But as history has been told, the path of destiny is never an easy road to walk and Eva will do everything in her power to make sure Quinn falls with her. There is no turning back this time—death has come knocking and someone will answer. Author The story contains strong sexual & violent themes/language and is not intended for readers under the age of 18.
Pros: A continuation of Olivia and Quinns 's story. Eva was caught and put in the dungeon. The vampire who was hurt the most healed. Alec became protective and in tune with Olivia's pregnancy. Olivia has a big surprise at the end of the book. Cons: Mary was only mentioned at the end of the book so you don't know if she was hurt when Nightshade was attacked. Olivia finds out truths of her kidnapping when she was a child, but still does not get upset with Quinn when she learns the truth. The story was dragged out at beginning of book, then the end was quick. Quinn and Olivia was on emotional whiplash between both of their emotions. Lastly I will say I am glad I bought the books, but will probably not read them again. I was hoping for so much more out of these books. Overall was an okay read.
