Okay, this is definitely my favourite issue so far! Damian and Jon have such a great dynamic, and are honestly more entertaining than most other teams I've read about in comics. This just makes me crave an appearance by the both of them in Young Justice season 3- we've had Dick, Jason and Tim all appear and have roles in the show (um, Jason not so much, I guess) and I feel like adding Damian and Jon would just be perfect.
This starts with a story with the I guess required appearance of of the Super Pets. I found it too forced trying too hard to be cute and funny. However, the volume was redeemed by the entrance of Robin's mother, Talia, one of Batman's "bad girl" lovers. This added an edge and a note of darkness that made the stories more interesting. Also, she gave more depth to Robin's character. Perhaps that will grow if she appears in more issues. I hope so. As always, including the Dustin Nguyen alternate covers was a welcome addition. Maybe some day he will do a story.
The Superman and Batman that were looking on at the Super Sons at the end of issue #2 were AI’s constructed by Amazo. Amazo is an android capable of copying ones powers/abilities, more specifically the leagues.
The Super Sons are battling it out with duplicates of themselves alongside Sara, sister of Kid Amazo. Issue ends with Damien and Jon getting overwhelmed with the sheer quantity of clones attacking them

This book continues to be adorable! I can't get enough of Damian and Jon's relationship. Here's hoping DC puts together an animated show or at least a movie. I love them together!
Bonus points for Jon calling Damian the "Dork Knight".
Action packed chapter. Really loving the dynamic between Robin and Super Boy. The plot point with the girl who is or isn't human was a bit confusing though.
Robin is pathetically reluctant to ask for help in this issue despite Superboy's pleas. Honestly, I think his arrogance is once again becoming a problem. Their back and forth banter is still funny, but the struggles of working together are really starting to show now. More backstory is given for Reggie's bizzare behavior. I feel bad for the kid at this point honestly, but he still needs to be stopped. Jon and Damian are dealing with a lot by the end of this issue. Let's hope they are able to work together and get past their differences. It's becoming a running joke that Jon almost forgets to call Damian Robin. Real cute.
