Low Carb Recipes is a great collection for anyone who enjoys desserts but wants to explore lower-carb alternatives. I especially liked the variety of sweet recipes, which makes it easier to find something enjoyable when you are craving a treat without always reaching for traditional desserts.

The recipes provide plenty of inspiration and offer a refreshing change from the usual low-carb meal ideas. I appreciated having so many dessert options in one place, with different flavors and styles to explore. The collection feels useful for keeping things interesting rather than relying on the same few recipes repeatedly.

What I enjoyed most is that the cookbook shows how lower-carb eating can still include enjoyable desserts. It is a handy resource for anyone experimenting with a lower-carb lifestyle or simply looking for new homemade treats.

Overall, this is an enjoyable cookbook with plenty of ideas for dessert lovers. The variety makes it easy to browse through the recipes and find something appealing for different occasions. I would recommend it to anyone looking for creative low-carb dessert inspiration and a little more variety in their homemade sweet treats.

Good sounding desserts

These recipes sound pretty good. I guess I'll have to try some of these. But a lot of them my husband can't eat because of nuts. But they do seem to be easy to make.

This wasn't a bad book, there were some very interesting recipes in it although I haven't yet tried any. There were some ingredients which I wasn't familiar with and haven't seen in any supermarket over here so I will have to do an online search!

Not my thing.

This is not my thing. Too many weird recipes/ingredients. I don't care much for dress anyway. No recipes I would consider making.
