Everyone knows who I am; everyone except her. She’s innocent. Naive. Pure. Or at least, she was.
By day, Carly is the 'butter wouldn’t melt’ babysitter who looks after my adorable daughter. By night, she’s going to sex parties, experimenting with her sexuality and pushing her limits. I’m only too happy to help.
Carly looks irresistible when tied to my bed, eagerly anticipating her next lesson.
The truth can’t stay hidden forever, but I’m not giving up those plump lips and generous curves without a fight.
It’s only a matter of time before Carly uncovers my secret. She likes me tying her up. Let’s hope she doesn’t change her mind when she finds out I’m a killer.
Bossed is a standalone romance with no cliffhanger, no cheating, and a happily ever after. It stars a dominant alpha male and a young woman eager to learn.
Bossed includes two free bonus books and will therefore finish at about 35% on your kindle.
Jessica Ashe is a twenty-six year old lawyer, who has turned her hand to her real passion--writing about alpha males and bad boys. She's likely living vicariously through the heroines in her book until she finds an alpha male of her own.
Carly has been writing on her script for about a year, but working and writing is exhausting. So she needs another job. She becomes the new babysitter of the 3 year old Olivia. Carly loves Olivia and loves to spend time with her. She also gets closer to Olivia’s dad, Parker.
Parker has been a single dad from the day his daughter was born, but he’s very busy with his business. He hires Carly and he likes her from the start. Parker tries to leave work early to be with Olivia and maybe spend some time with Carly. He wants to know more about her. He eventually asks her out on a date and it’s the start of them being together.
Parker and Carly are amazing characters! Carly is sweet, caring, hardworking and loving. She learns something about herself by being with Parker. Carly has a dream and has been working hard on it. She hopes that someone will make her script into a movie.
Parker is charming, loving, rich and gorgeous. He has a successful business and his employees love him. He works very hard, but he misses his daughter. Olivia is his everything and he’s an amazing dad. Olivia is a sweet, playful and adorable child.
I couldn’t believe my eyes when I read the revelation at the end of the second chapter. I was staring at my tablet and rereading the sentence. I wanted to know everything and I found it difficult to put the book down. There are a few other twists and turns that I never expected. The book was also very hot! There is a little bit of BDSM in this book. This book reads so easy and quickly.

I received an ARC copy of this from the Author and am leaving a voluntary review This is another great book from jessica as he it had me hooked right from the start to the very end looking forward to reading more from this author
Carly is living in LA and working her way toward becoming a successful screenwriter. She had no idea one night at a "masquerade party" would change her life. Soon she becomes a babysitter for the sinfully handsome Parker Kaye. Only he has one heck of a secret, or two. Jessica Ashe knows how to build up the suspense like no other. From the blurb, I'm immediately intrigued and dying to know the full truth about Parker. But, the bomb she drops!!! WHOAAA!! Omg, it's so unexpected and my jaw seriously drops! Bossed is a wickedly sexy page turner. I received a copy from the author and am voluntarily leaving an honest and unbiased review.
Bossed by Jessica Ashe: ***** I loved it! This book is well written with excellent character development. The characters are likable and the story line engrossing. It all starts with a masked "s3x" party, and to quote Carly "it turns out all I needed to do was quit my job, become a babysitter for an awesome kid, meet a millionaire at a "s3x" party, and have a wild night as his sub. Who knew it could be so easy?" A good read that I couldn't put down! Disclosure: I am voluntarily reviewing an ARC of this book.
What a great story.. I have read Jessica Ashe’s books before and I can honestly say I truly enjoy her writing. I have to say this book was extremely hot. It gave me the romance, bad boy, and steamy hot sex I craved. FTY, some BDSM throw in as well. Told you this book was hot.
Carly was a girl that was going through life not truly knowing what she wanted. Sure she new she wanted to be a screen writer but sexually she did not know what she truly wanted.
I can not imagine what went through Carly’s mind when her roommate told her they were going to a sex party. I got a good laugh out of that.
I loved Tami. She was a good roommate. she truly cared for Carly’s well being though you might wonder from time to time. But as you read the through the book you will see how much she truly cares for Carly.
Parker is this amazing sexy man. He is a billionaire and is very successful in his company. He has an amazing daughter but the one thing he does not have is a woman to love. Parker did not even think he wanted a woman to love. It is something how you did not know you wanted something until it is right in front of you.
I had to laugh at Parker and Carly’s situation. Both wanted a serious relationship but thought the other just wanted sex. There was the lack of communication between the two.
I loved how Carly fell in love with Parker’s daughter Olivia. See Carly ended up being Olivia’s baby sitter. Parker will get to see how much love Carly truly has for his daughter. That has to say a lot.
Bossed is probably my favourite book by Jessica Ashe so far (I know I've said this before but they just keep getting better). There wasn't anything I didn't like about it, the story line was excellent, it flowed effortlessly into a direction I never saw coming. I loved Carly and Parker especially when they wore their masks. Very sexy!! I highly recommend this book you won't be disappointed. I received this advanced copy free.
"Babysitter by day, volunteer submissive by night. Lots of people live double lives, but how many of them do it with the same man? How long before this becomes complicated?"
This is the 14th novel I've read by Jessica Ashe and sadly I have mixed feelings after finishing it. Now, I won't go into the plot; I will just express my thoughts about this story. This book was on the shorter side than Jessica Ashe's usual books and I think this may be why I liked it, but didn't love it.
Don't get me wrong, it was a fun read. It kept me entertained but something was missing. I liked Carly, Parker and his daughter Olivia was adorable. The secondary characters were enjoyable too. The plot twist was totally unexpected! However, I felt like the story needed more detail; for the book to be longer in order for me to see Carly and Parker's relationship fully developed.
Another thing I didn't like was that this is titled as a dark read but it is not. It has some light BDSM but nothing extreme. Would I recommend this book? Sure, to any one who enjoys single daddy books :) Regardless of how I felt about this book, I am still a fan of this author and will continue to read anything she publishes<3
* I am voluntarily reviewing an Advanced Reader Copy of this book* Jessica Ashe is one of my favorite authors and Bossed is great example of why she is!! Parker and Carley are interesting, well developed characters, he's a hard working single dad and she's his compassionate, loving, hardworking nanny. I liked how they met, I liked their chemistry, I just really liked the whole flow of this story. Great Read!!
Loved it!!! Really enjoyed all of this book, thought the characters were very likeable and the story was great, on a selfish point I would've liked more at the end of their story as the gap was too far too fast and it felt like we missed out on some of the nicer storylines but I did really enjoy it 😊 I voluntarily read an ARC copy and am leaving an honest review. ..........
I really enjoyed this story! It pulled me in and I couldn't put it down! Carly and Parker are likable characters that have chemistry from the start. Although I don't think the story is all that dark, there are questions swirling around that can lead to darker answers.
