You Thought He Was Yours

Rate this book
God will never send you someone else’s husband but what if he didn’t belong to them in the first place? The beautiful Anya O’Day is a successful real estate agent whose career is on the rise. She has a beautiful home and her bank account is no longer struggling. She knows that the success that she has been blessed with is only because of the God she serves. She just wishes that He would finally send her the husband her heart desires. Unfortunately, that prayer had yet to be answered because the man that holds her heart, is married to someone else. Bless Williams once had a promising professional career in the NFL but an injury in college caused that dream to turn into a nightmare. The one thing that made that defeat bearable was knowing that he had his beautiful wife Trinity by his side. She was there before the fame but once the limelight dimmed, so did the flames that she once had for him. As much as Bless prayed that God return His wife’s heart back to him and heal their marriage, he would soon see that the secrets that are exposed won’t allow it. Both Bless and Anya believe in the sanctity of marriage and wouldn’t dare enter into anything that God frowns upon. But what is a heart to do when it wants what it wants? Could Anya be the one that Bless was meant to be with and if so why had God sent Trinity during one of the most difficult times of his young life? Love is a hard thing to get rid of especially when you thought he was yours.

Must Read

This is the second book that I've read by this Author. The way she writes and her delivery has been excellent. Bless is the kind of man that women pray for but oftentimes mistreat and use. He thought Trinity was the love of his life until her actions started to make him second guess their marriage. Although everyone around him was trying to warn him about his wife. Bless took his vows seriously. Trinity was a selfish and conniving woman who took her husband for granted. After doing the unthinkable and her secrets or revealed. Trinity finds out the grass ain't always greener on the other side. Cassie didn't even carry herself like a first lady. Her and Trinity was two of a kind but Cassie got trifling with her betrayal that ended up backfiring on her. Anya was a true woman of God. She seemed almost to perfect. She
have everything she wanted except for a husband and children. She ended up running into someone she knew from her past but couldn't have him the way she wanted or so she thought. Unforeseen circumstances drew Bless and Anya. The way this ended proved that Anya had a past that is quite dark. I can't wait until her story is released.

Awesome job with this book!!! Loved it. Anya was a successful real estate agent, owed her home, only thing was missing was a husband. Anya and Bless started chatting online while in high school but lost contact with one another. Anya was shocked to running into Bless years later, only to find out that he is married. Bless was married to Trinity; a real itch. Trinity only married him because she wanted to be a trophy wife. Bless was hurt during his last game and his shot with the NFL was down the toilet. Anya loved Bless but would not disrupt his marriage. Trinity was only after money, which Dre had plenty of money. Dre treated Trinity bad, I did not feel sorry for her. Cassie and Trinity deserved everything that happened to them.

True Love

I loved this storyline. It shows when we wait on God to send us who he wants us to be with and not go ahead and pick someone on your own there are consequences. You just might wind up with someone who is a wolf in sheep clothing.
I felt the emotions of love, happiness, anger, hurt and sadness. Two of the characters did reaped what they sowed. One character because of their childhood abuse and mother issues grew up and became abusive and controlling.
I recommend this book to read.

A manufactured mess

Interesting plot twist as 2 destined lovers are reunited after evil did its best to separate them years prior. Adorable and real characters. I love the dialogue especially Ernestine and Geneva. Topics include betrayal, reaping and sowing and forgiveness. One of the best books I've read in a long time!

This is a really good book!!!

Bless was a good man . He finally met Anaya someone just as special as he was. His first wife had taken advantage of a good man because she was looking for a wealthy man. We must remember you reap what you sow but ten times worst.

This is a very enjoyable story. The characters are well defined and the roles they partake in reads very well. This plot is interesting to say the lease. The storyline is great and moves with a nice flow.

God's Miracle

I love it!! Trinity and Cassidy was something else. Karma was putting it on them. Bless was such a sweetheart, Trinity got it from Dre. When for Cassidy to sleep behind her cousin that was sickening. Denora great work!

Great Read

This story line was a true depiction of what you sow, you reap. It was also a testimony of being obedient and following the path of Christ set for your life.

Okay the ending threw me off

This story took us on quite a journey. A couple who met under unlikely circumstances and married. Opposites attraction is the best way to describe the story. Later in their marriage the two driven professionals were driven apart by too much ambition, and very poor communications. The ending was a nice buildup for the next story in this saga.
