Hi! My name is Sarah Jacobs, and like many others here, I have been on Dr. Gundry’s Diet Evolution for some time now and have experienced incredible results. I was drastically overweight, and had diabetes and high cholesterol. After four months on the diet I lost 31 pounds and was told by my doctor that I no longer had diabetes! This diet truly works - it has been a life saver for me.
The one thing that I did struggle with while on the diet though was finding recipes to fit the diet. It felt like such a labor finding recipes and then matching it against the accepted foods to eat. Finally through a lot of trial and error, and time, as well as substituting out foods of my favorite recipes, I finally came up with a decent collection of recipes that tasted great!
Throughout this book, I share with you these recipes. I hope that it takes away the trial, error, and pain of endlessly searching for recipes and constant experimenting with substituting out ingredients!
Each recipe is accompanied by a photograph so that you can visualize the meal before you make it. As I am a busy working mother of three, I understand only too well how important time is. Every recipe is quick and easy, and you will find that most can be made after a busy day at work.
