As the head of the government’s secret Vigilance spy program, computer guru China Mack already has her hands full when her billionaire boyfriend, Jackson Cooper, asks for one of them in marriage.
Thrown for a loop by the sudden proposal, China’s usually well-ordered life takes another hit when someone tries to assassinate the president. Even that comes with a shocking the primary suspect is none other than her ex-partner, Clark Slattery. With nowhere else to turn, the sexy loner needs China’s help and expertise. Clark has linked the assassination attempt to a failed secret operation undertaken six years ago—and a deadly cover-up that’s putting the leader of the free world in the crosshairs. But the president isn’t the only one in harm’s way.
Now, China is going to have to dig deep for information that’s beyond even her clearance. And what she discovers may have far-reaching consequences for her life and everyone else in it.
This author is killing me! Clarke or Jackson? I love them both and each book I waiver. I hate love triangles, but I didn't know that was going to happen in this series when I started book 1. By then I was hooked.
I should want China to put us out of our misery and choose one of them, but I understand why she struggles. She's not your average woman. She's shy, nerdy and doesn't relate like an average person. She also has a hard time with emotions. It's almost like she has a form of Asperger's. I love China. She's one of my favorite types of heroines to read about and I'm glad she finally gets to feel what it's like to be loved. I almost want her to have both men.
This isn't all about the love triangle. The author has provided a great storyline and keeps you on your toes with each book. China is a computer genius and can hack into anything. The government is taking advantage of her smarts and employs her which has caused all kinds of dangerous threats to her life. It doesn't help that Clark is former Navy Seal bringing his own threats or that Jackson being a genius hacker himself brings threats as well? This makes for some very interesting plots and I truly do love this series.
It ends on a cliffhanger and I'll be not so patiently waiting for the next book.
Many thanks to NetGalley, the author and Publisher for a copy of Find Me in exchange for an honest review. This is book 3 in the Corrupted Hearts series and although I have not read the first two books, I have read the Kathleen Turner series by this author. Snow writes fast paced and captivating stories that keep the reader engaged until the very end. This book includes a marriage proposal, a love triangle, and a killer bent on retribution. China Mack is a nerdy intelligence genius who wears glasses which she pushes up continuously and always wears a fandom tshirt with a flannel shirt overtop. She is totally oblivious to her beauty, and is too honest for her own good. She has conflicting emotions when it comes to Jackson and Clark and loves both men, but will she chose security and predictability over passion? All three of their lives are threatened and they must work together to reach a resolution. Many past secrets come out in this story and not all is what it seems which may impact their futures. I will definitely go back and read the first two books to try and figure out the triangle and why China reacts the way she does after receiving the most romantic proposal ever. The author does a great job of leading the reader to make conclusions that may or may not be warranted. I liked China's niece Mia and the close relationship between her and China, which makes China look like a little less of a flake. The author doesn't leave us with a cliffhanger per se, but leaves us wondering about the future of these characters and how they will go on from here so I am hoping there is another book to follow.
Another winning book in the Corrupted Hearts series. Tiffany Snow kept me on the edge of my seat and frantically (and metaphorically since I read on a device) flipping the pages! The only downside to reading it so quickly is the wait for the next book. No one does love triangles like Tiffany! And I love seeing old familiar faces popping up. My hope is Passion Flix or Amazon's Original Programming picks up this series. It would make an amazing mini series!
Wow this book was so fast pace compared to the last two a real page turner.
I would like to mention just how concerned I'm for China's fish, at what point is she going to realise that perhaps owning a fish is not for her seriously she numbers them that's how many have die on her watch poor fish. And I actually felt sorry for Jackson in this book China is in some really bad denial where Clarke is concerned in this book and I have to say it's pretty hard to read so many times I just wanted to shake her. But if you liked the first two books then this book will not disappoint.
Ms. Snow is one of the best love-triangle authors in the business! Add that to also being top-notch at writing romantic-suspense and that equals a wild ride almost every time a book of hers is opened.
I have especially loved this series because the heroine, China Mack, is a new twist on awesome. She is a nerdy, technical genius who wears glasses, flannel shirts and jeans. She is quirky and totally inept socially but that is just what makes her so sympathetic and lovable. She is truly (and believably) surprised when anyone thinks she's pretty, she is honest and open to a fault and doesn't know all the intricacies of the social game. BUT, her incredible intellect and abilities put her in all kinds of troublesome situations - something that will keep this series running hot for a long time to come...IF the author doesn't allow the love-triangle to dump the excitement into oblivion. It is that plot-line that drags this installment down - and that's surprising.
This story begins with Jackson showing China the most incredible Valentine's date imaginable. He is everything any woman would want and China repeatedly says how much she loves him. She goes along with everything whole-heartedly (including the hot sex) until he shows her an engagement ring.... From there her character totally changes. She treats Jackson horribly, leading him on, then kissing and encouraging another man. She lies to him, deceives him... the list goes on. What happened to our favorite heroine? I couldn't even like her in this book! And, she was the reason the stories have worked!
China's reasons for her actions slowly develop and make sense throughout the story. But, that whole nasty switch at the beginning left such a bad taste that I just wasn't able to overcome enough to like or care. And, that is sad because I truly, truly wanted to.
Find Me blew me away and was filled to the brim with twists and turns and ups and downs and I was blindsided so many times I that I couldn't put the book down!
"...if you can kiss a man like that... then maybe you're not as in love as you think you are."
The love triangle is in full swing this book, with Clark and Jackson are once again at each other's throats in this story, almost as if they are attempting to mark their territory at times. They really put more stress on China when she doesn't need it.
I don't know if I should say this in a review... but to heck with it. I AM TEAM CLARK! I think that Jackson is... well a tool. I feel like he has decided that China is the perfect piece to his puzzle and that since she fits his ideas that she should be with him. Clark, on the other hand, doesn't believe he is good enough for and would literally die for China, put his life on the line and do everything possible to keep her safe.
"Death had come for me too many times lately. I felt as though I was living on borrowed time."
Holy crap! How many 'OMG' moments can you fit in one book? I probably said OMG at least fifteen times in the second half of Find Me. I just had no clue what was coming around the next corner.
If you like your romantic suspense/mystery, Find Me is a MUST READ.
This series is going from strength to strength. I love China Mack like crazy. I don’t know if it’s her nerdiness, her brilliance or her OCD/germaphobe quirkiness but she’s one of the best female alphas around.
This instalment starts with China and Jackson taking their relationship to the next level which for China means pushing herself far outside of her comfort zone. New to the concept of having a boyfriend, she struggles with her emotions but she is clearly enjoying what Jackson has to offer. The only problem for China is Clark and her feelings towards him. Firmly friend-zoned by China, or so she thinks, Clark returns with his good looks, sweet and charming way and in more danger than China can imagine.
With the President shot, all eyes are on China and whether she can clear Clark from the investigation. As expected, with every turn there is more and more mystery and it becomes apparent that China is not such an innocent bystander in the world of espionage.
As expected, where China goes so does Jackson and with Jackson and Clark both taking pot-shots at one another, life for China gets even more complicated. She loves Jackson but she eventually starts to question her feelings towards Clark.
I’ve got to say, I’m 100% #TeamClark (I think). He stole my heart at the beginning of this series and has never let it go but Jackson has come close to stealing it back a time or two in this instalment. Lucky China to have two gorgeous men fighting over her but who would you choose?

4.5 Stars THIS is the Tiffany Snow I fell in love with! This third book in the series gave me all the feels I got when I was introduced to this author in her first series The Kathleen Turner series. Anyone that knows me knows that THAT series is my ALL-TIME FAVORITE. Yesssss it was very reminiscent of that. I was much more endeared to China Mack in this book. Going into this book I ALREADY had my guy picked BUT damn it Tiffany Snow does it AGAIN! She has a way of messing with your head and reconsidering what you THOUGHT you felt! Gahhhhhh so exasperating! This is indeed why NOBODY does triangles like this author does! But her books don’t stop there, the action and twist & turns keep you at the edge of your seat. This book was LOADED with all that! I NEED that in my reads, I get bored with straight up Romance. For me it’s like soggy pasta, LOL I NEED my pasta al-dente with some bite to it! That’s what you get with her books Al-dente Pasta! Hahahaha Then the author blows our minds when she gives us portions with the men we know and love from her The Kathleen Turner series Blane and Kade. I love how she seamlessly intertwined them into the story like they belonged there. It was PERFECTLY done! Not just thrown in there to appease her many fans. And I LOVED it! (Note to author) PLEASE don’t ever stop doing that with your characters, ANY of them (wouldn’t mind seeing some Devon Clay in a future series, just saying. No pressure, wink) But seriously…..Each book in this series is better than the last. This one was my favorite so far and I can’t wait to read the next and final book in this series.
3.5 stars I do feel Tiffany Snow has zeroed down on a formula that works for her, have a heroine torn between two men, in one book she will spend time with man one and in the second man two. Despite this obviousness for me the suspense was nice, of course there was family drama, loads of close life-threatening calls but sometimes you need to suspend belief and just go along for the ride.
Get ready for one heck of a ride! Brilliant hacker, China Mack is back and better than ever! An assassination attempt on the President, a marriage proposal for China from her billionaire boyfriend/genius hacker himself, Jackson Cooper, and the reappearance of her former partner, ex Navy Seal Clark Slattery is causing a crazy week for China to deal with!
This book is action packed and full of suspense in every direction. And it’s a really awesome storyline, but I zipped through that part just to get the pieces regarding the love triangle! Because holy cow, Tiffany Snow writes love triangles like nobody’s business! I read the Kathleen Turner series in two days I was so freaking addicted, and China’s relationships are heating up to be jut as good! Granted, while it’s great for drama, I hope this gets resolved by book four. I really don’t know if I’d make it if there’s a fifth book!! So, completely Team Clark, because how can you NOT root for a guy who actually “gets” China’s idiosyncrasies?! Jackson kind of gets her, but I’m seriously biased towards Clark. Then again, I was rooting for Kade and Kathleen too..maybe I have a thing for the tall, dark, and dangerous guys..
Fantastic romantic tension and plenty of suspense-romantically and otherwise-made this a fast read! It was great seeing Blane and Kade again along with a fun supporting cast (I love China niece, Mia. She’s a great mix of sassy, sweet, and has keen insight for a teenager). Clark and Jackson have their work cut out for them to win China over, and I can’t wait to see what’s next for this group!
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book that I received from Montlake via NetGalley.
This third instalment of the Corrupted Hearts series picks up three months on from the end of Break Me as we dive straight into the fast pace of this third novel in the Corrupted Hearts series.
An event that should have made China the happiest woman on the planet is overshadowed as her career takes priority over her private life. She isn't happy about the direction her work has taken her and Jackson and Clark are both vying for her too. Whilst I've become more tolerant of her 'over the top' fandom obsession, she's showing a side of her personality I don't care for. Her attitude towards the men in her life is disdainful as she struggles with the pressures and expectations from every aspect of her life.
Both Jackson and Clark are likeable and gorgeous...China is a lucky girl. However, for me the reader, I'm overcome with the feeling I've been introduced to these fine male specimens before. One is a man who's too good to be true and a perfect match for the heroine. The other is edgier, a bad boy. A guy worthy of a woman's fantasy? Maybe that's why I have no opinion or preference as to who will secure China's heart because I already have a hunch who she'll choose?
Mia is the light within the darkness and her bright, bubbly personality is a welcome presence and an entertaining contrast to a love triangle that has lost my interest. I'm thankful, the suspense element of this novel keeps me enthralled as it always does with this author's novels.
My thoughts
With the scene set for book four, I'll be back to find out China, Jackson and Clark's destiny, secretly hoping my gut feeling with regards to the ending is wrong and Ms. Snow delivers a grand and shocking finale I know she's capable of.

Find Me is the third installment of the Corrupted Hearts series and like the previous novels in this series, the action and romance starts off with a bang and never ends. The story was completely addicting and impossible to put down. In Find Me, there are shocking revelations, a marriage proposal, and a killer with a huge grudge out for retribution. Seriously, there was never a dull moment in this story and it kept me on the edge of my seat, biting my nails and holding my breath with every turn of the page. Find Me was everything I knew it would be plus so much more! No other story has ever had me laughing, crying, cringing, or gasping as much as Find Me did.
If you loved the Kathleen Turner series, then this is a definite MUST READ! This series has it all, from romance, to thrilling action and with enough twists and turns to keep you on the edge of your seat the entire time trying to catch your breath. Tiffany Snow has outdone herself with this installment of the Corrupted Heart series which kept me engaged throughout and craving more. I already find myself desperately needing the next installment of this highly suspenseful and captivating series.
I highly recommend this 5-star read to anyone who loves a fast-paced, action-filled romantic suspense that will leave you breathless and needing more.
Oh my goodness, Tiffany did an excellent job with this story! I like all three of the main characters, and the love triangle between China, Jackson, and Clark is great. The suspense in this book kept my attention and made we want to know what was going to happen next.
All I can say is YES! and I demand more Clark. I seem to never get enough of him, especially with China. I am a huge Tiffany Snow fan and her series always are a home run. The third book in the this current series is so full of action, drama and even romance that I had to reread parts just because I enjoyed it so much. China is the same yet different, maturing and learning new things while trying to navigate her romance with Jackson. Clark comes back and things heat up in all directions. There are revelations galore in this one that will leave you holding your breath.
Hold on to your hats folks! This was action packed and had me on the edge of my seat. I did not get up until I was finished. I don't do spoilers, so please read. It's well worth it!
I will comment about China's OCD. after finishing the series, I wondered how many people who go through a serious trauma as a child are somewhat OCD? I speak only for myself, but I found my mild OCD helps me feel in control. I wonder if that was the intent, Tiffany Snow?
and Tiffany, I think this book pushed you into my number 1 slot.
This one is not as strong as the first two. The plot takes a back seat to the sex and the angst. Still, I enjoy the characters, and China remains as quirky and endearing as ever.
I will read the next one, as this one ends as a pause in the story, with several issues unresolved.
I have a confession to make, I haven't read any of Tiffany Snow's books previously. So I'm coming into the third book in a series with new eyes. In a series, each book should be able to stand on its own and not alienate readers. I'm happy to say that "Find Me" succeeded. I never felt lost in the action, but did get there was some stuff I missed. Which is fine.
China Mack is a computer wunderkind with a very particular way of doing things -- she compares herself to Sheldon Cooper from "The Big Bang Theory" at one time. She's got what many woman only dream about. The perfect job (for her). The perfect man (for pretty much anyone). And a perfect life (for her). Except there's a problem, her one-time partner/UST buddy/and Man with a Dark Past (tm), Clark, comes to her seeking her help. His former squad buddies are being killed and worse, he's been accused of trying to kill the President (cameo appearances from Snow's Kathleen Turner books apparently). So China and Clark are pitted against time, the U.S. Government, a shady conspiracy, and themselves to find the truth. Oh and did I mention there's UST? Like Hunger Games and Twilight levels of UST?
So let me break down what I liked and didn't like.
Liked -- Female Geek not being reviled because she's a geek. Liked -- Sassy Teenage sidekick Mia Liked -- Both Love interests. They are both viable choices and represent two different aspects of China's personality and desires. I'm pretty sure I know who I'd pick... but I'm also willing to bet I know who China will pick in the end. Liked -- The pacing. Super intense and fast moving. Felt like a real thriller with callback to the Jason Bourne and Jack Ryan Books. Liked -- The characters are not super human. Liked -- the editing was good enough that I wasn't yanked out of the story by grammatical errors. Liked -- The foreshadowing. I was able to guess the two biggest plot twists/events about halfway through the book because of the clues the author left. But they weren't confirmed until later. There's enough bread crumbs so that the reader can feel like they're helping solve the mystery, but not so many that the reveal later is a let down. And many readers will miss the signs. Liked -- The unreliable narrator. First person is inherently an unreliable narrator, but many authors forget that. I liked that Snow didn't and that if China didn't have the information, we didn't have it either.
Disliked -- China's ambiguous personality disorder. It was later identified as OCD, but the way it's written it strikes me as a form of Asperger's. Now I'd like to see it more clearly identified because positive representation of people with Mental Illness and Personality Disorders is rare. And unfortunately ambiguous disorders are very common. Disliked -- The love triangle. I get that it's the author's thing. But I personally feel that all love triangles can be solved with healthy polyamory. ~_^ Disliked -- The random POV switches. I get that China's POV wouldn't work. But I'm not sure that the other POV's were a good choice. Moving from first person into third person is a little jarring.
In all, I enjoyed this book enough that I'll check out Snow's other works. And I'll definitely recommend it to people who like romantic suspense and will-they/won't-they love triangles.
I give this -- Five Stars.

I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads.
China is celebrating her first Valentine's Day with her boyfriend Jackson, and he goes all out to impress. Unfortunately, their night is interrupted at a crucial moment when they find out the President has been shot and China has to rush off to work. She returns home to find Clarke hiding out at her place after someone tried to kill him. The same someone is also trying to kill Jackson and China. And so begins the hunt to find out who is at the bottom of the murder attempts of China and the two men trying to win her heart.
It must be said that Tiffany Snow is the Queen of the love triangle. No one does it better. Usually by this point in a series I've chosen which guy I want the heroine to be with but in this case I'm torn. I love them both. At one point I was even hoping maybe she could have both but I guess that is just my fantasy.
There are several twists and turns in Finding Me that I didn't see coming and one I should have seen coming but didn't. I was too distracted by the romance and tension between the characters and the action to notice. That is the sign of a great story.
Find Me is another 5 star book in the Corrupted Hearts series. I loved every twisting, turning, and heart racing minute.
‘ “And now you just show up here in the dead of night and expect me to welcome you with open arms?” I was proud of using that last idiom correctly. I’d been working on my idioms and colloquial phases, since I had a tendency to take people’s words literally.’
The above paragraph is but one highlight on my Kindle of the sections of this book that I loved. Sections that made me laugh or cry. Sections that were profound. At the end of the book, I had highlighted what amounted to something on almost every single page.
An excited China Mack greets us enthusiastically as she is getting ready for a Valentine’s Day date with her boyfriend, assisted by her niece and housemate, Mia. Enthusiastic because for the first time ever, China actually has a boyfriend on Valentine’s Day. Her previous Valentine’s Days – or “Hallmark Holidays” – had seen her shooting up men on Halo. Not a bad way to spend the day, true, but she’s much happier with the prospect of a romantic night out with her beau and former boss, Jackson Cooper.
The night doesn’t really go according to plan though, not least due to Jackson’s surprise proposal to China, when a waiter bursts into the room to say that President Blane Kirk had been shot. China abandons Jackson – without an answer to his proposal - to check out the situation at work. Later that night, China’s former colleague, sexy Clark Slattery, stumbles into China’s life again, via her bedroom, begging her for assistance. The next day, her work domain is overtaken by the President’s “BFF” who informs her that Clark is actually the main suspect in the assassination attempt.
This sets in place a fast, energetic story full of love, loss, heartache and happiness. (It’s soooo hard to write this without spoilers!!) China struggles with her feelings for Jackson following his surprise proposal and becomes more confused with her increasing thoughts and feelings for Clark, especially as she delves deeper into Clark’s past to help him solve the ever-increasing puzzle of the assassination attempt. China herself pretty accurately sums up her love life: ‘So long as I didn’t dwell on the tangled relationships among myself, Clark and Jackson, everything was hunky-dory.’ If only it was so simple.
This book is a rollicking good ride. Laughter one page, tears the next page, and stuck in the middle is China. For the first time, she is forced to face her own mortality and learns a lot about her family and heritage which throws everyone for a loop. Her usual coping mechanisms are just not working when her ordered world turns upside down (‘The last time I’d cried so much had been when Rose and the Doctor had been locked into separate universes forever. That had been an ugly cry night’). Mia takes a bigger role in this book and is one tough chick, incredibly loyal to her aunt and certainly not someone to be trifled with. The last few chapters are fast and furious and I just can’t say anymore without giving it all away.
I always give Tiffany Snow’s books five stars. Therefore, for Find Me, I told myself I had to run a more critical eye over the book, which I did, several times. In the beginning, I was a bit concerned with the similarities between this book and the Kathleen Turner Series, but as I read on it was apparent that where the two storylines intersect, they actually complement each other instead of copying. The epilogue brings this all together.
So yep, another five stars. The fourth and final book can’t come quick enough. There are still too many questions to be answered but unlike China, a couple of Fig Newtons before bed after an ordered day won’t cut it for me, especially as I had to Google Fig Newtons to find out what they are.
I received a free copy of this book in return for an honest review.
This is book 3 in the Corrupted Hearts series and while it's shorter than the previous 2, it's also packed full of excitement, and this one even made me shed some tears, unlike the first 2. Another book I polished off in less than 24 hours, I just didn't want to put it down. I laugh at China's uses of Idioms and her excitement when she gets them right. In this book, we are greeted with a super excited China Mack who has been getting ready for Valentines Day with the help of her teenage niece, who she has guardianship over. She's so excited because this is her first ever time being on a date on Valentines Day! The first time she's ever had a boyfriend on Valentines Day! I'd have been excited too. I was reading and I told my husband I want a Valentines Day like China's boyfriend, Jackson Cooper gives her! He laughed at me. -.- I love all of Tiffany Snow's Harry Potter references since I am one of the world's biggest HP nerds! And as I mentioned in my review for Break Me, We DO get to see Kathleen Turner in this one, though very very briefly.
I can't imagine some of the dilemmas that China finds herself into, but she does! I'm not sure if I would be strong enough to get myself out alive, but she is. Another 5 star read from Ms. Snow!
Not bad but not great either. Okay narration by Arielle Delisle (audible review).
Well this book surprised me a little bit. I wasn't expecting a love triangle. I am not a fan of love triangle's at all, zero, nada, not good. Also, there was a lot of filler conversations going on that seemed to just take up the pages.
As for the story line and plot. It was okay. Trying to figure out who tried to assassinate the President. China getting hurt a few times. And the surprise at the end finding out who the bad guy was. I kind of figured it out and was glad I was right. I have a feeling there will be another book to this series as there was an opening at the end to do that. I hope there is not a lot of filler nonsense or a love triangle, and please mature China up a little bit.
As for the narration, it was good except the narrator made China sound like a 15 year old girl with zero maturity. She did a better job on the men's voices than she did China's. If there is another book please make China sound like a woman and not a teenage immature girl.
RECOMENDO A LEITURA!
Oh my gosh!! I LOVED this book! Tiffany Snow has outdone herself! I couldn't have imagined a better third installment to the Corrupted Hearts Series! NO ONE writes a love triangle like Tiffany!! I can't wait to find out what happens to China, Jackson and Clark in the final installment!!
China Mack is back. I loved loved this book. While I loved all of them this one was amazing. New to the dating world now she has a rich boyfriend. The two of the work well together, and just fit. It all goes out the window when the question comes up, and she get's a call. Work and it's serious. Her top secret job.
Twists and turns in this book were amazing. I couldn't put it down.
Highly recommend. Also the first two as well.. 1-Follow Me 2-Break Me
This book is filled with so much drama and suspense my head was spinning. But one thing for sure I didn’t like was the ending. My heart broke for Jackson.
I received this book from Net Galley for an honest review. I am a huge Tiffany Snow fan, mourned the end of the Kathleen Turner series. I have read I think everything she's published now. I like how Kade, Blane, Kathleen and Branna have made cameo appearances in future works. This book found our Heroine spending some time with Kade, and multiple phone calls with each other.
China Mack is a cute geek if you will, her IQ is off the charts, and she is in charge of a program called vigilance which essentially monitors the internet looking for sinister behaviors, ie terror plans, corporate espionage, etc. The men in her life, because what Ms. Snow does best is write a love triangle, are Jackson Cooper, the rich “good boy”, and Clark Slattery the probably rich, “Bad boy” Each men have their pros and Cons, and China is torn by having feelings for them both.
I’m liking this series better than Ms. Snow’s Risky Business series which culminated last year. Personally I like the characters better. Maybe because I was such a fan of the Kathleen Turner series, and I find Clark to have a lot of similarities to Kade. They both haves somewhat shady past dealings with questionable people, both were paid assassins for a while. This installment finds this trio, with China’s niece Mia thrown in too, on a mission to figure out who shot President Kirk, and also seems Clark and Jackson are on that list.
I hope that there are more books in this series. While Ms. Snow didn’t leave us with a cliff hanger, she left us with more questions than I like at the end of the book. I’d like to see this series go on at least as long as the Kathleen Turner one, as I feel there are many more adventures for this group.
China, Jackson and Clark are amazing characters. The way these characters personalities interact is so endearing. Love, Family, Friends, Secrets and Betrayal fills "Find Me." You will learn a lot of China's past as well as Jackson's and Clarks. I highly recommend this book and this entire series.

Book three in the Corrupted Hearts series was everything that I hoped it would be. It was a reminder of why the KT series is such a frequent reread for me. The heroine, China, is the quintessential quirky, oblivious nerd that you love and want to slap all at the same time. She seemed to loosen up a little in this one, but still experienced a lot of emotional tug of war that had me questioning whose side I was on. The heroes, Jackson and Clark, are reminiscent of some of our favorite heroes in series past, but are different enough to still intrigue and suck you into the plot with their smoldering hotness. I yelled, I teared up, I swooned, and I wanted to chew my nails. I devoured this one in one sitting and am currently sitting here wondering when the next installment will be released
