I watched some of the author's videos and I got interested in reading his books. This book I felt undoubtedly an honest suggestions from the author. In medical industry people usually don't talk about such facts and foods. Recommendations of food and analogies given by the author is really impressive. Only complaint I have the way book is written. A lot of things are repeated again and again. I felt bore sometimes due to this repeatitive pattern. He book could have been written in a better way. Overall it's a good book if you want to read to get insight into some honest suggestions about health and fitness but the.
