Les Trois Vagues de volontaires et la Nouvelle Terre
Dolores Cannon pratique l’hypnothérapie et la régression dans les vies passées, spécialisée dans la découverte et la reconquête d’un «Savoir Perdu». With this book Dolores continues to report what she has discovered during her regressions. She has found that many beings have volunteered to incarnate at this time to help change the energy of the Earth so as to avoid catastrophe and to “help raise the energy of the people to that they can ascend with the Earth into the next dimension”.
The first wave of volunteers were born at the end of the 40s, the second wave are now in their late 20s and 30s and the third wave is composed of the new children, many of whom are now in their teens. The first wave are disturbed by strong emotions and many try to commit suicide – they don’t want to be here. The second wave focus on helping others, create no karma and have an energy that affects others strongly – they don’t have to do anything, they just have to be. However, they don’t feel comfortable around other people. The DNA of the third wave has already been altered. But they are misunderstood and generally diagnosed with ADHD and put on Ritalin. There is nothing wrong with them – they are just more advanced and “operating on a different frequency”. They need challenges to keep them interested.
There are tens of thousands of these new souls all over the world. The “purest and most innocent of all” are those that come directly from the Source. The Source is God, or the Great Central Sun, and is “full of love, total love”. When those who have come directly from the Source go there during Dolores’ sessions, they don’t want to leave again.
One woman when regressed explained that she was a “shimmer” or part of the “shimmering”. The shimmering is composed of living crystals which are “tiny, minute particles”. (Actually, I myself have several times experienced what I think is this shimmering – I have “seen” it as pink dots in the air around me, which I feel to be love – funnily, I see these “out there” but I feel the love in my own heart- a wonderful experience.)
Many of D’s clients have grave health complaints – but, no problem, the SC (Subconscious) heals them all. In one case it used liquid light that flowed from the Source. The client’s vertebrae had been fused by guilt from other lifetimes. The SC separated the vertebrae and repaired them with more liquid light. The SC always gives the client a useful, parting message.
In general, the regressed clients impart many important “truths”. Re the new energies, the people will split into two kinds – “ones that want to stay here and deal with the changes, and the others that want to check out and can’t handle the vibrations”. People “need to allow things”, meditate more and “quiet themselves a lot more”. They “need to be alone and in quiet”. “The higher vibration is one effect, and the people that don’t want to move to the higher vibration is another effect --- It’s the magnets – the opposites.
The vibrations are getting faster which causes a different force and you either go with the vibrations and make yours faster, or you get stuck. Most people are refusing to raise their vibrations.
This is a voluminous and an exciting book much like those in D’s Convoluted universe series, though perhaps even better. I was most looking forward, as always, to the section on the New Earth. However, D states that the New Earth information in the book is not new but a compilation of information from her previous books. (Though I found that she did add new information on this subject.)
We must eliminate heavy foods, e.g. stop eating meats. mainly because of the additives and chemicals being fed to the animals. The best of all to eat is “live” fruits and vegetables. Sugar should also be eliminated. I expect most of us know all this already. In 2001 “they” yelled at D to get her to change her diet and lifestyle. She stopped drinking Pepsi and completely turned her eating and drinking habits around. By 2002 she had cleared a great deal of toxins from her systems and noticed the difference.
D was taught a process to energize water, which I think I also reported on in a previous review. Energize your water by spiraling into it all the knowledge you have. Imagine the water spiraling, creating a vortex in a both clockwise and anticlockwise direction. This will reintroduce life force into the water. You can also do the same process with food.
Many are suffering physical effects because of the frequency and vibrational changes. The body cannot suddenly change vibration. The energy would be too strong for it to handle. You can visualize a dial and mentally adjust it up or down until the desired frequency is obtained. Say to yourself “I want my body to move up, up, up until it matches this higher frequency”.
D also includes information about why birds are falling out of the sky: this has to do with the fact that animals are more sensitive to the Shift, and also to do with something called the Mobius Strip, which D explains.
I find all this information about the Old and New Earths extremely fascinating. D also provides her own explanation about how some of us can move to the New Earth, and some stay on the Old, without our missing each other.
I highly recommend that you read this book, which is one of the best, perhaps the best, of D’s books. Enjoy!

The book is absolutely fantastic, revealed so much knowledge that many souls seek for lifetimes, it's like a massive download of highly esoteric information, it was awesome & very enlightening.
The overall message from all the spiritually attuned beings with the source energy is to LOVE all as one & learn to forgive & let go hate, greed, jealousy, anger, resentment, guilt & simply grow an attitude of gratitude.
The three waves of volunteer souls incarnate are here to teach the world the spiritual principles of love & harmony with one another & mother earth.

Have you ever felt like Earth is not your home? That you want to go home, but you don't know where home is? Ever felt like you were supposed to be doing something very important in your life, but didn't know what it was? I found this book at a pivotal moment in my life and I'm so grateful that I did. Ms. Cannon's body of work over the decades that she developed her techniques is unprecedented, as far as I can tell. My only regret is that she passed last year, before I got a chance to meet her, because I certainly would have done so. If you can read this with a totally open mind to all the possibilities in this great universe, you might find this book a mind-bending adventure.

Ten years ago I started noticing that books come to me. Those that I need to read to update my knowledge, they come to me. People start talking about them, I start seeing them and mostly I sense this subtle intuitive pull. The book starts calling me, it fills my mind with certain frequency and it stays within my aura with a full presence. I go on with my daily life but the book allurs me, it starts whispering and it becomes in a way fully present. They are not unknown to me because I am a very detailed researcher which means I download hundreds of them on my Kindle and forget about them because the field of my interest is wide. And this book started coming to my dreams, saying, it is time, start reading. And it is a very strong, decisive but really gentle call.
But I just know that for a while, it's a bye-bye to a normal sleeping pattern. Which is cruel since I end up being awake for a few days until the book devours me. I don't include deliberate self-sabotage and masochism in my life anymore because it was part of my destructive subconscious pattern behaviour for decades (and a few past lives). But I do indulge in certain light(er) spins of the major issue story: the darkness of my ego was so beautiful and the construct of my shield was made of the irresistible subjective dark matter, so I understand why it took me so long to let go (why I am still letting go). Because it was the best type of pain that was suffocating me considering why it became like this due to my life experiences. For most of my life I couldn't understand people who had brighter life stories/experiences/journies, knowing my own path and how my inner chaotic nervous system was functioning. But when I started becoming aware that I was born with a slightly different frequency and different multilayered skills it helped me feel better in my skin. And on my way of becoming me, I had a great team of psychiatrists, spiritual leaders, homeopaths, theta/medicine plants/natal cards healers, ... and other numerous influences which helped me find a neurological link to my inner clarity and code of my soul.
I was overwhelmed by this inner GPS when I was younger because I was slightly aware of my highly multidimensional inner world, and I was thinking how amazing it is to be this clever and strange, fucked up too. But it is not cleverness, it is guidance. My whole being is being strongly guided which is something we all have. It is just part of the larger scale of having a human experience in this current 3D which is so rapidly shifting into 5D that it makes us all nauseous.
I know that I was freaked out by onslaught of synchronicities and how strong and constant they were/are, and at one point in my life I began asking myself; well, is everything orchestrated, and more closer to the truth, what is fucking happening to me. Is there really such thing as a free will, because it certainly didn't feel like I had any choice with anything. Not in a victim way because I understand the amount of profoundly difficult life lessons that I came here to learn and revise as much as I understand that I have burnt my Wheel of Karma and that I am not coming to this unaware circus anymore.
I am not incarnating anymore to "pay off my debts" but knowing myself, I understand that I will choose another "difficult" life which would break every inner construct and reach unimaginable levels of emotional pain. Translated: I learn fast and upgrade easily. That is the reason why healers of all sorts really like me; there is this presence within me that is getting grounded and powerful and they always say to me that there is the depth within my energy field that is off charts. Not special, nothing so extraordinary that other people don't have as well, and I am not at all aware of what that is, but I am aware that it is blooming. I always think it is connected with the amount of grief that I had, and grief is the master level teacher.
I still don't know what that is because I am in the process of learning this and it is a huge field of unknown. And since the true knowledge of and on this planet is so hidden and murky, because human race is genetically coded to be in the deep state of asleep, it takes a lot of time, decades, to connect pieces of information. They all make sense but the human brain needs a bit of a structure because I can profoundly understand why things are and why they become what they are, but it takes time to process how to connect other stories to other stories and other stories. Which in my case is more a perception of energy than it is cognitive resonance. I don't use my mind a lot, it provides me information that I need but I tend to quiet it down since I've learnt that it likes to talk shit to convince me of the things which don't resonate anymore. So I focus more on my all body presence and heart-mind when I soothe emotions enough to hear myself truly.
For years I've been aware of this book, so a few days ago around 4 AM, the frequency of this book was nagging. I had to wake up and start reading it because it wouldn't go away. It has a lot of foggy parts because I don't like Cannon's way of writing, but I had a lot of questions and it provided a lot of answers.
2020 was very interesting to read about. Scary shit is on the way because we just started ascension into the New Earth. It is a cycle of 19 centuries. The world as we know is saying goodbye so of course, it is difficult currently and of course, it is painful and of course it is ... like it is. Because the dark forces are clashing with the light. Density of the old world and structures is in collision with the new awakening. I have hope in my heart but it is going to be heavy for our bodies because a lot of people still live within the structure of complete fear, karma and mainstream programming.
And I do wonder if there are enough of lightworkers in the world to hold hands tight enough. But the truth is that the DNA decoding is happening/upgrading and that the whole Universe is changing frequencies and vibration, it is inevitable. And in a way, it breaks my heart how many people are unaware of this but on the other hand, the time comes when it comes for people to learn.
But those of us, who are aware what is happening and who chose to incarnate to experience this period, it doesn't make it easier since we live in especially cruel times when the new wave of genocide against humanity is happening.
But, this hope in my heart, it strong, and alive and it breathes on its own and I have really no choice but to believe and know that my humbled, grounded and awake soul understands. And while the whole world is raging I have no choice but to ... go ... gentle in that good night, old age should burn and rave at close of day; rage, rage against the dying of the light.

But I do indulge in certain light(er) spins of the major issue story: the darkness of my ego was so beautiful and the construct of my shield was made of the irresistible subjective dark matter, so I understand why it took me so long to let go (why I am still letting go). Because it was the best type of pain that was suffocating me considering why it became like this due to my life experiences. For most of my life I couldn't understand people who had brighter life stories/experiences/journies, knowing my own path and how my inner chaotic nervous system was functioning. But when I started becoming aware that I was born with a slightly different frequency and different multilayered skills it helped me feel better in my skin. And on my way of becoming me, I had a great team of psychiatrists, spiritual leaders, homeopaths, theta/medicine plants/natal cards healers, ... and other numerous influences which helped me find a neurological link to my inner clarity and code of my soul.
I was overwhelmed by this inner GPS when I was younger because I was slightly aware of my highly multidimensional inner world, and I was thinking how amazing it is to be this clever and strange, fucked up too. But it is not cleverness, it is guidance. My whole being is being strongly guided which is something we all have. It is just part of the larger scale of having a human experience in this current 3D which is so rapidly shifting into 5D that it makes us all nauseous.
I know that I was freaked out by onslaught of synchronicities and how strong and constant they were/are, and at one point in my life I began asking myself; well, is everything orchestrated, and more closer to the truth, what is fucking happening to me. Is there really such thing as a free will, because it certainly didn't feel like I had any choice with anything. Not in a victim way because I understand the amount of profoundly difficult life lessons that I came here to learn and revise as much as I understand that I have burnt my Wheel of Karma and that I am not coming to this unaware circus anymore.
I am not incarnating anymore to "pay off my debts" but knowing myself, I understand that I will choose another "difficult" life which would break every inner construct and reach unimaginable levels of emotional pain. Translated: I learn fast and upgrade easily. That is the reason why healers of all sorts really like me; there is this presence within me that is getting grounded and powerful and they always say to me that there is the depth within my energy field that is off charts. Not special, nothing so extraordinary that other people don't have as well, and I am not at all aware of what that is, but I am aware that it is blooming. I always think it is connected with the amount of grief that I had, and grief is the master level teacher.
I still don't know what that is because I am in the process of learning this and it is a huge field of unknown. And since the true knowledge of and on this planet is so hidden and murky, because human race is genetically coded to be in the deep state of asleep, it takes a lot of time, decades, to connect pieces of information. They all make sense but the human brain needs a bit of a structure because I can profoundly understand why things are and why they become what they are, but it takes time to process how to connect other stories to other stories and other stories. Which in my case is more a perception of energy than it is cognitive resonance. I don't use my mind a lot, it provides me information that I need but I tend to quiet it down since I've learnt that it likes to talk shit to convince me of the things which don't resonate anymore. So I focus more on my all body presence and heart-mind when I soothe emotions enough to hear myself truly.
For years I've been aware of this book, so a few days ago around 4 AM, the frequency of this book was nagging. I had to wake up and start reading it because it wouldn't go away. It has a lot of foggy parts because I don't like Cannon's way of writing, but I had a lot of questions and it provided a lot of answers.
2020 was very interesting to read about. Scary shit is on the way because we just started ascension into the New Earth. It is a cycle of 19 centuries. The world as we know is saying goodbye so of course, it is difficult currently and of course, it is painful and of course it is ... like it is. Because the dark forces are clashing with the light. Density of the old world and structures is in collision with the new awakening. I have hope in my heart but it is going to be heavy for our bodies because a lot of people still live within the structure of complete fear, karma and mainstream programming.
And I do wonder if there are enough of lightworkers in the world to hold hands tight enough. But the truth is that the DNA decoding is happening/upgrading and that the whole Universe is changing frequencies and vibration, it is inevitable. And in a way, it breaks my heart how many people are unaware of this but on the other hand, the time comes when it comes for people to learn.
But those of us, who are aware what is happening and who chose to incarnate to experience this period, it doesn't make it easier since we live in especially cruel times when the new wave of genocide against humanity is happening.
But, this hope in my heart, it strong, and alive and it breathes on its own and I have really no choice but to believe and know that my humbled, grounded and awake soul understands. And while the whole world is raging I have no choice but to ... go ... gentle in that good night, old age should burn and rave at close of day; rage, rage against the dying of the light.

I came to this book after watching the tv-series Westworld, which I take the chance to completely recommend. The main character in Westworld is called Dolores and the main topic is consciousness and the nature of reality. I then decided to give Dolores (Cannon) and her work on consciousness a go, my mistake.
I found this book 1/3 interesting and 2/3 disappointing. Interesting because, whatever method used by Dolores Cannon, the supposed testimonies from the sessions with her clients are entertaining to say the least. Disappointing because that method is never revealed and there are a number of elements suggesting that self-profit played a major role for this work. I’ll develop my argument a little more in case any one is interested.
Interesting: Whatever esoteric or metaphysical topic you may be interested in, you will find a story about it by one of Dolores hypnotised clients. Whether it is the pyramids of Egypt, Lemuria, Atlantis, UFOs, Galactic councils, mind control, healing, reincarnation, after-death or eternal life, they are all in this book! Dolores Cannon claims she found (or being enlightened) with a method that reveals it all, so fortunate for all the knowledge seekers out there (specially for those happy to assume it as truth without questioning).
Disappointing: The book has little structure or narrative, it’s presented as a succession of interviews of subjects in an altered state of consciousness. It has a number of contradictions: you don’t need to learn anything, but you leave because you need to learn. Helpers choose not to have children, but some have children as part of their mission, etc. It has the same closeness with reality as Don Quixote and the author wouldn’t bother to link any of the information with any theory or fact (assuming her readers won’t demand that?). I can understand no one comes to this book looking for literature or scientific value so, up until here, I could still consider it a tolerable disappointment.
The book gets worse soon as you realise you are reading an author who claims she is contributing to the “new Earth”, and making a better world, by using very old ways. 1. She does not consider sharing and making her method publicly available, allowing for understanding or validation. Why would you generously share your findings with humanity when, instead, you can create a private business and charge your clients and apprentices? I personally would classify this approach as “old Earth”. 2. If this was not enough, she “magically” links hypnosis with healing, so the method not only allows you to obtain information about your past-lives and mission on Earth, but it also gives Dolores access to heal all your physical problems. The quantum hypnosis method is certainly a blast, especially for her pocket.
She only makes one projection in the future, 2012, she fails.
Finally, you can add the method is completely singled-sided. Every person Dolores met is a helper with the mission of making the Earth a better place and no one is doing any wrong. It makes you wonder how comes it is not a perfect Earth yet!
I can still suggest this book for 1. readers interested in having one more view on esoteric topics will probably find an interesting perspective. 2. persons desperate to solve their despair who need to read a comforting story and they don’t mind about facts or reality. 3. esoteric entrepreneurs who want to make a profitable business from sickness and human despair, you will find in this author a good reference on how to succeed.

This book absolutely shattered the fabric of my reality. When reading the exposition of this book and the concept of the three waves of volunteers I wept for hours on a plane. It felt like a fundamental truth held within my very soul had been revealed. Something I'd known for an eternity but long forgotten.
The author is a regression therapist and the majority of the book are transcripts from her sessions all across the globe. I will be attending regression therapy with one of her trainees in a few weeks.
The concept of the book is that after the atomic bombs were dropped in WWII the source that breathes life into all existence knew that something had to be done to course correct the rapidly failing state of humanity and the earth and universe in general. The philosophy in this book insists that all energy is eternal, it centers on an infinite and all knowing love that extends across the cosmos. All souls belong to this sorce. This source is our home and is filled with bliss, light, and infinite joy. Being that the entire universe is connected, the source knew that it had to help get humanity back on it's path to assist in healing the Earth, and nurturing it's evolution to "the New Earth." For the earth is evolving too just like we are!
As such, souls that were floating in this pure blissful ether had the opportunity to volunteer to leave their home and manifest themselves as a fetus to be a champion for humanity on the face of the earth. These souls would come in three waves. Some of these souls were brand new. They had to tap into the akashic records and be imprinted upon from the vast library of human history. This is why it often happens that people think they were famous figures in a past lives. The collective unconscious as it were. They needed this akashic human experience to be able to deal with the harsh nature of an earthy existence. For a new soul living in pure bliss in the ether, this earth is cold, dense, and mean!
Yet other souls have manifested on this terrestrial existence before. And with that they carry karmic weight, a baggage that would need to be shed in order to do the work necessary to accend to the new earth. These are the second and third wave of souls that manifest on the earth. The second wave don't have any real specific mission aside from just "being" and in this capacity they can help activate others around them to ascend to a higher frequency. By spreading love and being carriers of light, like ripples in a pond, they can very quickly spread this energy through the Earth. Like a resonant frequency.
This book has left me feeling activated. I believe I may be of the second wave. I feel supercharged like I've never been before in my life. There's been an unnerving serindipity in many many personal events in my life that have almost dragged me kicking and screaming to see the truths in this book manifest in my own personal life. And it has left me in a state of infinite hopeful bliss.
Over the past 6 months or so I've been going through many core and fundamental changes in my life that have come with no shortage of suffering. But after reading this book, I am assured that this very suffering is absolutely necessary for spiritual awakening. No use in feeling sorry for myself. We all serve a purpose in one anothers lives. We help eachother learn! This book has left me inspired to cast loose the chains of fear, sadness, doubt and unknowing. I'm inspired to walk relentlessly towards the light to spread infinite love to all those around me. Because if everyone creates peace and harmony in their own universe, then that will be the universe of their creation for the new earth. We are experiencing evolution of the earth to it's next form. And then we can take that energy and expand it out to others. And before you know it you've changed the world.
I've learned many tacit lessons from this book. Turn the TV off, don't watch the news, get rid of pointless systems like social media and religion. They're just distractions from our higher vibrational callings. After all, the world is what we create here, in our hearts, shared with loved ones. In order to be better we must be evolved humans -- exercising, eating better, more raw and vegetarian foods.
Further, I feel as if I've been called to a quest lately to balance the divine feminine and the divine masculine. I am called to be true to my heart and emotions, I need to feel everything, the yin and yang constantly in flux to truly consciously evolve. By "coincidence" I've met two practicing witches over the course of the two or three weeks it took me to read this book who delivered this exact message to me. Pull down the mask and step into my true self. The earth is evolving and if we are to evolve with her and not be as fleas on a dog we must accend to a higher vibrational energy. This is the work we must do.
What we need will come to us. We must strive to let go of working for money and begin our true calling of working for the earth and eachother. For I am you and you are me. We must focus on service to others and never service to self. We must follow our own truth. And then let that truth change. We must stay flexible. And we must never let fear cloud the relentless pursuit of love.
And of course the biggest challenge is to let go of the samsara, the wheel of karma. It will trap us in an endless cycle. I've always felt like I've been on this earth at least a few lifetimes and with that comes baggage and garbage that needs to be shed to ascend.
Lately in my life I've had many elements I could feel sorry for myself for (but ohhh so many more to be grateful for!). But this book, as well as several other serindipitous unexpected teachers, has taught me there is no such thing as negative or positive. This is only an opportunity to learn and grow into a better person. And if you learned even one thing from a negative experience that was why you experienced it. We are not hurting anyone but ourselves by holding on to karma. We must release, forgive, let go. We have to forgive not only others but also ourselves in order to shed that karmic baggage and do the work we were put on this earth to do.
In summary this book has left me feeling activated. Like I'm ready to evolve to the next best version of myself. I feel this relentless optimism, that state of infinite hopeful bliss. It will be my life with to share that with everyone I can. To resonate that energy wherever I go and deposit pieces of myself all over this beautiful earth we live on together.

I enjoyed the beginning of this book, the introduction to the idea of the previously alien/multi-dimensional beings who are reincarnating as humans. (Whether I believe it? I don't know. But it sounds plausible and possible.)
However, the end of the book veers off course into this Armageddon-like idea of the New Earth splitting away from the Old Earth, and gives glimpses of the chaos that might ensue.
I won't even say I don't believe it, but I don't think it's helpful. You've got these SCs telling Dolores to focus on the here and now, to work on the Self, and not to worry about what's going to happen. Then you've got the author obsessed with this Rapture-like splitting of Earth. What, I would ask her, were she still alive, is the purpose? This is the fourth book of hers I've read; the earlier were much earlier in her career. And I see this same strange fascination with "the end times." Quoting Revelations, like it means something.

It feels like another way for humans to feel superiority over others, which is the problem that has plagued religions for all of human history. "Obviously my vibrations are higher," thinks the Dolores acolyte, at the same time envisioning his hated boss stuck in the burning, disintegrating end times.

I feel like the author was earnest and primarily reported truthfully what she heard; however, it's still colored by her personal filters. It's our jobs to sort out what is helpful to our soul's progression, and leave the rest behind.

I thought I would like this, given that I'm into metaphysical studies and alternate explanations for things. But a lot of this book did not sit well with me. It was hard to finish.

Me ha aparecido la Dolores Cannon hasta en la sopa en todas las redes sociales y lo que ha dicho me ha parecido bastante interesante, así que como estoy en una onda mística, me leí este libro que es bien loco pero también bien entretenido.
Si es verdad o no, no lo sé, pero tampoco importa, porque parece que al fin estoy terminando mi período místico estacional y últimamente pienso que, más que leer sobre el significado de la vida y sus pormenores, debería simplemente vivirla y hacerlo lo mejor que pueda.
Así que un agradecimiento a Dolores que, al menos por un rato, me bajó de la existencialidad.
Otra vez, si es verdad o no, no lo sé, pero... si ayuda, bienvenido sea. He oído teorías más locas y ésta al menos tiene hartos puntos bastante bondadosos. Aunque hacia los 3/4 del libro se pone demasiado apocalíptico y fantasioso para mi gusto, pero quién sabe, quizá al final la señora tenía razón :o (esperemos que no).
Cuatro estrellas porque me gustó harto, y habían partes súper interesantes, pero los que no tienen inclinaciones místicas o esotéricas o etc, mejor que no lo lean. Hay que empezar la lectura ya dando por hecho hartas cosas polémicas para el público general, las crea una o no.

The reason I give this book such a high rating is because it was my first! I loved it. Sometimes we just need a simple book to bring us so much information but in the right format. It was a pleasure reading this book and am now in the process of completing another one of Canon's books. I am learning so much!
There's just one criticism which I remember thinking about. Obviously Canon has some belief's which have yet to be examined. She talks about certain things as if they "just are." I can only refer to her stance on karma. When you get to that part, I really suggest people examine themselves and see if they resonate with it. Obviously I didn't, but that's because I know that karma isn't just what we used to think it was. Only YOU can give it definition. Anyways, I hope not to spoil anything in anything you read. It was good that someone like Canon was willing to do this! Good job Canon!

Very difficult to rate this book. On the one hand, how can this information be anything BUT amazing??? And all the work Dolores does recording, transcribing and then sorting it all together to make a book too. I recommend this book for anyone that is curious about 'what is going on' in the universe. But then I recommend it for those that are not curious as well, so that maybe it will awaken a spark within.
My only issue is one based on the knowledge I already had. I've gotten past the 'fear factor', so I felt the constant assurances were repetitious and a teensy bit annoying.
Besides the little quibble - I'm grateful for everything Dolores :)
My only issue is one based on the knowledge I already had. I've gotten past the 'fear factor', so I felt the constant assurances were repetitious and a teensy bit annoying.
Besides the little quibble - I'm grateful for everything Dolores :)

Dolores Cannon really tied this book together well, and I found it consistent with what others have written from different perspectives. I've read all the Law of One, Michael Newton, Brian Weiss, and Robert Schwartz. Seth Speaks is challenging, but halfway through it. While I don't claim to have deeply understood all that I've read, I'm greatly reassured that Dolores and the others are indeed on the same page; they do help me to make some sense of the world around us, especially considering current events.
Being so pleased, I've ordered the first three books of the Convoluted Universe series for a bit more background. At this point, however, I think maybe I've just finished reading the climatic "end of the story" with this book.

When you’re ready to have your mind opened up to cosmic reality, this is the book for you. It’s amazing how blinkered we are here on planet WhoWillBurpTheBaby. We’re such infants in our grasp of meaning. If you suspect you don’t have the full picture, pat yourself on the back and then read this book!

I loved this book! I have been reading the Law of One and watching Gaia.com (Cosmic Disclosure, Wisdom Teachings, etc.) and this book is fully consistent with all those sources. What I find so exciting is that Dolores Cannon can hypnotize all these thousands of people and when those that are previous ET souls are regressed to prior lives, they can describe these lives, living off of our planet, as well as their existence between lives in the Spiritual realm.
For the uninitiated, The Law of One (channeled ET information) talks about Wanderers and there are other books on this subject (From Elsewhere, Scott Mandelker; The Wanderers Handbook, Carla L. Rueckert). Basically, Earth is going to go through a Major Ascension event and the people of earth who have lived here for 100’s of lives are burdened by their Karma from their "not so nice" past (think of the Inquisition, Burning Witches, Roman Empire, Hitler & WWII), so a call was put out for "fresh souls" to incarnate here to help raise the mass consciousness. About 100 million souls volunteered and are incarnate now. Unfortunately, these souls find it hard to adjust to human society with its violence and materialism and, of course, these souls have had to go through the "forgetting" process so they don’t remember who they are or what their purpose on Earth is.

5 stars for therapeutical effect (temporary), 1 star negative - overall: for the content, style and encoded message.
At first when I started to read, I was quite enthusiastic. "Now this explains many things" - I told to myself. I am quite a typical Second Wave Alien, as described in this book. I like that idea about anxious/sensitive volunteers from outside. But as I was reading further, the more I got the sense of confusion - it didn't stich together. And also deception - What, dinosaurs!? Alien implants are ok and harmless, oh really? .... And everything so easy to digest and sugarcoated, just as junky doughnut. But - as we see here - people like it.
After reading the whole piece, only thing I can say - it is DANGEROUSLY DELUSIONAL.
Dolores Cannon has nothing to do with Ascension process. This is just a description of a collective hypnose seances, similar to one we had in "Master and Margarita". Hopes and fears, as in unconcious minds of 3 generations. I can see here some similarities with Scientology, too.
Encoded message: You don't feel at home on planet Earth?? That's ok, probably you are an angelic being or some particle of God. Don't worry, everything is controlled (by highly intelligent extraterrestrials), you will be fine! Just be!! There are no dark forces out there, except some bad bacterias. Don't be afraid of alien implants! etc.

The three waves of volunteers is about how after the atomic bombing extra terrestrials started reincarnating as humans to help bring peace on Earth.
The first wave was the hippies, the second wave was various paranormal healer types, and the third wave is currently emerging of business oriented people promoting environmental, spiritual and physical health.
Overall it was a really great book that covers not just the three waves but also extra terrestrials in general including demystifying abduction experiences, implants and the like.
I'd definitely recommend this to anyone that has an interest in peace on earth, ascension, extra terrestrials or spirituality.

There are a number of sources that independently corroborate what has been called the Ascension and Dolores Cannon's work is a deep and fascinating source of insider knowledge. Just like Michael Newton's work, the information she passes along makes it clear that our real life is lived elsewhere and that this is just an assignment. People with particularly difficult assignments desperately need to hear that. It's great that she's so down to earth about the whole thing, as you will see if you view any of her videos. There's no attempt to manipulate or convince.

This are the answers I have been looking for four a very long time, for years I ask the living creator to show me the way to change the world around me, how do I show love to Mother Earth? I always looked into the universe and stars to hear the answers because I new that the answers were out there.
Now I understand the events I have experience during the night when I notice I was been taken somewhere to learn and to participate and do my part in this amazing work I'm part of!

A another brilliant book by Dolores Cannon. There are many nuggets of gold within the pages of this book. For me personally I found a large portion of the content extremely resonating. The idea that volunteers have come to this physical dimension is quite feasible and resonants within my paradigm. For some this maybe a stretch. The great thing about reading if something does not resonant with you then leave it on the page and continue.

This book recounts hypnosis sessions done by Dolores Cannon to uncover past lives. Whether you believe in the validity of these sessions or not, it paints a fascinating picture of the depths of human consciousness in an attempt to unravel the mystery of why we're here on Earth. I would have liked a little more overview of the types of volunteers broken down into categories to tie the book up into a more cohesive thesis, but overall I found it interesting and thought-provoking.

Incredible... everyone should read this. I can't even put into words how much I admire and appreciate Dolores Cannon and her dedication to her work, her attention to detail, her interviewing skills, and how much she cared about her subjects just floors me.

A really interesting and enlightening book helping to raise awareness of why we are here on Earth at this time. Dolores gets her information through the higher consciousness of many different patients of hers that have hypnosis.
It helps understand where we came from, why we are here and how we can help by raising the energy of ourselves and the planet. As well as sharing love and light to help heal and raise the vibration of the planet, aiming for a world of peace and balance.
I am looking forward to starting The Convoluted Universe series.

I admit this was the very first Dolores Cannon book I have read. When I started it, it drew me in and I was anxious to read more and more each day. I had never read anything like this before, so the when I began the book I was hooked.
She basically relates her hypnotherapy sessions in which she regresses her clients to past lives. However, the twist here is that she goes one step further and into the "Subconscious" or Higher Self. She claims that this is the source of all knowledge, and the source of the information she writes about. She also claims that many of her clients are in contact with, or part of, an alien council. They will "speak" through her client under hypnosis and answer questions that Ms. Cannon poses to them.
By the time I reached the middle of the book I was getting a little bored. It was the same thing over and over, and even Ms. Cannon was beginning to ask the same questions over and over. I admit, I kind of skimmed through a few chapters in the middle. The last couple of chapters were again interesting, as they spoke of what is coming with the New Earth. All in all, this was an interesting read. I do intend to read her trilogy of The Convoluted Universe as see what she has to offer in those books.

Any and all of Dolores Cannon's work is pivotal and necessary for those of us who have never believed the world operates exclusively in the materialistic way we've been told all our lives that it does. This book in particular focuses on the the celestial beings who have incarnated on Earth to help sway humanity from the misery of materialism toward peace and harmony by learning we are all part of the same source, the same infinite creator. We are here to learn and to experience and to create. This book and its sources provide peace of mind in ensuring us that we have many opportunities to get it right.

My second book by Dolores Cannon, that goes deeper into explaining the dimensional shift and separation of the old and new earth.
Great book overall with loads of information, sometimes a bit repetitive and could have used more personal notes and less transcribing of conversations. Especially because not all of the messengers were as coherent as others. But overall worth a read and I'll continue to read more of her books.

I'm throwing one word out there: WOW. The concept is mind boggling. I totally agree with what "they" explain in the regression sessions, most earthlings are not up to the possibilities. Keeping an open mind is a must. The universe is definitely more than we see in front of us from day to day. Cannon brings forth the evidence in her many years of research.

This book has the most information about the coming ascension of the planet Earth and moving into 5D. I have read so many spiritual books on this subject but this wonderful book by Dolores Cannon fills in all the missing gaps. Highly recommend this book for any seeker who is looking for a deeper understanding of the coming "event", how to live at peace and move into a beautiful new reality.
