as much caffeine as I do, and I loved it. xD Add to that the dreams of a coffee shop and the vibe of the whole idea. Loooove.
The book is filled with a cast of other complex characters. From Mindy and Zach, to Luke and Kat, to Riley's and Alex's parents and grandparents, all the way down to the well-known artist, the landlady, and the pastor and his wife. A well-crafted cast of people I look forward to hearing more about in future books.
Oh, and the whole ordeal with the punk kid and how it reappeared when I least expected it? Love, love, love. Probably one of my favorite parts of the book, actually.
Unfortunately, I didn't exactly finish the book with hearts in my eyes. There were a few things that were seemingly left hanging and either weren't wrapped up/were left undone for awhile before presenting themselves again later in the plot. For example, Grandpa Joe. After meeting him the first time, I expected to see more of him, often, from there on out, which wasn't the case.
All things considered, I'm giving No Chance Meeting a solid four star rating. It deals with topics that are often avoided or mishandled in Christian fiction, so I greatly appreciated the story in that respect. A lovely read!

Pretty solid book! Really enjoyed this one--reminds me a lot of Faith Potts' books. ;) RTC.
No Chance Meeting is easily one of my favorite books I’ve ever read. To be honest, I was expecting an incredible book because I’ve read other books from Jaye and absolutely loved them, but as this book was from a completely different genre I really wasn’t sure what to expect. However, Jaye completely knocked it out of the park and astounded me with how vivid and heartfelt the story was.
From the start we encounter a broken and worn down but extremely lovely character — Alex Jennings (I’ve always loved the name Alex for a girl so that was already a plus :P). She struggles to find meaning in life after losing her brother as well as her sight of God. She coincidentally meets Riley Conrad, who through his loving actions nudges her towards God. Riley and Alex are definitely one of my favorite couples and individual characters out there; they complement each other perfectly (and it’s definitely different from most books as instead of the female MC being a light for the male MC, it’s the opposite), but solely are so unique and special, and I definitely got attached to them quickly. There’s SO much character development from each of them, from their own selves as well as their relationships with friends and family. I especially loved Alex’s best friend, Mindy, and how encouraging and stable she was. Riley, who originally was completely distanced from his family, noticeably grew closer to them in a realistic and encouraging way as well.
It’s interesting how many themes and plot twists there are; looking at the summary of the plot at the start I didn’t think it’d be filled with much action, but now that I’ve finished the book I can definitely say there’s a lot going on. Jaye Elliot’s writing style really blew me away as well; it’s so fluid and gorgeous and it draws me into her stories without fail every. single. time. and this book was for sure no exception. She’s such a talented author and I could tell from her experienced approach to difficult topics (such as suicide as well as faith, which was without a doubt in the foreground of the whole story and one of, if not the biggest, theme in the story).
There’s a lot more I can talk about, but in efforts to keep this review on the short side, I’ll wrap it up here. No Chance Meeting easily makes the list of my top three favorite books of the year (so far, and I’ve read more than 30). From faith to family to friendships, it really hands you a well-written and heartwarming story that I’d recommend to anyone as well as characters and a small town that I can’t wait to read more about. 5 stars.

I knew I had to read this the instant I heard about it … A veteran, a grieving sister, and a "chance" but not really a "chance" meeting. You know, the perfect romance, to me. I love military books, military romances, and Christian military fiction, each of which could describe No Chance Meeting, this was truly a wonderful book.
With veteran suicides being the highest it ever has been I have been glad to see authors bring attention to the fact that so many soldiers need help yet when it is show in fiction it can get so sadly chlich so I was slightly surprised at the fast that ***SPOILERS*** Riley was not the one near to commiting suicide, I did like the twist on the story there.
The elements of faith were perfect, I loved Riley's sweet ways, for a soldier that is. And I loved Alex's character growth.
As the book got to the halfway point I was so in love with the story but realized something was going to happen, something likely bad … Knowing that I read with baited breath as the sweet interactions between Riley and Alex, the lovely story, and all until something unexpected happened. No more spoilers, so I'll just say yikes did I love and hate the last parts at times!
I was pleased by the story overall, I was not sure how much I would love it but I knew I would like it, since I've loved each and every one of the books by Jaye Elliot under her other author names, especially the books under Jaye L. Knight. Each of her works is spectacular, even if they are hard to read with the good and bad truths shown in a way that one can't help but be pulled into the story.

This was the perfect book at the right time, and I totally ADORE it! 🥰🥰 I was a little nervous going in as I’ve heard mixed reviews on this book, but since I love this author’s work under her other pen name, Jaye L. Knight (The Ilyon Chronicles), I decided to go into it with an open mind, and, boy, was I not disappointed!
This book won’t be for everyone as it isn’t written like a typical Christian contemporary romance (which may be a huge reason why I liked it so much as it didn’t have all the typical drama and miscommunication I HATE), but I feel as if this book was written specifically for me, as egotistical as that sounds, lol. God prompted me to read this one instead of another book, and I’m so glad He did because it touched my heart and helped me in so many ways in an uncertain and lonely time in my life. I nearly cried over several parts and gained healing and comfort through these pages in so, so many ways. And I also feel as if the author wrote out my dream life in Alex and Riley’s dreams which was kinda creepy yet not, if you get what I mean, lol! It was just unnerving yet satisfying to see myself in a book like this.
I really connected with Alex and her struggles both with life and as an artist and she also wears glasses! Do you know how HARD it is to find a protagonist who wears glasses?!?!? (the only one that comes to mind is Harry Potter) And she doesn’t get rid of them to make herself beautiful, yay! (thank you, Princess Diaries, for making me hate this trope 😒) And Riley is an absolute protective sweetheart who I would love to have in my life, haha! And their relationship is just so precious and sweet and their trust and love for each other…!!!!! Just A plus all around—this is what healthy relationships look like, people! All the characters were well written, either good or bad, and I just loved how they were all so real to me. And while the faith elements were light, they were perfect for the story she was telling.
This book is amazing, and I do hope the author will write more in this series in the future as I will be reading them! Can hardly wait to read this one again, in fact, haha! Highly, highly recommend!

Wow !!! I really needed this book🥺
I don't even know how to describe how much I loved it.
I loved all the characters so much, Riley was just amazing, and I easily related to Alex. And I loved all the side characters. Like I want these people as my friends😂
I love the character growth in the story and I loved how the author wrote about grief. It felt very real and I felt the main characters heartache.
I don't normally love contemporary romance books but this one had everything I needed and had nothing that I don't like in a romance book. It felt way deeper and more meaningful than a normal romance book. It definitely dealt with a lot heavier topics than most romances you would read but I thought the author wrote it really well. And it had some good quotes, like I tabbed it up😆
I also love the author's writing style.
I grew so attached to the characters and was so connected to the story. I cried so many times through this book it's almost embarrassing😭😂
This is definitely going to be one of my new favorite books and I highly recommend. Even if you don't normally read romances I feel like you would like this.
And another random thing that I loved about this book was how all the characters were so obsessed with coffee👌👌. It was great😂😂

Alex and Riley are good characters, but I was bored unfortunately. Alex is struggling with depression after her brother dies and her art career is failing, and Riley has issues with his parents and being the black sheep of the family, etc. It was all a little too serious for me and very slow moving. Not a bad book, but not for me.

Just before Alex follows through with a plan to end her life, she meets Riley Conrad. He seems to sense something is wrong, and his invitation to breakfast saves her life. When he turns out to be a Christian, and his interest in her continues, Alex wonders if there is a way out of the fog she’s been living in.
My Thoughts on No Chance Meeting
When Jaye announced that she was veering away from the Ilyon Chronicles (temporarily) to release a contemporary book under a different pen name, I was skeptical. In fact, I almost passed on the book entirely. I’m glad I decided to give it a chance.
No Chance Meeting is refreshingly pure, even when compared to other Christian books, and lacks many of the tropes typical of its genre. I should have expected no less from Jaye!

I absolutely love this book so much, the characters relationships,it was so fun to watch the relationship bloom!! This is definitely a 5 star read!!! Definitely definitely recommend if you have not read it!!😍🥰😁

I enjoyed the characters and plot but the writing style just wasn't for me. Too many details of mundane daily life things that weren't pertinent and just slowed the story down waaaay too much for me. I can see others enjoying the book just fine.

This is a really hard review for me to write because I loved many aspects of this book but I felt it lacking and I had a hard time connecting to the story as a whole. The characters were amazing and Ms. Elliot did a phenomenal job with the topic of suicide.
The characters were realistic and just sweethearts. I loved watching them grow and mature throughout the book and Riley was a huge cinnamon roll of an ex-marine. He was so sweet and was one of the more unique male protagonists that I have read in contemporary. I really liked Alex as well and her story was so heart breaking. Her development was beautiful throughout this book.
All the other characters were so unique in their own ways and I loved (nearly) each and every one of them! I really loved Mindy and her bundle of energy that appeared whenever she was around. It made me smile.
This book was also pretty predictable, besides one part with the punk kid....I was not expecting that at all. Though this book wasn't my favorite, I still really enjoyed it. I did feel like a few things were left unresolved, but this book still gets a solid four stars from me! I am interested to see where book 2 takes us!

Her development was beautiful throughout this book.
All the other characters were so unique in their own ways and I loved (nearly) each and every one of them! I really loved Mindy and her bundle of energy that appeared whenever she was around. It made me smile.
This book was also pretty predictable, besides one part with the punk kid....I was not expecting that at all. Though this book wasn't my favorite, I still really enjoyed it. I did feel like a few things were left unresolved, but this book still gets a solid four stars from me! I am interested to see where book 2 takes us!

I've read and enjoyed many books that this author has written, from early ones to Ilyon Chronicles, so I was excited to see another story!! This is not the normal kind of book I read much of, but I was very impressed, especially considering this is the first attempt made at this genre. (I guess at least the first attempt she's published. There could be other stories, who knows). Oh yeah, and I may or may not have stayed up until almost 11 pm reading last night ;)
I LOVED THE CHARACTERS!!!! Alex, Riley, Mindy, Zach... they were AMAZING and I especially loved what Mindy and Zach represented for Alex. How they were there for her and the history and friendship they give her. Mindy is such a great best friend; I love her energy and enthusiasm. Zach is kind of a surrogate big brother, which is nice.
One thing I take away from this book is that you never know when God will use you in someone's life or how He can use you. You never know when a smile or brief exchange can change someone's entire day or even life. Riley had no clue what was going on in Alex's life the day he met her. Granted, he sensed she was having a rough time that day, but nothing beyond that.
I loved the relationship. It was sweet and real. Alex having to come to terms with Riley's past, the temptations they faced, how they cared so much for each other and supported each other's dreams. I liked how they did things together that showed different sides. Spending time with their families, speaking up and defending each other when necessary. It just is rare to see a book to so well giving an example of how a relationship can and should work.
So, it is kind of predictable, at least a few elements.

*happy sigh* That was good.
To be honest, it took me a little bit to get into it, and I was kind of disappointed. Jaye is such a talented writer, but I felt like this wasn't up to her normal standards. I struggled to feel any emotional attachment in the beginning, and when the characters were in danger, I didn't really care. When they were happy and everything was fine, it felt like everything was fixed too fast. And it wasn't that I'm a Fantasy fan and don't like a good clean romance -- I do from time to time when it's done well! I feel terrible for saying those things, and comparing this story to other author's, I really like it. I just didn't feel like it was up to Jaye's usual high standards.
HOWEVER, once I got to one moment in particular (chapter 10), everything changed and I became very attached to the characters. I related to both Alex and Riley in different ways. This book had me crying as I grieved and processed right along with Alex, and grinning like an idiot at the adorable interactions between the two. I appreciated the realness in this book.
I have to say, Mindy was my favorite character, though! I loved her and Zach's relationship with Alex and that she had them to support her, keep her accountable, and just have beautiful friendships with.
I also enjoyed the family aspect of it. There was very real pain and brokenness, but also hope and grace.
And I loved watching Alex's struggles to create in the midst of her pain. I relate to that, and it was cool she was able to have someone come alongside her and mentor her.
Overall, I really enjoyed this, and I'll be reading any more she may write (my guess is that the next one will be about Jenny). However, my loyalties still lay with the Ilyon Chronicles. :)

While No Chance Meeting is a slow, meandering read with a lot of daily minutiae and internal pondering, it plumbs emotional depths.
Jaye Elliott’s debut focuses on two people who are doing their best to move forward with life. While Alex is smothered by grief and darkness, meeting Riley leads her to open up with him and with the other important people in her life. Riley is a support for Alex but is by no means perfect. He’s made mistakes he regrets and has some broken relationships scattered in the landscape of his life.
Elliott tackles the difficult topic of depression with grace and gentleness, never glossing over the internal battle that Alex wages on her emotions. The faith element of the book is also authentic to the story. I'll be watching for more from this author.

Overall enjoyed it, though contemporary romance is not my usual genre, gave it a chance because I love Jaye's writing. Cute story, but felt a bit choppy in places, and didn't read as well/feel as developed as her other books (though is likely due to the difference in genre!). I liked the characters and Riley was so sweet!! Recommended for anyone who enjoys Christian contemporary romance!

I really enjoyed this contemporary romance story by Jaye Elliott! I've read some of her fantasy novels under her other name (Jaye L Knight) and loved those, so was excited to try a new story from her as well. And it didn't disappoint.No Chance Meeting is a story of struggles and pain, but also a story of relationships and support and hope. It starts out with main character Alex struggling deeply and about to end her life. Thankfully, an occurrence happens to prevent this and sets her on a whole new journey in her life.There was a section between the beginning and middle where it almost felt like the whole topic of suicide was almost unmentioned, though, which I feel a little unlikely. Yes, she had a reason to live now, but I feel like with her being miserable enough to end her life, it wouldn't be something that wasn't on her mind 24/7 or nearly. However, the story did work its way back to that and she dealt more with it. And with me mentioning this, I'm not saying that it wasn't handled well, because this serious topic was handled quite well in this novel, and the seriousness of it was portrayed aptly. For most of the book it was that way. There was just a small section where it was almost forgotten about, which is okay, just something I noticed.I loved the characters relationship - Alex and Riley were a lovely pair, and stronger together. I also love the small town atmosphere, and that ending was super sweet. It was a great amount of romance - nothing over the top, they held accountability for each other, and it was realistic and sweet. The supporting characters were also enjoyable, and I enjoyed each interaction with them. Well, except a bad character or two. ;) But we're not supposed to like them, so that was an appropriate reaction, haha. ;)All in all, a very sweet read!

Sooooo. One of my favorite authors, also known as Jaye L. Knight of the Ilyon Chronicles, has written her first contemporary novel! and I had the chance (no pun intended...) to read an advanced copy!!
This was such a sweet, moving, and real-life story---definitely an easy read with some TWISTS. I adored Riley, and Alex was my kinda country, born-n'-bred, farm girl with a penchant for art. Her parents were extremely supportive & loving. Her friends even more so.
As opposed to the whimsical worlds of fantasy & the incredible adventures & story world in the Ilyon Chronicles, this tale is much more mellow, but it certainly deals with real-life issues, struggles, & regrets.
All that said, I really enjoyed Riley & Alex's story & would highly recommend if you are looking for a great, clean, contemporary read. :] Read on for more details!

I would certainly recommend if you need a cozy read for these last few weeks of Winter! However, I would caution you as to the content of suicidal thoughts, anxiety, & depression. Jaye Elliot does a great job of showing how prevalent such issues can be, but also weaves into it that suicide is NEVER the answer for life struggles. If you or anyone you know is dealing with these burdens, there is NO SHAME in asking for help, support, & encouragement. You are so BELOVED, dear heart! What an amazing truth. <3

So it's no secret that over the past couple years I've come to the realization that I love contemporaries. Of course, having already read most of Jaye's fantasy books (published under Jaye L Knight) and loving them to pieces, I was ecstatic to get the opportunity to start and read No Chance Meeting. And I wasn't disappointed!
First off, the characters are all amazing. Each of them are realistic and believable (leaning pretty heavily on the "sweet"/conservative side, but still) and likeable. Alex is pretty much the main narrator, and I actually really enjoyed her voice. How Miss Elliot wrote her depression and dry faith (Alex still believes in God - but her struggles are pretty relateable and well-known to many Christians out there) was very well -done. I also like this layer that was added on so that it wasn't just a romance book.
Riley was our other narrator. (Can I say real fast that having a female narrator named Alex and a dude named Riley was kind of confusing? Not a BD, but I was a little confused at the beginning, lol) Riley was great. He rides that line perfectly of being a sweet, considerate gentleman, but ALSO BEING BELIEVABLE. How he supported Alex - but would give her some tough love - was something that I really appreciated seeing. And also, he is retired military and seeing his struggle through that was something I liked seeing, as well.
Zach and Mindy are also two other pretty main characters. They are Alex's friends (though they pretty quickly connect with Riley!), and were perfectly supportive and genuine. I found Mindy to be a little unrealistic at times (she is constant energy and crazy), but I still loved her.
The pacing was slow and steady, which was perfect for the story. It also wasn't some intense flurry of emotions or whatever that I typically associate with romance novels (or maybe that's just because I tend to read YA novels), which I hugely appreciated. How faith was also incorporated in the story (I already briefly touched on that) was amazing to see.
(i just wanted to mention: allll the jeep and flannel love in this book!)
So, overall, I am becoming a fan of Jaye's new contemporary adventures! :) I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to dip their toes into clean romance! Now, it IS an adult book, so some of you younger teens might just want to go in with that in mind.

TW: suicide, depression/anxiety
This was a really adorable book! I haven't read anything by Jaye, although I've heard lots of good things about her fantasy series, so when I saw No Chance Meeting, her first contemporary, I was super excited to read it and check it out!
This book was very sweet!! I loved Alex and Riley: they are absolutely meant for each other, and I LOOOOOOOOVED reading their story. The side characters are also amazing--Zach and Mindy, the parents, Luke--each of them was distinct and brought their story to life.
Obviously Alex and Riley were the focus of the book, and since it was narrated from Alex's point of view most of the time, it was more Alex heavy (which was sad: I really enjoyed the parts from Riley's POV and wanted more!!). The relationship was a perfect representation of what a good, godly relationship should be like. I especially enjoyed the author's careful writing of really important truths (tw: suicide, depression/anxiety) and worldviews into the book, especially regarding the building of a relationship.
I really liked the daily routine storytelling fashion, and how it wasn't really dramatic or fast paced: it was really slow (but in a good way!) pretty much all through the book, and detailed how Alex and Riley fell in love. However with that, there wasn't a significant amount of plot, and readers that like a fast paced plot might be a little disappointed.

This was a really adorable book! I haven't read anything by Jaye, although I've heard lots of good things about her fantasy series, so when I saw No Chance Meeting, her first contemporary, I was super excited to read it and check it out!
This book was very sweet!! I loved Alex and Riley: they are absolutely meant for each other, and I LOOOOOOOOVED reading their story. The side characters are also amazing--Zach and Mindy, the parents, Luke--each of them was distinct and brought their story to life.
Obviously Alex and Riley were the focus of the book, and since it was narrated from Alex's point of view most of the time, it was more Alex heavy (which was sad: I really enjoyed the parts from Riley's POV and wanted more!!). The relationship was a perfect representation of what a good, godly relationship should be like. I especially enjoyed the author's careful writing of really important truths (tw: suicide, depression/anxiety) and worldviews into the book, especially regarding the building of a relationship.
I really liked the daily routine storytelling fashion, and how it wasn't really dramatic or fast paced: it was really slow (but in a good way!) pretty much all through the book, and detailed how Alex and Riley fell in love. However with that, there wasn't a significant amount of plot, and readers that like a fast paced plot might be a little disappointed.

I received an ARC copy of this book but was not required to leave a positive review. My thoughts are entirely my own and provided honestly. I’m also going to preface this with the fact that I don’t typically read romance novels. Love me some romantic side-plot, not so much main plot, BUT I also love Jaye Elliot’s series The Ilyon Chronicles (under the name Jaye L. Knight), so I was very interested in reading another of her books.
This book is very slice-of-life—walking through Riley and Alex’s everyday happenings, watching what they each bring to the other’s life, and seeing God work in the midst of it. At times it was a little slow for me, being used to sci-fi and fantasy, but my attachment to the characters and their relationship spurred me on through those moments. Their chemistry was great and their interactions so sweet. Even in moments of tension, where personalities clash and hard things have to be said, both of them always had each other’s best interests at heart. It made this near-30 single woman’s heart flutter, let me tell ya.
Also, Riley has a cat, so he can do no wrong in my eyes. ;)

Beautiful illustration of Romans 8:28
For the first few chapters I thought this was going to be one of those sweet romance stories with no depth to it even though the characters were brought to life really well. The story seemed like it was going in a very predictable boy meets girl, a few tiny dips in the road and then a very Hallmark sort of happily ever after ending.
Boy was I wrong, the story took a few twists and turns and I found myself unable to put it down. It’s about love and trust and relationships between two people, family, friends, and God. It’s about grieving and letting go and having the courage to move on. It still has a happy ever after ending, but It really brought home Romans 8:28, even though we don’t always see the big picture we have to trust that God hasn’t been taken by surprise by what’s happening in our lives and He’s working behind the scenes for our good.
This book had me going through the full gamut of emotions, from tears to joy, sorrow to happiness, anxiousness to hope. It’s a beautiful story and I would recommend it to those who are struggling with trusting that God has a plan, even in this.

What an outstanding and feel-good-in-the-end book! Two characters, both living a life other than what they had planned, both struggling emotionally. One who's lost her job and a loved one, one who's been a Marine and done multiple tours of duty in Afghanistan. Both hurting yet meet by 'chance'. Jaye Elliot did a fantastic job of setting up the perfect story then setting it on it's up and down trajectory. Alex and Riley are so loveable and they move the plot along rather than the plot moving them. I adored their love story and how they were able to help each other and the faith that finds it's way back into their hearts.

“No Chance Meeting” by Jaye Elliot was one of those contemporary romances that you just can’t put down! I think this is the first I’ve ever read intentionally, and I found that I really enjoyed! I’m more of an action reader usually, but the military aspect and connecting deeply with Alex practically entranced me. I have a loyal love for our military, and Jaye did a beautiful job of portraying different perspectives and feelings on that. I won’t give away any spoilers, but I have to rave a little more about this wonderful story! One chapter left me gasping several times with multiple chills waves, and another had my heart racing and longing to jump into the book and fight for my hero. Now you go read this, and see what I mean!

No Chance Meeting was a very well written contemporary romance about a struggling artist, and a war vet. While the book dealt with some heavy topics, such as suicide, and relationships, it was very well done, and I found myself unable to put it down. Jaye Elliot captured the true feelings of depression and doubts, as well as the path leading out. The reason I rated it with a 4 star, instead of a 5 star is because of a few items of questionable content such as the fact that the main characters work at a bar, and there is some minor kissing scenes. While it was all handled very well, and appropriately, it's something to be aware of as a sensitive reader.

Beautiful Godly Love story
This was one of my most favourite books to date. Not only was the plot well written and developed exceptionally, this author chose to write a God-centred love story, which is rare to find! It was so encouraging and edifying to read a romance book that glorifies the most important relationship of all, the one between the individual and their Saviour. Thank you for such a wonderful read !

No chance meeting
I loved Alex’s and Riley’s story. Alex had a lot to overcome with her brothers death. When she meets Riley everything changes for her. He is her knight in shining armor.
This Is a new author to me. I really enjoyed her writing. I loved how Alex and Riley was so supportive of each other. I plan on reading more by the author.
