Exercises for airplanes : (and other confined spaces). I am surprised that this book isn't more popular, considering how many people fly in The United States. It covers advice not only for flying but also general advice, what to do at the airport, how to handle jet lag, sinus issues, dehydration, motion sickness, upset stomach, insomnia, fear of flying, and what to do when you get there. This is an invaluable tool for anyone who flies. I highly recommend it to anyone who spends any time in the air.
