Wild Horses by Ardent Rose is a sweet country romance with all right things, a sweet city girl Olivia, a sexy rancher Garrett, small town charm and some damn hot sex.
The story is your typical girl meets boy, falls for boy and ends up happily Ever after. However the charms and the characters of this book pull you in. Would love to read more from these characters as their journey continues.

I really enjoyed this story from Ardent Rose. I was pulled in from the very beginning and loved reading along as Olivia got her Bear ;-) This story was filled with a bit of drama, passion, and HEAT!!! I definitely want to know what comes next for these characters!!!
This was the first book that I have read by Ardent Rose and will not be the last!! I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys HOT romances with the added bonus of a silvering fox!!!

This was my first time reading anything by this author and wow did she blow me away with the attention to details and the characters. Hell even the banter had my mind just spinning. It felt like once I started the story I couldn't stop. I was very interested in where things where going right of the start with Garrett and Olivia. To know the place that they are in at the end of the story made me really happy and how they got there that was one hell of a ride. This story is unique and very different I so thought it was going in one direction then bam the page turns and it does a 180 on me it seemed to happen over and over, it kept me coming back. The pace of reading was steady and fast depends on how your reading it I guess lol to me it was steady didn't go to fast explaining things and paid carefully attention to all the details around all the characters right down to the super extremely great manners. This story had hottness, cowboys, horses, anger, love and lots and lots of sweet talking. I can't wait to see what's next with how this ending has left me craving more.

When Olivia breaks down on a country road she figures she will walk to town but her hero in a black Ford F-150 stops behind her car. Olivia is a little leary but Garrett quickly puts her mind at ease and he is a perfect gentleman more than her fiancé Philip. When she calls to tell her boss she can't get back till Monday Valerie is fine with it but Philip isn't. When he demands she return she tells him she is breaking it off but he doesn't believe her.
The more time Garrett spends with Olivia the more content he has become and he hasn't been that way in a long time. Garrett's wife passed away ten years ago and he has just been living until Olivia shows up. As Olivia makes herself comfortable in this sleeping little town she thinks she is gonna stay and she is becoming closer and closer to Garrett and the people in town.
I would love to visit there and witness how perfect Olivia and Garrett are if Phillip could just leave her alone. Loved this story and hope to read more from Ardent Rose

OMG! Fantastic read
Ardent Rose has hit the nail on the head with this story. I'm in love with Garrett and wish to be Olivia. I finished this in on setting and now I'm eagerly awaiting the next one. I need Garrett. I loved this book but haste that it ended so quickly. Not fair to leave a girl hanging Ms. Rose. Must read. Does contain adult situation's.

Wild Horses is such a Romantic story. It is so refreshing to read, the story has so much going for it not just sex.
You have Garrett Thomas , cowboy, sex on legs. His characters has all the qualities of a gentleman everything we as women look for. Olivia Hughes is enamored with Garrett as soon as she meets him. She changes everything in her life to find the happiness she feels when she's with him.
A great anytime read to snuggle up in your favorite reading spot and enjoy the ride!!

Rose has a way with words in this damsel in distress tale. This was well written and for a quick read I recommend this one with a hint of BDSM. Loved it! Rose does a great job intertwining erotic with vanilla. Her writing flows and you feel the characters emotions when they are sad and when happy, oh yeah and angry...lol
For a short little read to pass the time one should pick this up. It starts of fast then slows then picks up speed again but worth reading.

The premise of this story is wonderful. Beautiful city woman meets handsome, greying rancher and sparks fly immediately, but not acted on quite as fast. Small country town, quaint, easy going, quite relaxing for a fast paced city girl, especially one who is or isn't engaged to someone else, or not. I really did love this story and felt that the story was well written and scenes well described.
The characters were well developed and quite likeable, except for Phillip which is expected. I loved Olivia's strength and willingness to explore what has been missing in her relationship with Phillip. I also loved that she stands up to his pompous ....rearend. He threatens her and she fires right back at him with some of the things she has against him....yeah Olivia!!!
Garrett is amazing. Handsome, charming, caring, sexy and he is a widower. When these two finally get together, it's fireworks on the fourth of July and New Year's Eve combined. Great scenes there!
The only reason I give this book 4.5 stars (no not 4 stars, but you can't split those darn stars), is because I found myself stumbling several times while reading. I feel that either this hasn't had it's final edit, or maybe it wasn't edited well enough, although I believe it may be the first.
It really is a wonderful book, story and characters and I, even though I stumbled, found myself turning page after page after page until I thought my kindle was broken because the page wouldn't turn anymore...Alas...Cliffhanger!!!
I so look forward to reading the rest of this story (there is another book...right??? ) and I highly recommend it to everyone.

Wild Horses is a sexy, romantic read. Olivia, a city girl, stranded in a quaint western town, meets her sexy cowboy, Garrett. The attraction was instant. Ardent Rose writes a true second chance romance. Olivia is everything Garrett dreams of. The love scenes are very steamy! If you want a short, hot, romantic story, this novella will not disappoint though I wish it was longer

I love love love the main characters Olivia & Garrett! Especially Garrett, the southern gentleman. They developed a quick bond that turned into such much more!
I found the "beauty" and "bear" relationship so adorable! Makes me want to move out to the country to find a cowboy!
