After a destructive relationship, Kylie Elliott finds herself working in the last place she ever thought she would—at Teats & Tails Gentleman’s Club. Embarrassed of what her family will say, she hides the truth from them. When you have a child to provide for and no real work experience, you take the first good-paying job you can get, right?
With the guidance of her newfound friends Paula and Shelly, Kylie enters the life of an exotic dancer. Michael Hernandez, a bouncer at the club, sees Kylie for what she really is: a good girl in the wrong place.
The attraction Michael and Kylie have for each other grows into a hot and spicy love affair that binds them together—like sticky, sweet cotton candy.
Author Cynthia Gonzales has always been intrigued with writing. From short stories to novels, she always seems to have a story line going on in her head. She admits to having a particular love for the romance genre. This love prompted her in writing “Cotton Candy” (published by Xlibris) as a way to show her true love for her husband and the way they met.
Through the publication of her books, Gonzales hopes readers will realize for themselves that love can happen anywhere even in the most unanticipated places.
About the Author Cynthia Gonzales writes in her home during her free time (between working full-time and taking care of her children, grandchildren and, of course, her husband). She has a Bachelor of Science in business management from the University of Phoenix and is always striving to improve herself and do new things.
An emotional journey of a Mother trying to survive and make sure her son didn't lack anything. I sometimes had to think what would I do if I was in Kylie shoes. I believe that I would do the same, I would make sure that my son or daughter was love and protect the child at all cost. I feel that this story was a personal journey maybe for Cynthia Gonzolas or someone she knew a woman that finally found love and what she had to go through. Thank you, Cynthia, for sharing your story with me I love it, and I would recommend this book.
