Amazingly simple book with a specific food and exercise plan (home and gym)! It is a mindset AND our bodies start in the KITCHEN. Im not looking to be "jacked" but at some point I lost my way & this book has put me back on track. I am looking forward to reviewing this maybe 2-3 times a year so that I am maintaining.

I'm also looking forward to reading many other healthy eating books to ensure my education is spot on and that there is both breadth and depth! I am not a fan of Whey Protein so I use Vegan Protein instead and it tastes great-- this is the beginning of a more healthy me!
