This was a great story. Delores was pure evil. Once I finally started reading the storyline held my attention as Jones younger years were explained. I must say she went thru a lot. Sky proved to be someone that she needed in her life. Well written & has me looking forward to reading more from this author.

WHAT'S THE DEFINITION OF.....PSEUDO?

I really enjoy this Authors writing style. Not only is she well researched, about the content throughout this book. Its exceptionally well written. Blair Jones is the main character, who is coming of age after having a horrendous childhood. Her father is the only bright spot in her life. While enduring an endless amount of Mental abuse at the hands of mother. Blair find out some devastating news that sends her already fragile mind, in a downward spiral. Download this book to enjoy the life of Blair Jones as she embarks on her life from childhood to adulthood. It's one hell of a journey, that will have your emotions all over the place. Yelp five 🌟's

Awesome!!!

I loved this book. It is so different from other books I have read. I felt so sorry for Blair throughout the whole story. She was just so lost. I am glad she Sky towards the end even though they were a hot mess together, but hey that was their time to be wild. Blair is crazy to get revenge on her friends' situation. I have no words about Delores, but she is Satan's wife. I give Blair's dad props for being there even though he didn't have to be. I'm hoping there is a part 2.

Woooow

Blair Jones was a tortured soul. Her relationships with her parents and her friends was crazy. Not knowing who she was took a toll on her. Reading about her in this book and reading about her in medicinal love was eye opening to say the least. Man everything she went through, I understand her struggles. Delores was a very interesting character. Her story would be crazy to read, her and Germany's.

This Book is Everything!!

I was stuck on this book from page 1. Jones had a rough beginning but she stuck to her goal of Nursing despite Delores. She showed that she could reach her goal no matter what obstacles she encountered. Her friends came and went but her Dad was there no matter what. Arkeya you did your thing with the plot twists.

This is my first time reading anything by this author , I was hooked from the beginning . It has a steady flow, it deals with real life and things that no one likes to talk about . I am curious to find out what happens with Jones, and Germany . I will be reading the next book in the series .

A great read

This book pulled me right in. I read the authors previous book Medicinal Love, and I had some unanswered questions about Jones. This book gave me her back story and answered those questions of why she did the things she did and lived the way she did. This book takes you through her entire life and leaves no room for confusion. I love that it's a standalone, and even if you haven't read Medicinal Love, you can still read this one first and still know what's going on. I highly recommend this book and Medicinal Love. You won't be disappointed. Kudos to the author for a job well done.

I'm literally sitting here like omg! Learning bits and pieces about Jones in Medicinal Love was one thing but to get an in depth background was another. She experienced so much at a young age and I felt as if Delores may have blamed Jones in a way to treat her the way she did. Delores went above and beyond to throw a wrench in Jones' plans and did everything in her power to hurt her. I swear Jones went overboard while in college. I would've never expected her to react the way she did but once you've been betrayed too many times there's no telling what will happen. Jones' roommates really seemed like true friends although they hadn't known her for long. They kept it real and even though Jones didn't listen at the time they showed just how much they cared about her situation. I appreciated Sky because he took a liking to Jones and went out of his way many times not only to be a shoulder to cry on but help her understand things that went wrong in her childhood. Jones was that chick seriously because she had a few that were Jonesing bad. Germany topped everyone when it came to jonesing because she was truly unstable which only seemed to complicate things and show how crazy and clingy she was. Jones had some highs and lows throughout her life that played a role in shaping the woman she eventually became.

Awesome read

Man.. This book was such a great read. I can see such growth in the author since when she first started writing and you can tell that she wanted to make sure all aspects of her life was explained... One of the things that I love about this book is it explains everything. Though it is a standalone, the author made sure to give not only the main character but all of the characters attention. All of the characters of the book were well developed. I also love how the book flowed. There were no questions left unanswered. No what ifs. I read Medicinal Love (if you have not read it, please get it) and by reading this standalone, I was able to understand Jones and why she lived the life she lived... Why she took the roads she took and why she decided to live the life she lived. Not all people are raised with a silver spoon. Not all people are loved. And to be honest, love cannot be purchased and by reading this book, you can also see what can possibly happen when you are raised with a loving upbringing. I love that everything in this book was explained and whether this or Medicinal Love was read first, it is cohesive. I will continue to read books from this author and I cannot wait for the next read.

Jonesing with love

Omg YES!!! This was the best standalone from the beginning to the end!!! Jones is amazing she didn't let nothing or NOONE for that matter stop her from achieving what she set out to. Deloris couldn't! Must I point out I can't stand this woman! Once she realized who she was she was UNSTOPPABLE. I'm glad she had Skylar in her corner though, he didn't judge her no types of way no pointing out her flaws or nothing!! He's the perfect gentleman! I haven't read a standalone as long and detailed on this one n I must say it deserve ALL FIVE ✨ GREAT JOB

I will start by saying I am highly upset with how the book ended. Keys did it again..I was a fan after read Medical Love and Jonesing did not disappoint. I couldn't imagine living the life that Blair (Jones) lived. Loved Skylar and Baby...they were real true friends.. It's hard for me to give a proper review without giving away too much of the book so I will just say I've read alot of books but this is by fast one of my favorites.

Worth The Read

Mrs. Arkeya keys has done it again with her much anticipated book Jonesing: Pseudo Love. Jonesing lets us in on the intricate details of Jones' life, one of the characters from Medicinal Love. This story starts from her terrible childhood where she was brought up by an evil woman that in my opinion could only be the spawn of Satan and Mommy Dearest, and takes you through to her adulthood. Mrs. Keys takes us on a journey unveiling all the trials and tribulations that Jones had to face in her life. Mrs. Keys' writing is so precise that she pulls you in and makes you feel what Jones is going through. By the end of the book you completely understand why Jones went down the path she did. A person can only take so much. This book is absolutely worth the read. If you haven't read Medicinal Love yet you should definitely read that as well. Both are amazing, Mrs. Keys is definitely talented.
