I classify these books as "babydoll fiction" and they're a way for me to decompress in between heavier fiction. This was an easy breezy jaunt and I finished it within a day. I picked this up at an Ollie's because I always gush over the Monster High series and it featured my favorite paranormal couple. The book design was also well done with a solid hardcover and nice formatting. I Spy Deuce Gorgon is about the ghouls going to Greece to help a Gorgon in need. It's a pretty straightforward cute book without much too say. There was too much time spent on dealing with a Cerberus, but that's just me being an evil cat lover. It was very sweet to see Deuce and Cleo de Nile flirt together before their official relationship. I love this universe and I'm excited for the new Nickelodeon show featuring Monster High coming soon. It's gonna be totally fangtastic!

I always understood most of the monster names right away. For example:
Draculara= Dracula
Frankie Stein= Frankenstein

But I never put Deuce together until today. His mom is Medusa. Say that slowly. Me-du-sa or Me-Deuce-sa.

Was a good book to me. I just love the series so far. Just wondering whats up with the ebook release.
